I'm guessing that means you could feel the springs, but there wasn't any loud grumbling. My only complaint is a non-complaint. The listing states there is internet; it does not state there is wireless internet. If like me, you assume that in 2023 "internet" means "wifi", be aware that there is no wifi, despite the fact that there is a wifi router on the nightstand. Kind of annoying, but as advertised. It's a bit far from all the Birkie festivities if you're going to and from Cable/Hayward, but a nice place to relax after the race!"
