This is a very popular, upscale, golf and beach lovers condo, located on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit building located in Pawley's Plantation Golf Resort and Country Club. The first bedroom en suite is located at the front of the condo and the master en suite is located at the back of the condo with access to the vinyl enclosed porch. We have added beautiful wood floors in the living room, Master bedroom & 2nd bedroom en suite. We’ve put wood flooring in both bathrooms and in our 4 season room. we have added new bedding, furniture and art work making it even more comfortable and special.

Additionally, we made our screened porch into a 4 season retreat with vinyl sliders and overhead fan, a spot where you can spend hours relaxing or watch the golfers play!

You can unwind with a beverage on the front porch rockers. A short walk to the owners pool where guests can take a dip and take in the sun or have a bite to eat at the Palmetto Pub in the clubhouse.

This Villa is beautifully decorated and boasts dramatic vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms have full baths making it great for friends or family gatherings. A washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, beach chairs and beach towels are all available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We recently replaced the armoire in the The living room and replaced it with a 50” smart television with stand. Both bedrooms have HD flat screen
Televisions, and wireless internet is available for your convenience.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds with pillow top mattresses and the master bedroom has one queen size bed with memory foam mattress and access to the vinyl enclosed screened in porch. The living room has been completely redecorated with new floors, sofa, chairs lighting fixtures and ceiling fan.

We have purchased his and her cruise bikes for all of you cruisers. Enjoy endless rides throughout Pawley's. We also provide bike helmets for your protection and bicycle pumps.

For beach lovers we have it all! Rolling cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, - just bring sunscreen! After the beach we have a hose on the ground floor to hose off the sand on the chairs, cooler umbrella and yourself so sand isn't making it into the condo. If you bring your dog to the beach please rinse the sand off of them.

We have replaced the linoleum kitchen counters and wet bar with beautiful granite in March, 2021. The kitchen and dining area are beautifully tiled. We offer a few area rugs, otherwise carpet free!

This is the perfect getaway for someone wanting peaceful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. The cottage/guesthouse includes a private full bath, kitchenette with micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. You will have use of the pool, grills (gas, charcoal and electric), fire pit and the golf cart (golf cart is only available with this unit). The beach is just a short 3 mile cart or car drive. This is a fully self contained and private unit located on the top floor of our outdoor building. It is not connected to the house, where we have one other unit. The lower lever has a workshop which is not used during a quest's stay. Your own private balcony overlooks the large backyard and pool in which you will have the use of.

You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, golf cart and pool. You will need to open the privacy gate in front of the golf cart to come and go with the cart. The gate remains unlocked. You will have your own private drive on the front left of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate and straight to the balcony steps that lead to the studio. You will have your own pass code for the keyless lock to enter the unit.

A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take with the golf cart to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. You can also use your car if you prefer.

If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway will accommodate that in most cases. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. There are restaurants, marinas and points of interest along the way.

The perfect family oriented getaway for someone wanting peaceful/beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. beautiful vaulted ceiling, includes a separate LR, queen BR, full private bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, ,2 LG TVs, AC/heat, wifi, and 3 separate/private/ground floor entrances/exits. Private parking. Use of the pool (directly outside your back door), grills, and fire pit. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Close to Myrtle Beach Murrells Inlet & Georgetown.

This is a fully self contained and private ground level unit that is completely locked off from the main house. The BR and LR have their own large screen TV's. Perfect for 2 but 3 or 4 can be accommodated with the comfortable spring cot and comfortable sofa (not a pull out bed). The bathroom is elevated one step above the ground level. I have included a picture of this step. It has it’s own separate parking and 3 private entrances. One from the front, one from the side and one from the back of the house where the pool is. This entrance provides easy ground floor access to the pool and backyard amenities.

You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, and pool. The balcony on the building at the back of the property belongs to another unit. You will have your own private drive on the front right of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate. Immediately to you left is the door to your apartment . You will have your own pass code for the key less lock to enter the unit. The unit is connected to the main house and is not in the back shed with the balcony.

- "A special property with warm and inviting design throughout. It was lovely to come home to and some days we didn’t even feel like leaving! Surprisingly roomy for a townhome. It worked nicely for our family of five with three small boys. Tracie had very easy to work alarms on the doors for extra security which was a HUGE plus w/kids. So many extras that other properties don’t have. A blender would have been nice for smoothies. The dining area converted to a 2 twin bedroom offers unique additional living space for children/ teens, w a bit of privacy. We’ve rented larger properties in the past that the kids got bored with because of the limited options in living space (we did move some breakables to the huge walk-in closets) It was also close enough to keep an eye on them. I liked that there were televisions in every room, although one of the cable boxes wasn’t working so we were down a tv in the guest bedroom. We made it work but Tracie offered to have someone come and look. We didn’t want to go through the hassle. The porch looked onto a part of the course not yet being utilized so it was very private, and again another area our sons enjoyed playing in. When we were there we lucked out and no one was above us so it was extra peaceful. We appreciated that the owner utilized the cleaning fee and there wasn’t a laundry list of jobs at checkout. Very friendly pool area at Clubhouse."

Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. However if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that South Carolina is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, please keep the doors closed.

- "Surprisingly, the rental was set up as 2 connected suites plus a large empty playroom. It was perfect for us (the parents) and our adult son/wife who are dog trainers. With the owners' permission, we brought two retired show dogs and had tons of room for them to play in the yard and under the house. When not at the beach, out shopping, or out dining, we were holding an Axe Throwing/Cornhole tournament under the house and enjoying each others' company. The location was private, peaceful, central to everything, and I was very happy with our stay. Suggestion: decide on dining choices before your trip and make reservations"
