We are making the following obvious statements due to recent guests who have stayed with us but did not know what they were booking.

This home is located deep in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies. Although there is a great restaurant a few minutes’ walk from the home, the closest store is 30 minutes away. Please make every effort to purchase what you need prior your arrival.

Also, it is a low ecological footprint home. Meaning, we conserve water.

`Lil` Frying Pan Cabin` is a cozy, rustic tiny home in beautiful Wondervu, CO (near Nederland). This nearly 100-yr-old, pint-sized cabin has been lovingly restored with simplicity in mind. This cabin has been meticulously updated to honor a reduced ecological footprint. This cabin is the epitome of `glamper` - a form of camping with accommodation and facilities more luscious than those associated with traditional camping.

The cabin is decorated with quirkiness that you will fall in love with as soon as you step foot inside. The home has new windows and skylights, basking the home in wonderful natural light! The original roof was papered - now it is a beautiful copper. The loft bedroom is wrapped in local CO beetle kill pine - and, it`s gorgeous! After a day of adventuring, sit back and relax on the leather couch while warming your toes by the fireplace. Linking you to a simpler time, you can use the top of the fireplace to cook your dinner.

The fireplace is one of the cooking options you have in this tiny home: fireplace, small toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, or outside grill. Cooking on the wood stove reminds us of staying at Grandma`s - bring the kids, they`ll love it! There is no modern oven/stove. Nor will you find a dishwasher or washer/dryer.

`Lil` Frying Pan Cabin` has modern plumbing with warm water, a comfortable shower, and flushable toilet (the original outhouse is for storage). There is great WiFi in this home. You will not have an issue streaming. We ask that our guests be mindful of electric power usage, making sure to turn lights and baseboard heaters off when not needed and/or leaving the cabin. There is a refrigerator and a TV with a DVD player and available movies (no cable). It`s your chance to unplug and reconnect with nature and your loved ones (if you chose to bring them).

This home is one of four cabins... so while remote, you`re not completely off the grid. It is also easy to assess off SH-74. The home is located approximately 45 minutes drive from the downtown Denver (30 minutes from downtown Golden / 30 minutes from downtown Boulder).

The home’s location is perfect for adventure enthusiasts and quiet escapists alike. There is easy access to hiking and biking trails (don`t forget to pack your boots and bike(s)!), family-friendly open space, skiing at Eldora or paddling at Gross Reservoir. There is a picnic table for guests use.

Perfect for friends or family. This cabin sleeps four. There is a king size bed in the loft and twin bunk beds in a separate bedroom downstairs.

This home is professionally cleaned using natural, eco-friendly cleaning products between each guest stay.

Staying in Wintertime? While the property is on a School Bus Route / County-maintained and plowed roadway, during the winter months it may be advisable to have a 4WD vehicle.

This cozy space features two beds in two bedrooms, a complete kitchenette that includes some comfortable sitting space to watch movies while your snowed in or have a romantic dinner next to the wood stove. Hiking out the backdoor, Gorgeous Mountain drives to Eldora Ski Lodge 30mins, Denver/Boulder 45mins. 420 & Dog friendly LGBTQIA+ owned, operated and friendly. Hosts live on the property, in a small space. The house is rented both upstairs and downstairs. The Castle’sDen is DOWNSTAIRS! Its private! Private entrance, Private parking. - "This cabin was perfect for what we needed. It was quiet, clean, and had beautiful views. Five stars. We recommend highly." - "It is a nice cabin up in the mountains. Beautiful area and far enough away from Denver to get away but close enough if you want to have fun there." - "I stayed in the Castle Den for a few days this February with my dog, and it was nice...except that my dog kept hearing people walking around and occasionally talking upstairs, and it drove the dog nuts. This caused a bit of stress. I don't know if the people upstairs were particularly noisy, or if the floor/ceiling is poorly insulated, but it was pretty obvious that we weren't alone. It wasn't loud enough to really bother me, but with a dog that wanted to bark at every noise...it was a problem. I didn't know it would be such a problem, so next time I'll be sure to rent a place where we are renting the entire building. I hope the occasional barks didn't bother the neighbors. As to the flat itself: It's cute and comfortable, but...a bit awkward? I wanted nothing more but to relax on a couch or comfy chair while gazing at the view and/or fireplace, but the couch was placed with its back against the only window, so there wasn't an easy way to just kick back and contemplate nature. And the dining table was between the house and the fireplace, so you couldn't watch the fire either. The bedroom I stayed in was very comfortable, though, and if you're planning to go off skiing during the day instead of sitting around inside like I did, it would be fine. And the yard was great for exploring with my dog."

