The space
This tiny studio cabin has a queen bed, small sleeping loft with queen memory foam mattress and a full-size sofa sleeper. The space is equipped with kitchen and small dining space. Enjoy a small patio with gas fire pit and picnic table. Ladder to the loft can be moved to the side for convenience. The pool deck at the main house is available for use as a shared space.

You will have access to the hot tub located on the main house deck. This is a shared space.

Perfect for couples, this vacation rental is ideally located near plenty of California's finest lakes and National Parks. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on your furnished covered deck or a nice walk through the neighborhood before heading out to Bass Lake to rent a boat at The Forks Resort less than 10 minutes away. Enjoy relaxing evenings watching the sunset while grilling up a meal.
The space
Our studio has been a vacation rental for a few years now and we have hosted many guests. Most of which have rated our place and amenities 5 stars. We strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable stay in a clean, safe and well appointed space.
We are on a little under 3 acres. There are very few nearby neighbors, so the property is very peaceful and you rarely see cars or people in the neighborhood. We have recently added a campsite to the property with 30 amp power and water. Please inquire if interested as it is listed on a separate platform.
Guest access
Help yourselves to the outdoor activities. Cornhole, Horseshoes, Can Jam & Basketball. Trailer parking is available on site. 2 outdoor picnic tables. We also have a fenced in area for your pets, with a covered deck and adirondack chairs for you to relax while they run and play.
Other things to note
Please be sure to lock your vehicles at night and make sure not to leave your burger wrappers or anything that might attract a hungry bear. We do have an occasional bear going through the trash bins around the neighborhood. There may also be a coyote, fox, deer, turkey or skunk on the property. We always suggest that you keep your pets on a leash, in the pet area or nearby you when outdoors.
Our home is right at snow level, so we do get the occasional snowfall. Sometimes we get several inches. Four wheel drive is suggested and chains are required to be carried in your vehicle during these times. We also have a campsite on property available to book on a separate platform if interested. please inquire for further details.
