- "The place was very comfortable, even for a large group. The outdoor patio had several seating areas, which i enjoyed. We were glad to find it was near a Tossini focacceria and a Carefour market. We had some minor problems figuring out the heat, but Massimo helped us get that straightened out. Water pressure and temperature in the showers was good. We liked that they had some board games (Italian versions of course), and played a rousing game of Monopoli on our last evening. We were disappointed that the large TV in the living room wasn’t a smart TV , so we couldn’t connect, but that wasn’t a big deal. We were grateful for the garage because the street is very narrow and cars and scooters come flying by. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property."

- "In short: Freshly renovated cosy little house with a splendid view and very nice landlords We did a very short term booking less than 48h ahead, which was no problem at all since our landlords (Franca & Fabio) were all the time very kind, responsive and supportive (email and even more via WhatsApp). The house itself is situated on a hillside below a larger older former farmhouse and surrounded by a little silent bamboo forest with a very beautiful outlook on the spectacular surrounding Ligurian landscape. What impressed us even more were the numbers of little glowworms dancing around the house at night :-) Although the location may look a bit close to a street, this wasn't any problem at all since you hardly heard anything. We also appreciated the fact that although being quiet, this accommodation is a very good base camp for all further explorations of the surrounding greater area ranging from Genova over Rapallo, Portofino, Cinque Terre down to La Spezia, which can be made using your private car (either via the motor or the coast highway) as well as train. Thanks to the informations provided by the landlords, you can shop your daily stuff in a bakery just 5 minutes down the hill, or in the COOP and Basko supermarkets downtown (some Carefour Express shops are also sprawled around but not so sufficient), or you go downtown Rapallo for a longer shopping tour in its numerous little shops and cafes. Get your fresh fish at "Pescheria Camoglina" (Via Goffredo Mamelli, no. 187) or in Santa Margherita (next little town on the way to Portofino) "Pescheria Bardi di Fratelli" (Via Tommaso Bottaro, no. 24). If you go for a day trip to Cinque Terre, think about driving to resp. parking your car in Levanto first and then get yourself a train ticket (4€ p.p. in one direction for 75 minutes) to stop by the Cinque Terre place you like to. The clean and freshly renovated self catering house itself resembles a four to five star level of modern equipment including WiFi internet access as can be seen in the expose, there was nothing we would have missed for any usual household purpose. What else should we say - this is definitely an affordable nice accommodation we will definitely revisit again and refer to our friends as well!"

- "We really enjoy this property, this is the second year in a row that our grouo our friends stays at the villa for a long weekend. Although comfortable, clean and with a agreat view, lawn space and pool, was a bit disappointed to see that some of the amenities that were broken last year were still broken this year. A few things to point out - some of the lawn furniture is very rusted and needs to be replaced. One of us fell through the same chair that we fell through last year. - the pool cabana shower was not working properly either last year - the AC units are only found in pool cabana and upstairs in the main house. I guess this makes sense, but not having AC in the 2 bottom bedrooms makes it for an awkward uneven experience for the guests. - the wifi was not working at check in, although the office, the custodian and the person that did the check in were responsive snd attentive it wasnt being resolved by resetting the router. They kep giving us instructions to do that but by the 4th day it sill wasnt working. Ove we love the area and the property is great, but recommend to do some improvements in the amenities both inside and outside the house. And big thanks to Charlie who did great at checking us in and remaining attentive to our needs and issues through the weekend. "