Spectacular outdoors offer Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Roosevelt National Forest, Indian Peaks Wilderness, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail, and the Peak to Peak Scenic and Historic Byway.

Here you will find everything you like about mountains: tons of hiking, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, rock climbing, or kayaking. There is lots of wildlife in the canyon as well, so make sure to look around for deer, foxes, and moose!

If a laid-back vacation is what you are looking for, you can try your luck gambling at Black Hawk and Central City casinos or take a breathtaking narrow gauge train ride with Georgetown Loop Railroad. Visit the historical town of Nederland for the unique rich history in mining and geology, as well as live music, breweries, and coffee shops.

There are lots of uncovered parking spaces in our driveway that may fit up to 5 cars.

• The nearest grocery store is about 25 mins away. We suggest purchasing groceries before coming to the house. There is a market at the gas station 10 minutes from the Cabin with only limited essentials. A liquor store and a few coffee shops are also 3-7 minutes away.

• The house is located at 8,773 ft elevation. Please plan ahead and be prepared for the potential Altitude Sickness and rapid weather changes during your visit.

Before you book, we would like you to know this is a fantastic home for you to get away from the rest of the world!

We are making the following obvious statements due to recent guests who have stayed with us but did not know what they were booking.

This home is located deep in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies. Although there is a great restaurant a few minutes’ walk from the home, the closest store is 30 minutes away. Please make every effort to purchase what you need prior your arrival.

Also, it is a low ecological footprint home. Meaning, we conserve water.


"Lil' Frying Pan Cabin" is a cozy, rustic tiny home in beautiful Wondervu, CO (near Nederland). This nearly 100-yr-old, pint-sized cabin has been lovingly restored with simplicity in mind. This cabin has been meticulously updated to honor a reduced ecological footprint. This cabin is the epitome of "glamper" - a form of camping with accommodation and facilities more luscious than those associated with traditional camping.


The cabin is decorated with quirkiness that you will fall in love with as soon as you step foot inside. The home has new windows and skylights, basking the home in wonderful natural light! The original roof was papered - now it is a beautiful copper. The loft bedroom is wrapped in local CO beetle kill pine - and, it's gorgeous! After a day of adventuring, sit back and relax on the leather couch while warming your toes by the fireplace. Linking you to a simpler time, you can use the top of the fireplace to cook your dinner.


The fireplace is one of the cooking options you have in this tiny home: fireplace, small toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, or outside grill. Cooking on the wood stove reminds us of staying at Grandma's - bring the kids, they'll love it! There is no modern oven/stove. Nor will you find a dishwasher or washer/dryer.


"Lil' Frying Pan Cabin" has modern plumbing with warm water, a comfortable shower, and flushable toilet (the original outhouse is for storage). There is great WiFi in this home. You will not have an issue streaming. We ask that our guests be mindful of electric power usage, making sure to turn lights and baseboard heaters off when not needed and/or leaving the cabin. There is a refrigerator and a TV with a DVD player and available movies (no cable). It's your chance to unplug and reconnect with nature and your loved ones (if you chose to bring them).


This home is one of four cabins... so while remote, you're not completely off the grid. It is also easy to assess off SH-74. The home is located approximately 45 minutes drive from the downtown Denver (30 minutes from downtown Golden / 30 minutes from downtown Boulder).


