This is a very popular, upscale, golf and beach lovers condo, located on the 2nd floor of a 4 unit building located in Pawley's Plantation Golf Resort and Country Club. This Villa is beautifully decorated and boasts dramatic vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms have full baths making it great for friends or family gatherings. A washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, beach chairs and beach towels are all available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We recently replaced the armoire in the The living room and replaced it with a 50” smart television with stand. Both bedrooms have HD flat screen
Televisions, and wireless internet is available for your convenience.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds with pillow top mattresses and the master bedroom has one queen size bed with memory foam mattress and access to the vinyl enclosed screened in porch. The living room has been completely redecorated with new floors, sofa, chairs lighting fixtures and ceiling fan.

We have purchased his and her cruise bikes for all of you cruisers. Enjoy endless rides throughout Pawley's. We also provide bike helmets for your protection and bicycle pumps.

For beach lovers we have it all! Rolling cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, - just bring sunscreen! After the beach we have a hose on the ground floor to hose off the sand on the chairs, cooler umbrella and yourself so sand isn't making it into the condo. If you bring your dog to the beach please rinse the sand off of them.

We have replaced the linoleum kitchen counters and wet bar with beautiful granite in March, 2021. The kitchen and dining area are beautifully tiled. We offer a few area rugs, otherwise carpet free!

This is the perfect getaway for someone wanting peaceful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. The cottage/guesthouse includes a private full bath, kitchenette with micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. You will have use of the pool, grills (gas, charcoal and electric), fire pit and the golf cart (golf cart is only available with this unit). The beach is just a short 3 mile cart or car drive. This is a fully self contained and private unit located on the top floor of our outdoor building. It is not connected to the house, where we have one other unit. The lower lever has a workshop which is not used during a quest's stay. Your own private balcony overlooks the large backyard and pool in which you will have the use of.

You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, golf cart and pool. You will need to open the privacy gate in front of the golf cart to come and go with the cart. The gate remains unlocked. You will have your own private drive on the front left of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate and straight to the balcony steps that lead to the studio. You will have your own pass code for the keyless lock to enter the unit.

A map is provided for you showing what routes you can take with the golf cart to go to the beach, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc. You can also use your car if you prefer.

If you wish to bring a trailered boat with you, the driveway will accommodate that in most cases. There is a boat landing (Hagley Landing) to the Waccamaw River at the very end of the road we live on (Hagley Drive). It is less than 2 miles from the house. If you head south on the river, it opens to the Atlantic Ocean. If you head north, it eventually connects to the Intercostal Waterway. There are restaurants, marinas and points of interest along the way.

The perfect family oriented getaway for someone wanting peaceful/beautiful surroundings, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apart. beautiful vaulted ceiling, includes a separate LR, queen BR, full private bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, ,2 LG TVs, AC/heat, wifi, and 3 separate/private/ground floor entrances/exits. Private parking. Use of the pool (directly outside your back door), grills, and fire pit. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Close to Myrtle Beach Murrells Inlet & Georgetown.

This is a fully self contained and private ground level unit that is completely locked off from the main house. The BR and LR have their own large screen TV's. Perfect for 2 but 3 or 4 can be accommodated with the comfortable spring cot and comfortable sofa (not a pull out bed). The bathroom is elevated one step above the ground level. I have included a picture of this step. It has it’s own separate parking and 3 private entrances. One from the front, one from the side and one from the back of the house where the pool is. This entrance provides easy ground floor access to the pool and backyard amenities.

You can come and go as you please and use all grills, tables, chairs, and pool. The balcony on the building at the back of the property belongs to another unit. You will have your own private drive on the front right of the house. This is the gate that you can enter and leave from. When arriving, you will need to park here and go through the gate. Immediately to you left is the door to your apartment . You will have your own pass code for the key less lock to enter the unit. The unit is connected to the main house and is not in the back shed with the balcony.

- "A special property with warm and inviting design throughout. It was lovely to come home to and some days we didn’t even feel like leaving! Surprisingly roomy for a townhome. It worked nicely for our family of five with three small boys. Tracie had very easy to work alarms on the doors for extra security which was a HUGE plus w/kids. So many extras that other properties don’t have. A blender would have been nice for smoothies. The dining area converted to a 2 twin bedroom offers unique additional living space for children/ teens, w a bit of privacy. We’ve rented larger properties in the past that the kids got bored with because of the limited options in living space (we did move some breakables to the huge walk-in closets) It was also close enough to keep an eye on them. I liked that there were televisions in every room, although one of the cable boxes wasn’t working so we were down a tv in the guest bedroom. We made it work but Tracie offered to have someone come and look. We didn’t want to go through the hassle. The porch looked onto a part of the course not yet being utilized so it was very private, and again another area our sons enjoyed playing in. When we were there we lucked out and no one was above us so it was extra peaceful. We appreciated that the owner utilized the cleaning fee and there wasn’t a laundry list of jobs at checkout. Very friendly pool area at Clubhouse."

