The Sunrise Suite is located a short walk from the sun, sand and surf of south Chesterman Beach. Chesterman Beach is generally the number one local's favourite Tofino beach and you will be able to enjoy it daily without having to search for (or pay for) parking!

Our bright, cozy suite is located on the second floor of our house and is surrounded by trees. We have a fully stocked kitchen to accommodate you for any length of stay. The suite's balcony has a barbeque for your private use and is a great place to sit for the morning sunrise!

Your hosts live on the main floor and are a family with a 15 and 18 year old. We are true locals (grew up/are growing up in Tofino). We are quiet after 10:30pm and love it when guests can offer the same!

We do have 2 pet ducks on our private separate part of the property. You may hear some intermittent quacks during the day but they are completely silent throughout the entire night. There is often a burst of quacks when we lock them in for the night at dark and when we let them out in the morning.

For the surfers staying with us we provide an outdoor wetsuit hose-rinsing area and outdoor storage space for gear.

We have Cable TV including Sports, Netflix and movie channels as well as a high speed internet connection. Due to EMF sensitivity we have the WIFI programmed to turn off for overnight hours. It is programmed to ALWAYS be on from 7:00am to Midnight For very late night hours, we provide 2 Ethernet cables for Laptop devices. Netflix and Cable TV are available 24/7. We do sometimes provide extensions if needed!

We are located a close enough distance to the main road coming into Tofino that, with windows open at night, you can hear distant traffic. The suite has excellent air circulation (Heat recovery System/forced air) so, outdoor air is always circulating indoors and windows can generally stay closed at night if any sounds (including early spring/summer bird singing) are disruptive.

Black Bear Lane is a quiet, slow pace no-through road with a cul-de-sac (a good zone for kids to hang out/roller blade etc.).

We are committed to healthy spaces and there are no chemical products/detergents/soaps etc used and no unmaintained/musty corners to be found! This space is a safe zone for those with allergies and chemical/mold sensitivities. Please reach out and ask Jade more questions on that subject if needed!

Our bright forest suite is located on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by walking trails and beautiful forest scenery in central Ucluelet, BC. It is centrally located so walking virtually anywhere in town is possible. Within walking distance you will find a grocery store, liquor store, attractions, shopping, beaches and walking trail along the beautiful Wild Pacific Trail.

Our suite offers a separate bedroom with queen bed and in suite laundry in the closet. There is a queen pull out couch in the living room, full bathroom and partial kitchen making the suite fully self contained. We also offer free parking in front of the suite. TV and wifi are also included. The suite is attached to the side of our main residence. Although we offer self-check in, we are onsite and available if needed during your stay.

Ucluelet is home of many great attractions like the Ucluelet Aquarium, Wild Pacific Trail, Amphitrite Point Lighthouse, beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants and amazing people! You will be glad you chose Ucluelet as your vacation destination!

Brand new south facing oceanfront suite located on a quiet tidal lagoon on the tip of Ucluelet peninsula. Open ocean view for whale and storm watchers. It was very clean, with a great BBQ area (which was also covered so the weather wasn't an issue). The decoration was lovely including artwork by the owner and the views were great. We saw bald eagles, deer and whale spouts from the windows and patio and when we got soaked in the rain we were able to dry out stuff under the covered area too. Communication with the owners was excellent and very thoughtful (they let us know about some traffic issues whilst they were out which was really helpful). IF YOUR ON A SURF TRIP: know that the surfs spots are at least a 15 to 35 min+ drive depending where you're going. Gibson Hights is one of Tofino`s newest neighbourhoods. Located right on the edge of the down town core you will be in convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants. The closest beach is a five minute drive or 15 minute bike ride away. This part of town is home to families as well as other vacation homes, quiet time is 10pm.

Tofino is a small town that is easily walkable. Located on a peninsula the outlying area stretches for about 10km to the edge of the Pacific Rim National Park. Biking or walking along the multi-use path is a great way to access local beaches and shops that are further out of the town centre. During the summer months the free shuttle bus can be caught at many stopping points along Campbell St. (the main Rd). Driving is the quickest way to get into the national park or to local beaches however there is pay parking in both areas.

The Fred Tibbs Waterfront Condos is located in the heart of Tofino looking over First Street Dock, where guests have access to a Kayak launch, picnic area and dock. This amazing property features beautiful views of the Ocean Inlet harbour and surrounding mountain range.

ACCESS
Guest access is by keypad entry, with access to entire apartment. There are two entrances; The ground floor parking entrance a ramp from the parking lot to the door and if coming from the upper parking lot, there is a larger set of stairs. You will have access to the shared laundry room as well.

TRANSPORTATION
To get to Tofino from the mainland, you need to take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria. From there, it`s a scenic drive. Anywhere from 3 (Nanaimo) to 5 hours (Victoria). You can also fly into the airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines (the flight is stunning and so quick!) or seasonally, take a float plane from the Vancouver harbour downtown to Tofino harbour downtown.