The home’s location is perfect for adventure enthusiasts and quiet escapists alike. There is easy access to hiking and biking trails (don't forget to pack your boots and bike(s)!), family-friendly open space, skiing at Eldora or paddling at Gross Reservoir. There is a picnic table for guests use.


Perfect for friends or family. This cabin sleeps four. There is a king size bed in the loft and twin bunk beds in a separate bedroom downstairs.


This home is professionally cleaned using natural, eco-friendly cleaning products between each guest stay.


Staying in Wintertime? While the property is on a School Bus Route / County-maintained and plowed roadway, during the winter months it may be advisable to have a 4WD vehicle.


INTERESTING FACTs: Wondervu is a settlement that was developed in the late 1920s-1930s by the Denver lawyer Otto Friedrichs as a vacation community for the working class. Population of Wondervu is approximately 2600 people. Elevation is 8632 above sea level.

Maximum occupancy: 4 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Our permit allows for a max of 4 cars to park in the driveway. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-seven (27) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

Any unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancelation without refund.

We do not allow any parties or events at this home.


CANCELLATION POLICY:


We follow a strict cancellation policy on all websites.


If you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.

The Cabin is a perfect escape for nature lover's - idyllic mountain hideaway surrounded by Aspen & Big Pine Trees, This historic cabin built in 1930 with rustic charm while providing modern conveniences. Huge Soaking Tub, Extra large fully equipped kitchen and efficient laundry limited use laundry units, enjoy the hot tub on the shared deck, and a huge fenced yard , for your pups, no breed or size restrictions. We are in a historic neighborhood called Wondervu, in Golden with some occupied and some vacant old cabins nearby, off of the famous Peak to Peak Scenic Drive. Book a week in the Fall to experience the stunning colorful highly photographed Fall Aspen Leaves. Book a winter stay, and Ski Eldora, or Loveland, or Winter Park then soak in the hot tub upon your return. Book in the Summer, to enjoy the magic of a Colorado Mountain Summer.

Step inside and feel right at home in the spacious 1200 sq. feet of living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including a toaster oven, blender, crockpot, some spices, baking dishes, 2 iron skillets, 2 pots, silverware, chef knives, steak knives, microwave, cookware, spices, utensils, outdoor gas grill , and kurig one cup with complimentary coffee. Enjoy your meals in the bright and sunny breakfast nook while watching wild life from the windows.

The cabin is perfect for remote workers too, with a home office, high-speed FIBER internet, and separate workspaces for two people. A rare find in the mountains. However acts of nature can affect its functioning. (We do not provide refunds for acts of nature. )

The bathroom boasts natural wood-lined walls and a huge soaking tub for two, giving it a spa-like feel. The toilet even has a bidet, making your stay even more comfortable. Note that this cabin operates with a well and septic, please read all of the house rules prior to booking, and feel free to reach out with any questions, anytime.

Bring your pup for an experience too. 2 DOGS MAX ARE ALLOWED. Must DISCLOSE and select that you are bringing pet/pets at time of booking as there is an extra fee. Fully fenced large yard with outdoor table, grill, and hammock during the summer and early fall June 1- October 1.

Access Roosevelt National forest by walking 5 mins through the neighborhood to the trail head, marked by a no trespassing sign. Bring Bear spray, a GPS tracker, as these trails are unmarked and intermediate, to difficult hiking. at elevation of 9,000 ft.

Lots of nearby outdoor activities a short drive: Boulder, Mountain Town of Nederland, Eldora Ski Resort, Kayak or SUP Gross Reservoir, Golden Gate Park, Black Hawk Casinos, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Skiing, Off Roading, Snow Shoeing ( 2 pairs of snowshoes provided) and so much more!

