Bosun's Rest is a two bedroom maisonette in the heart of Beer, South Devon. It is very near to pubs and shops and just 100 metres to the beach. It has parking for two cars, a fully fitted kitchen and a stunning balcony. It is clean, modern and very comfortable.
The loft bedroom has a king sized double bed and its own en suite with bath and shower. The lower bedroom has twin single beds. There is a separate bathroom on this floor with a shower. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery, crockery, etc that you will require. The lounge has 2 sofas, plus a 43” smart TV, DVD player and stereo. The whole property has double glazing and central heating. There is parking enough for 2 cars which is a rare luxury considering its position in Beer and proximity to the shops, pubs and beach.

Excellent location and although no parking on site, easy to unload cases etc as you can pull up right outside the front door for a short while. Easy to park in the local car park/s. We used the Orchard Rd car park within a couple of mins walk. And of course free parking with the token provided. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped with all kitchen utensils etc. The bathroom, especially the shower were great. We had a small issue in that there were not enough towels provided, but this was immediately dealt with by the owner following a phone call. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and would thoroughly recommend a stay."

- "Spacious and comfortable flat, the description of it is accurate. It has lovely views across the bay and is good for people (and dog) watching. Access is from the back of the building, but it is a short walk around to the seafront. Seaton has some very interesting buildings and the Axemouth harbour end is lovely. The other end of the bay has interesting rocks and cliffs, and the labyrinth cut out of the grass in the park above is fun. For fishing, there is a well-stocked bait shop on the other side of the harbour bridge."

This stunning bijou apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished without removing the original beams. It’s been attractively furnished to a superb standard with excellent quality fixtures and fittings. The mezzanine bedroom with skylights and a sloping ceiling is a delight and the rear patio receives its fair share of sun. Access to this apartment is from the front of the building (The Counting House) into a shared hall with its intercom system. There are then stairs to the first floor and the apartment. As you enter, you’ll notice it’s very light and bright and that there is oak flooring throughout except for in the luxury carpeted bedroom. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has two large windows overlooking the square, a TV, a dining table and chairs, and a well-fitted and equipped kitchen for crafting tasty meals. Even though the apartment is located right in the very lovely and walkable beach town of Seaton, its location was very quiet. The bed was comfortable.
