Inside, the villa offers three bright and comfortable bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms, elegantly equipped — one of them en suite with the master bedroom. In addition, there’s a convenient guest WC by the pool area. 🛁🚿

The heart of the house is a spacious living room, furnished with two large and cozy sofas, perfect for relaxing together. The space is adorned with authentic furniture passed down through my family, giving it a warm and personal touch that reflects the character and soul of the home.

This recently refurbished villa, is situated on a hillside with beautiful views over the bay of Cala Salada and the surrounding pine forested hills. Every bedroom has a terrace which has breathtaking views of the sun setting over the sea. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning. The kitchen and living room are open plan with the living room opening out onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool area and the bay of Cala Salada, perfect for chilling out, with a gentle sea breeze and views of the boats sailing by. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. All the bedrooms have a terrace area overlooking the pool and sea. The pool is of a very good size and is for sole use of the guests.

Casa Bella Vista is situated in the quiet residential area of Can Germa. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San Antonio yet close enough for a short taxi ride should you wish to sample the fantastic nightlife it has to offer or just spend the day lazing by the Pool. It really is the best of both worlds!

Only a 400 metre walk away is in our opinion the best beach on the island, Cala Salada and the smaller but equally as picturesque Cala Saladeta, a great spot for a freshly served Mojito on its sandy shore! Why not venture to the mostly untouched and unspoilt north part of island, winding roads, beautiful green countryside and hidden beaches. The villa is in the perfect location to do just this.

- "Can't thank Martin and Gabriel enough for our stay at this incredible villa just far out of San an to be comfortable, but not far enough that it's not accessible for the restaurants, beaches and clubs. Our flight arrived early in the day and they were able to get us the keys to the villa around midday so we didn't have to spend the first day lugging our bags around. The temperature was hot and we were very impressed with the Aircon in all the bedrooms! The swimming pool area is beautiful and you even get a bit of a sea view! There are lemon trees right outside so you can have fresh lemons to cook with or put in your drinks. The kitchen area is incredibly well stocked and we didn't find ourselves needing anything extra. There's a washing machine to be used if you need it, and the dishwasher helped a lot. The BBQ area was amazing and the table was so big it easily fit all 8 of us comfortably with all our food. A hire car is recommended just so you can have easier access but it's not essential as you can walk down to San Antonio easy enough and get a taxi back (cost is about €9). We can't wait to come back again next year!!"

We had jellyfish for 5 days ! So no sea swimming. Kids enjoyed the pool instead. Only 10 minutes from town and large supermarket. One small thing to note, prospective guest should be aware that one twin bedroom has small camp beds, rather than full size beds. This was not clear in the listing.