Please note our cabin isn't for everyone, it is located in nature, a heavily forested area, Foxes, Bears, Mountain Lions, Moose. Acts of nature can affect the cabin: we do not offer refunds for power outages, pipe freezes, large snow falls, or evacuation due to forest fires, or nature's creatures like spiders, crickets, flies, bees, or mice entering the cabin. The cabin is professionally cleaned and maintained, but There is a difference between a 5 star hotel and a 5 star vacation rental in the mountains. There is a key to lock the back door in the door, it is a double secure door, with a locking screen door, we purposefully removed the glass panel in the door to allow air flow prevent shatters from high wind succage. The key will lock the door, you can remove the key but please put the key back in the lock when done. Rest assured very secure and safe.

We aim to please but this is a remote off the beaten path rustic mountain area, ideal for nature lovers, and adventurous travelers who are very self sufficient. Must have a car, and be able to handle mountain driving.

The entire house is yours! Private. 1 Bedroom with a King Size Bed, and 1.5 bathrooms, Huge Living room, Large Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Fenced Backyard & Covered Porch.

Please note: There are 2 cabins on the 1/2 Acre property both vacation rentals, separated by a large 700 sq ft deck. The hot tub sits on the deck with shared access for guests in each cabin. It's a large tub, plenty of room for 4 people. Each cabin has its own separate outdoor yard each completely private from one another. We are located in a neighborhood, please read neighborhood description.

Other things to note
Fortunate to have High Speed Fiber WiFi Internet . This is a rare find in the mountain allowing you to work remotely . However unforeseen circumstances , such as weather can cause these modern conveniences to be disrupted . Please plan ahead be prepared for possible outages.

AT&T and cricket are the only cell phone service providers that work at the house . You can use WiFi calling with Verizon and T mobile , but there is not a land line. Location : This is a Mountain Cabin in Golden, Coal Creek Canyon , 45 minutes to the City of Golden, 30 Minutes to Boulder, 45 mins to Downtown Denver. The nearest town is Nederland. ****Remote off the beaten path.

Ideal for Exploring a lot of the best that Colorado offers from this conveniently located Cabin, while still being able to have a mountain experience.

The cabin has a very old plumbing system, is on a well and septic, not city supplied. If one guest doesn’t follow the rules the next guest won’t have access as it can take 10-20 days to get a plumber to the area to fix things like a washer and dryer , the tub, toilet, and dishwasher. What you do and how you observe the rules affects the next guest. Please be conscious and mindful .

Please NO flushing toilet paper down the toilet, use the waste basket and Bidet. Please conserve water.

If you like a slowed down pace and a calm way of life , are basically a simplistic person you’ll fit in great!

The cabin’s elevation is approximately 8,200 feet. The mountains visible from the sun room features a panoramic view of the Indian Peaks. Please note, the mountains are home to many wild animals. Keep service animals on leash at all times.

The Stone Cliff Cottage positioned near the quaint town of Wondervu with easy access to Highway 72. The cottage has an amazing view of the Continental Divide. We are close to Golden Gate State Park, Indian Peaks Wilderness, Nederland, Eldora Ski Resort, Black Hawk and Central City Casinos. Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

The space
The cottage was built in the 1950's and has just undergone a complete renovation. We have a full kitchen with modern appliances, a beautiful bathroom, a living/dining room with with a fireplace & TV, and two bedrooms. Our cottage is around 9,000 ft elevation which allows for amazing views of the Continental Divide. Even though the place is right off of the highway, we recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle (with chains) during the winter. Make sure you check the weather before you arrive. Our 520 square foot, small space has a large feel with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and full size bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and larger living room with wet bar in the loft. The space is perfectly designed to feel like you're living among the trees, with wrap-around balcony perched 40 feet in the air. Enjoy Mountain Divide views, sunsets, watch wildlife, stargaze, moon gaze, cloud gaze, and immerse yourself in the quiet beauty of nature. Eco friendly designed with natural beetle kill wood and recycled steel sheeting as wall finish accents.