There is a designated pedestrian path we call the MUP (multi use path) which is safe and has two lanes for walkers, bikers, joggers, strollers - you name it!. We encourage you to use it; it`s one of the things that makes Tofino unique. The free Shuttle bus runs during the summer months from town to the info centre. There is a city transit service that runs from Tofino to Ucluelet with limited service. There are a couple bike rentals (pedal bike and e-bike). There is also a local rideshare app called Coastal Rides, our version of Uber (download their app). Tofino Taxi is another option (though only one driver/car). For larger groups, there is Tiki Bus + Pacific Rim Navigators that needs to be pre arranged. There is a Budget Rental car service at the Tofino Airport (also needs to be pre-arranged).

PARKING
Your designated parking spot is #12. There is one designated parking spot for the condo. It may be too tight for a large truck and camper.

The condo is self check in and set up for your independent stay. If you have any questions, Blue Crush is available during business hours. We encourage you to check the Welcome Guide first.

BOOKING POLICIES:

- Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. The different travel websites state slightly different different as they are pre set options; this policy takes precedence.

- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus 16% tax (GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax)

- Dog friendly (no cats): Please advise at time of booking. Dog towels will be provided. $50 per dog (1 dog max.)

Please make sure this is completed before check-in.

The one bathroom is outfitted with a combined bathtub/shower unit and plenty of cabinet space.
The second bed is a single fold out located in the living room.

The entire Island Vista condo is for guest use, there are no shared spaces.

We do not live on site however can easily be reached via messaging through the Airbnb app.

The condo is located on the second floor of a walk up only outdoor staircase, there is no elevator.

Tofino High Tide studio suite is situated downtown Tofino and overlooks its bustling harbour. CHECK IN
The condo is set up for self check-in from 430pm onwards, but I live in town and am only a phone call or text away if you need anything, including recommendations, during your stay. We try our best to have everything easy to use and the Welcome Guide with any frequestly asked questions. The condo is designated one stall; it is noted in the guide. When checking in from the lower parking to the front door of the unit, there are several steps. When you arrive to the Fred Tibbs building you will see there are two parking lots, upper and lower. Yours will be in the lower lot. Look for the number painted on the ground.

PARKING
There is one designated parking space which fits up to an SUV; a truck or RV most likely won`t fit depending on the parkade neighbours.

OUTDOORS
The condo has it`s own patio with a barbeque and two chairs facing the harbour.

PUP PATROL
The house is pet friendly (1 dog max). We provide dog towels, small bed and dog bowls. Tofino is dog heave with all the beaches and trails. Please ensure your pup does not chase the wildlife such as shorebirds when in town. Further instructions will be in the house guide. $50 plus tax. 1 dog maximum.

KITCHEN
A full size fridge and oven make cooking a breeze. All the basic necessities are here for you to chef it up. Spices aren`t provided but salt and pepper is. Coffee is a drip coffee machine and we provide a starter supply of Foggy Bean Coffee - locally roasted in Ucluelet.

DINING + LIVING
The dining area and living room is open concept as it is a bachelor space. he living room couch seats 3 and is a pull out couch; the coffee table does need to be shuffled a touch to pull it out. There is a cozy propane fireplace for chilly evenings.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
For the kids we have a high chair and playpen in the unit. It`s a great space for kids as the condo is on the ground floor and in front is a nice grass yard.

SLEEPING
The bed is new and a queen size. As the condo is a bachelor, there is no door to the bed nook but it is private from the living space. The bed is nestled against the wall with access on one side.

ACCESS
Guest access is by keypad entry, with access to entire bachelor apartment. The condo building is right on Tofino`s harbour and the condo itself is on the ground floor. There is a small flight of steps (around 4) to get to the front door if you are parking in the lower parking lot. Guests also have access to the shared laundry room in the condo; the machines accept card and there is more info in the welcome guide.

TRANSPORTATION
To get to Tofino from the mainland, you need to take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria. From there, it`s a scenic drive. Anywhere from 3 (Nanaimo) to 5 hours (Victoria). You can also fly into the airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines (the flight is stunning and so quick!) or seasonally, take a float plane from the Vancouver harbour downtown to Tofino harbour downtown.

There is a designated pedestrian path we call the MUP (multi use path) which is safe and has two lanes for walkers, bikers, joggers, strollers - you name it!. We encourage you to use it; it`s one of the things that makes Tofino unique. The free Shuttle bus runs during the summer months from town to the info centre. There is a city transit service that runs from Tofino to Ucluelet with limited service. There are a couple bike rentals (pedal bike and e-bike). There is also a local rideshare app called Coastal Rides, our version of Uber (download their app). Tofino Taxi is another option (though only one driver/car). For larger groups, there is Tiki Bus + Pacific Rim Navigators that needs to be pre arranged. There is a Budget Rental car service at the Tofino Airport (also needs to be pre-arranged).

PARKING You have access to one guaranteed parking spot on site, with additional street parking available.

The condo is set up for self check-in, but I am only a phone call or text away if you need anything, including recommendations, during your stay. We highly encourage guests to scan the welcome guide as we have spent time on adding any FAQ`s there.

- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax.

- During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.
- Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.

