Our suite, the smallest, was still enormous, and even though ours was the only suite with a detached bathroom, we had a private key to the bathroom and robes to walk down the hall. This beautiful and simple cozy cottage is on the private Church Branch Lake Division of Lake Marion. Take in the lake scene from the dock at dusk and get up in the morning to a beautiful misty lake and a cup of coffee. Fayz on the Lake restaurant and Dollar General are within walking distance from the cottage. Boat on our smaller private lake, or on the large lake Marion, your choice, both landings are within 2 minutes, unfortunately, the two lakes do not connect by water.

Our Camping Cabin is located in Upper Lake Marion in Rimini, SC. This is our biggest cabin. Our one room cabin has 2 sets of bunk beds, (bottom bunk beds are full size,) Heat/ AC , Smart TV, microwave, refrigerator and a dinette set. Outside you will find a firepit and a picnic table. We have a game room with free Wi-Fi, pool tables, arcade games and a big screen tv, fishing pier, boat ramp and a bait shop and a campground on the property. The cabin is located in the middle of a sportsman's paradise. Fishing and Hunting are at your fingertips on the lake and three separate WMA s that are within 6 miles of each other. Put your boat in on our boat ramp and be at the trestle in a couple of minutes. If you are looking for accommodations in upper Lake Marion near the swamp this is it!

Our cabin is located in Stateburg, SC between Columbia and Sumter and within a 5-15 minute commute to Shaw AFB and Sumter. It is a convenient stop between I-77 and I-95 and has close proximity to Poinsett and Congaree Parks and The Palmetto Trail. It sits on top of a hill offering panoramic views, quiet, and privacy. Mine Hill sunrises and sunsets are stunning. Reserve as a stopover, a retreat from the workday, or a romantic getaway and enjoy our cabin as a home away from home.

Your home away from home. This property was built (March 2022). Find all of the comforts of home in this country home close to Sumter (15 min) , Camden (20 min) and Columbia (1 hour).
Beds have premium mattresses, large wall mounted tv's in the main bedroom and living room. Plug your laptop into the large monitor in the office- which also acts as a 3rd bedroom with a single futon bed. Print any documents you need during your stay on the printer in the office which includes a two person desk and office supplies (pens, paper, paperclips, staples, highlighters). Upgraded cable package so you are sure to find some great in home entertainment. Enjoy the peaceful backyard deck that includes a dining patio set. Front porch has seating for two. The kitchen includes all of the basics you will need (pots, pans, baking dishes, plates, utensils, French coffee press, blender, serving dishes, placemats and more).

Brand new paved road leads up to the property with a large paved driveway to park in.

Bring your pets. Home comes complete with dog toys, dog treats, dog bowls, kennel and pet blankets. The property has a dog run/fenced in area in the back yard.