Inside, you'll find modern amenities to make you feel right at home, including a Bluetooth soundbar, high-speed fiber internet, built-in USB charging station, stainless steel appliances, large front load washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax in the large spa-like shower or enjoy the comfort of the whole-house antibacterial air purifier. The vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and bedroom provide full-sized clearances, while the loft area can be used as a living room, wet bar, or second bedroom with a futon couch. Perfect for 1 or 2 solo travelers, or couples.

The bedroom features a built-in multi-use closet that doubles as a home office or desk with storage cabinets and clothes hanging space. Well-behaved dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome for an extra fee, and the cabin features its own private outdoor space with aspen trees and pine trees providing a beautiful backdrop.

There are 2 cabins on the property separated by a large 700 Sq foot deck. We winterize the deck from Mid October thru mid may, meaning no firepit or furniture. There isa cozy wood-burning stove inside of the cabin for use during the winter months. Each cabin has a dedicated 1 car parking space. We are located in a rustic historic mountain neighborhood called Wondervu. Some vacant cabins and some occupied are nearby. I live next door, which makes it easy for me to help guests with their needs.

Please note that our plumbing is sensitive as we are on a well and septic, we kindly ask that you not flush toilet paper or feminine products. The well water is tested and clean for drinking.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy yoga on the deck or relax in Adirondack chairs while reading a book or sipping a cocktail. The gas firepit is a great place to cozy up on a cool summer eve. LGBTQ+ friendly, all lives welcome !

Please note our cabin is located in nature, a heavily forested area, Foxes, Bears, Mountain Lions, Moose. Please opt in for travel insurance if you are concerned about weather affecting your stay. Acts of nature can affect the cabin: we do not offer refunds for power outages, pipe freezes, large snow falls, or evacuation due to forest fires, or nature's creatures like spiders, crickets, flies, bees, or mice entering the cabin. The cabin is professionally cleaned and maintained.

We aim to please but this is a remote off the beaten path rustic mountain area, ideal for nature lovers, and adventurous travelers who are very self sufficient. Must have a car, and be able to handle mountain driving.

The entire cabin is yours! Private. Large driveway shared with the main cabin next door, fits 2 cars easily. Please park to the RIGHT when you pull in. And please note there are two sleeping spaces a futon in the loft and a Queen Bed downstairs.

Other things to note
Fortunate to have High Speed Fiber WiFi Internet . This is a rare find in the mountain allowing you to work remotely . However unforeseen circumstances , such as weather can cause these modern conveniences to be disrupted . Please plan ahead be prepared for possible outages.

The cabin is passive air conditioned, so it naturally stays cool with a fan in the summer months.

AT&T and cricket are the only cell phone service providers that work at the house . You can use WiFi calling with Verizon and T mobile , but there is not a land line. Location : This is a Mountain Cabin in Boulder County, Coal Creek Canyon , 45 minutes to the City of Golden ( furthest). The nearest town is Nederland.

****Remote off the beaten path**********. Remember to pick up groceries on your way up, there is one gas station within 15 miles, there is an EV charging station 5 minutes from the cabin, 1 liquor store 5 minutes away, but the nearest grocery is in Nederland or Candelas, in Arvada.

No Ubers, or LYFTs from the mountain no public transportation whatsoever. You can advance book a ride to RedRocks for a concert or a Ride to the airport thru Peaceful Rides in Nederland.

Winter months: . November thru June 5th must have all wheel drive vehicle or 4x4 . NO UBERS NO LYFTS available in the mountain. You can contact Peaceful Rides out of Nederland to advance book transportation down the canyon.

For month long term 30 day plus stays : there is an additional $150 cleaning fee , as we have to block off 2 days post stay to deep clean.

NO flushing toilet paper down the toilet, use the waste basket and bidet. Please conserve water, as we are on well water, not city supplied. The wood stove as of Oct 1, 2023, is no longer available for use, new insurance regulations will not allow . Violations are heavily fined, so please do not burn a fire in the wood stove unless you have written permission from me, your Host.

