The airy, pleasant living room provides magnificent views of the Moray Firth, open the patio doors and you are onto a raised terrace on which to sit and soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. If you are very lucky the local dolphins will provide an acrobatic display. There are two large double bedrooms one with double bed and sea view, the second has twin beds and looks over the enclosed garden.

Take a wander around Seatown and the brightly coloured cottages - a delightful, irregular clutter of homes built gable-end to the sea and with colourful painted pointing between the bricks. Explore the dramatic landscapes, from rugged cliffs to sweeping shores, sheltered coves to fishing town harbours. Cycle along the Moray Coast Cycle Trail which runs from Cullen to Burghead. Golf enthusiasts have a lovely links course practically on the doorstep, which has stunning views over the bay.

Be sure to try the local dishes including Cullen skink, a hearty chowder-like fish soup. The clear waters here are the base for a resident colony of bottlenose dolphins, and there are several companies in the vicinity running wildlife cruises, when you could also spot seals, many seabirds and even whales.

Coastal haven in top location
Private & on street parking

The space
Airy, homely cottage, a minute from the beach. A home from home, with lovely, sunny garden. Three bedrooms - a double downstairs, another double and a spacious single upstairs. Ground floor bathroom with walk in shower. Second bathroom with bath upstairs. Gas central heating. Washing machine, garden furniture & hose in the garage.

On street and private parking, just outside the garage

A walkers paradise in every direction & brilliant for so many activities: sea view golf course, paddleboarding, surfing, kayaking, coasteering & coastal rowing. Cycle paths, minutes from the cottage. Angling, at the harbour and, of course, at the famous Spey river for salmon, grilse and sea trout.

Our family have loved the Seatown, in beautiful Cullen, for generations. One of the family fondly recalls playing at the top of Castle Hill and seeing their mother wave a red hankie, to let them know when it was time for lunch.

Colour coded bins are outside the back of the house. There is also a small food waste holder for daily use and a green bag for glass recycling. We are concerned to do our best to help slow down climate change for our children & their children: your help & support will be greatly appreciated. Much as we’d like to, we no longer discard and replace, unless necessary.