- 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season; reach out for it to be applied

- Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.

- Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. The different travel websites state slightly different different as they are pre set options; this policy takes precedence.

- Direct Booking Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is held (not charged) the day of check in and released 5 business days after check out as long as no damage has been incurred if you are booking direct.

Chesterman Beach Loft property is in a prime beachfront location. Please note that the Loft suite does not have an ocean view. The beach can be accessed via a private path in less than a minute, and there is a great private guest beachfront seating area. It's an ideal spot for a family vacation, and you may meet the friendly owners, who are often visited by their families and grandchildren.

A trampoline is set up in the yard during the summer months, and guests' children are welcome to use it anytime with adult supervision.

THE NET LOFT is a bright, updated, and pet friendly rental suite located at the end of the peninsula in a quiet part of town. Just a 5 minute walk to the scenic Wild Pacific Trail, THE NET LOFT is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the beaches, trails, or water.

The space
THE NET LOFT vacation suite offers a west coast contemporary space complete with high ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. This pet friendly suite contains one bedroom, as well as a pull out couch that folds out into a double bed. As you fall asleep you will hear the sound of the nearby red can buoy, a reminder that the rugged west coast lays just a short distance from your door.

The full kitchen allows the option of cooking your own meals and comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven and stove, coffee maker, kettle and all cooking utensils. We also provide basic food staples such as tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, and spices.

The living room area has a flat screen LED television, satellite channels, and a Blueray player with a selection of DVDs for you to enjoy during your stay. A Wi Fi Internet connection is available on site, free of charge.

Have your morning coffee on the rear deck while you sit and listen to the sounds of the ocean a short distance away. If you finish your book during your stay, feel free to exchange it for one of ours.

The Net Loft welcomes you to bring your pets along. We charge a $40 fee per stay. While half will go toward giving the Suite some extra attention to get rid of the paw prints and pet hair, $20 from each pet fee collected will be donated to one of the local Animal Rescue Groups who work hard to spay and neuter, rescue, rehome and educate within Ucluelet and Tofino.

The suite is on the same property as our family home. We do our best to be mindful of noise when we have guests staying with us. That being said, 3 little boys can be unpredictable at times. Note that the upper windows in the bedroom don't have blinds.

You may wish to bring slippers, as the floors can be a little chilly.

Very comfortable one bedroom suite for rent. Centrally located in beautiful Ucluelet, it is short walking distance to town, hiking trails and beautiful local beaches. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub to round out your adventurous day.

Well suited for couples or families with children. The suite is attached to our family home. The suite is generally quite quiet and we do our best to limit sound but you may hear sound from downstairs living area at times.

The space
The bright and spacious private suite has a real West Coast feel with lots of windows and natural light to take advantage of the serene rainforest setting. There is a very comfortable pull out sofa to accommodate extra guests if needed. This upper floor suite is accessed via private staircase entry. The suite is attached to our family home. The suite is generally quite quiet and we do our best to limit sound but you may hear sound from downstairs living area at times. The small separate bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. There is a sofa that pulls out to a double bed if needed. Bedding for sofa bed will be provided if requested.

There is a small outdoor barbeque grill and well stocked kitchenette for preparing meals. The kitchenette includes small sized cooking appliances and a small fridge as this is the limits allowed to be compliant with our zoning regulations for the suite.

The spacious 4 piece bathroom is complete with a soaker/Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The suite is equipped with a TV and wifi for high speed internet. The TV is ready with Netflix and other popular streaming sites but does not have standard cable access.

Take advantage of walking the nearby Lighthouse Trail, Wild Pacific Trail, or visiting any of the beautiful local beaches all a short walking distance from the suite. Our location is on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a new subdivision, centrally located to all that Ucluelet has to offer.

Guests of the Treetop suite will have private access with their own staircase to this upper level suite. The driveway is shared with the main house. Designated parking for the suite is in the driveway at the base of the stairs up to the suite. Limit is one car. Additional parking is available on the street.

Our electric powered home is all about sustainability and comfort. Built in 2024 to the latest standards for energy efficiency, you'll be living 'off the grid'. We sell more power to BC Hydro than we use and offer a zero-carbon footprint.

The drinking water in Tofino is fantastic - much better than anything you could buy. We encourage everyone to try it. Please fill up water bottles from the sink and take them out on your adventures.

We're at the corner of Gibson & Daphne. My father's mother was a Gibson, an early settler family in Tofino. In fact, Daphne Gibson was my Great Aunt.

We have four guest parking spots. Two in front of the house by the sidewalk and two beside our house along Daphne Pl. Nothing in town is more than a ten-minute walk away.

The suite features a full sized bed, under counter fridge and induction hot plate. You’ll enjoy a full bathroom with tub.

The balcony offers magnificent views of Mears Island, Mt Collnet and the snow capped glaciers in the distance.

A Place On The Lane is centrally located in beautiful Ucluelet, BC. This is a 5 min walk to the grocery store, restaurants, gift shops, and local beaches. The Wild Pacific Trail is a 5 min drive and the Pacific Rim National Park is a 15 min drive from the doorstep.