With the owners' permission, we brought two retired show dogs and had tons of room for them to play in the yard and under the house. - "We enjoyed our stay at Lakeside. The reservations were a little weird. Had to call and pay outside of VRBO. That made us a little uncomfortable. You lose the protections of doing business through VRBO that way. I hope they get that sorted out. We booked another property the same way with the same company but had to cancel it. The only way to get a refund is by check 30 days later. That is certainly not the way VRBO would have done it. Unhappy with that process."

Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. There is not an elevator for this second floor unit, fyi, but it’s just two short flights of stairs and parking is footsteps away. Welcome to The Caddy Shack. Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses.

Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

The space
All the amenities of home in a spacious tiny home!
King sized super comfy bed that feels like sleeping on clouds, big super sized Tub/shower. Large walk-in closet with shelving. The kitchen has all the creature comforts you could want including dishwasher, oven/stove, big kitchen island with seating, coffee maker and small air fryer. Equipped with pots and pans and cutlery as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, all you need is your toothbrush and your clothes and what your mama gave you, and you will be set!

You also have a nice big deck with picnic table for your own personal use, a shared laundry, and a bbq for your own use. On the property you have about 1/4 acre to yourself so feel free to bring your toys. We love to play fetch with our tiny dogs that match the tiny house. But don’t worry each unit has an entirely separate yard from each other. There is an ev/rv 50 amp charger at the entrance of your unit located on the backside of the power panel.

Suite to Sea is a cozy stand-alone suite separate from house w/ no stairs, private entry & large well-lit fenced yard. On a cul-de-sac less than 5 mi from dog-friendly beaches, shopping, dining, Intracoastal Waterway boat ramp, & 9 golf courses. Boat/trailer parking on property. Only 15 min to historic waterfront Georgetown, Brookgreen Gardens, & within 15-75 min of Huntington Beach State Pk, Murrells Inlet Marshwalk (seafood capital of SC!), Surfside, Myrtle Beach, Mount Pleasant & Charleston.

The space
Private, cozy, fully furnished guest suite on a cul-de-sac (No traffic noise!) Private patio with grill & beautiful view of private wooded fenced-in picnic/firepit/dog area which abuts a beautiful golf course. Several seating areas outdoors where you can enjoy the weather, a meal, the view over the golf course - including gorgeous sunsets! - and the firepit!

Our goal is to make your stay easy, comfortable, and convenient for you and your dog!
AC, heat, TV, queen-sized bed, full bath, large shower, eat-in kitchenette, mini-frig, 2-burner hotplate, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, coffee maker, blender, grilling tools, dish soap, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, dog sheets & towels, and much more are provided.

Quiet, dog-friendly beaches are less than 5 miles from your Suite as well. Dogs allowed off leash on beaches at designated times May - September and 24/7 October - April. You'll find a convenient spigot with hose outside your Suite to wash sand off your dog after beach days.

Founders Club at Pawleys Island (golf course) is at the end of our street! You could walk there. Pick from 9 golf courses located from 2-10 minutes from your Suite.

Conveniently located about 1 mile from the Intracoastal Waterway boat ramp, we also have ample parking on our property for boats & trailers.

All typical beach-town attractions are within 5 miles of your Suite as well; quaint Hammock shops, 6 upscale & 7 casual restaurants, all offering mouth-watering cuisine, grocery & drug stores & ice cream shops!!

We're close to historic waterfront Georgetown, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, (seafood capital of South Carolina!) and a short drive from Myrtle Beach to the north & Charleston to the south.

Private stand-alone suite with private entrance, lockbox access & no stairs. [There is a 4-inch height difference from sidewalk to doorway of Suite.]

Short walk-way from free parking area, which is large enough to accommodate two cars and boat and trailer parking.

Private use of patio, grill, firepit & fenced-in wooded backyard picnic area. Nothing you need to share with us or anyone else, except your dog, if it wants to play with our lab!!

Other things to note
Small quiet neighborhood; our property is on a cul-de-sac. Only 5-10 minutes from the dog-friendly beaches, dining, shopping, & everything worth seeing & doing in Pawleys Island.
The restaurants are amazing. Golf courses are plentiful. Renting water toys, bicycles, & golf carts is easy. A community fitness center offers pickleball.
Huntington Beach State Park features the stunning Atalaya Castle built by industrialist Archer Huntington for his wife, sculptor Anna Hyatt Huntington. Many of her sculptures are featured at the beautiful Brookgreen Gardens across Route 17.

Historic waterfront Georgetown is a short 15 minute drive south & the Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet, the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" is 15 minutes north.
If you fancy seeing Myrtle Beach, a 45 minute drive north will get you to all the attractions. You can see historic Charleston, to the south of us, in a little over an hour.

Come enjoy a stay at our peaceful and centrally-located Cottage, in the heart of Pawleys Island. We are less than 3 miles from every grocery store, golf course, shopping centers and THE BEACH!!

The space
The cottage is located behind our residential home. A new privacy fence has been installed for guests. It sleeps 2-3 people comfortably, offering a queen size bed and a couch in the living room.

Other things to note
We have two kitties that roam the yard from time to time. They are both very friendly and won't bother you. You might just see them in passing.
