The wifi was strong, the AC was great, the water pressure was amazing, and Solet was a humble and welcoming host! It's a gated property, with parking, in a quiet community, and we felt safe and secure. We slept well and really enjoyed our stay! This is definitely a great place to stay especially when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the popular beach resorts and hotels. I'd highly recommend for couples, solo travelers and even families (since several of the rooms can accommodate multiple people and you can enjoy the outdoor space, verandas and views together in a homely, beautifully landscaped, safe environment. - "This apartment is in the perfect location to downtown Negril. It is situated in a private apartment complex above a modern grocery store, shopping area, and food court. It is very easy to walk to the downtown area banks, restaurants, and local taxi to go up 7 Mile Beach. I had an issue with check in not reading the instructions properly and realizing I was trying the wrong lock box. Shawna k went above and beyond with whatever I needed in the apartment, and extension cord, even when the internet went out, she was on top of it and had it restored in minutes. Definitely somewhere I would recommend and would be happy to return to."

Summer on the Rock is a brand new penthouse suite in the heart of Negril. Steps away from the town itself you can easily get to local craft shops, eateries, supermarkets and fast food restaurants and live like a local, or you can get away from it all and stay in. This apartment is positioned at the crossroads between the west end (Cliffs) and the Norman Manley Boulevard ( 7 mile beach) giving you the option of lounging on the beach in the morning and jumping off the cliffs in the afternoon.

This is an addition onto the owners home. That is a studio efficiency at best it is new. The bed is very tall and hard as a rock. there is no door to the bathroom and no curtain. I uploaded a picture for reference. The location accuracy is off, this place It is not one minute walk from 7 mile Beach. It is about 20 to 30 minutes drive. This is way off the beaten path neighborhood in Sheffield, not Negril. There isn’t a living room to hang out in as stated, the chairs that they have in the pictures are actually the same chairs from the patio. The yard is not appealing as there’s trash and construction. The driveway ruined my husband‘s car we came in at an angle as he stated, but it bottomed out our car we had two flat tires twice in 10 days due to the road conditions. The shower does not drain well. The AC only covers the open room. If you are a single person or a married couple or friends that don’t mind not having privacy in the bathroom, then this might be for you, but it was not for us. "

Very large apartment with 2 rooms in Negril on West End Road.

Close to downtown and the famous 7 Mile Beach.

Ideal for families or groups. We are located in a small cul-de-sac where the children can play.

Two spacious rooms: your living room with open kitchen, seating area, TV and single bed. Your bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, air conditioning and bathroom. You have your own beautiful veranda, which is also used as an entrance area.

The open kitchen allows you to cook together. Couch with TV for relaxing, seating area for eating or relaxing on the veranda. Large refrigerator for cold drinks and stove for good food.

The rooms have ceiling and standing fans. We charge separately for hot water and the use of the air conditioning, as not everyone uses it.

You live with locals. A small house, idyllic, authentic and warm.

The national fruit, ackee, a delicious avocado, banana or mango. All of this can be found in our garden. Precious!

We are at a dead end. It's very quiet and idyllic. Unless the neighbors sing or listen to music. This is Jamaica! ;)

We live in the house, the owner is Jamaican and like a grandfather to my son.

Every Saturday the fruit and vegetable truck comes to our property. You can get fish from the fish rasta or the one who is out and about on his bike. The ice cream truck stops in front of the door every now and then. Our cleaning lady is Jamaican.