If you like a slowed down pace and a calm way of life , are basically a simplistic person you’ll fit in great! If you are use to a lot of city like amenities, including instant fixes , this place probably isn't for you. We can experience extreme acts of nature certain times of year, that can affect the cabin's functioning such as power outages, and freezing temps. Please inquire about weather prior to booking, as we cannot give refunds due to acts of nature.

The cabin is a perfect mountain getaway to enjoy refreshing, cool air on those warm days and nights. We are nestled on two private, forested acres, yet only 3 minutes from I-70 with easy access to Red Rocks Amphitheater and tons of trails. The cabin has a large sun room that doesn't intrude on nature but is built with nature in mind; it places you in the middle of a wooded landscape, surrounding you in a wildlife wonderland! We have elk and deer as frequent visitors.

Our home is set up for a sweet, private get-away for couples. You can snuggle together in the Sunroom on a reclining love seat, watch wildlife, or gaze at the stars through the skylight ceiling. There's a thick rug in front of the living room's fireplace where you can sit and play games together. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and it's own coffee bar ... in the morning, you can enjoy coffee on the bedroom's balcony. The kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals. There are two televisions with Hulu, plus games, books, and magazines to keep you entertained ... not to mention the local critters.

You will have a county maintained, paved road from the interstate to the cabin. There is parking at your entrance. The whole house and grounds are for your enjoyment. The hosts live in the Mother-in-Law suite which is attached to the house, but there is a sound barrier between the two places. Guests rarely see the hosts unless they are needed.

Other things to note
We want you to make wonderful memories here. Please leave clean up to us. Leave the dishes in the sink, we will take care of the trash and recycles, and we will take care of all the linens. You just come and enjoy your stay. There is no cleaning fee ... just have a sweet time!

The space
Built on solid granite, these cabins sit upon the top of a mountain! As far as you can see, you can hike, or just soak up the majesty from the all-windows sunroom. Full kitchen, laundry, wood stove and pellet stove present, year-round outdoor hot tub, picnic tables, and fire pit. The heated sidewalk allows for no snowy worries and easy access to cabins.
You won't hear any cars, but you will still have cell service. 3gig/day of WiFi included with your visit.
Close to Golden Gate Canyon State Park and Central City/Blackhawk. Walk down to the property pond or hike around all 93 acres!

Two cabins:
The main cabin has 1 bedroom and a loft (sleeps 4), full kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment, dishes flatware, coffee maker, and Keurig. The second cabin is two parts with separate entrances. The upper part of the cabin is a game room with a blow up mattress that sleeps 2. Our Private Mountain Cabin located in the Rocky Mountains at an impressive 8,700 feet elevation offers stunning views of Evergreen and Aspen trees, mountain peaks, and the occasional visit from local wildlife.

Inside, the cabin offers a cozy wood-burning stove, elevated ceilings, and large A-frame windows that fill the space with natural light during the day and offer breathtaking views of the night sky.

Step outside onto the spacious deck, complete with comfortable seating, an inviting egg chair, and a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Gather around the fire pit under the starry skies for marshmallow roasting and stories by the fire.

For entertainment, there's a 55' Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and YouTube Premium subscriptions. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. We've stocked the cabin with a variety of board games for all ages, ensuring endless fun and laughter.

Check-in is after 3pm. You will receive an individual smart lock code the day before your arrival and have the entire place just to yourself! There are lots of uncovered parking spaces in our driveway.

For guests staying from November to April please note that 4WD/AWD vehicle is REQUIRED in winter driving conditions. Roads are all county-plowed and maintained but winter conditions may exist at any time between September-May.

• We have a no pet policy. Thank you for understanding.

• Be aware that this is the mountains and we do have wild animals. Do not feed the animals. Do not approach or try to interact with wild animals.

• The nearest grocery store is about 25 mins away. We suggest purchasing groceries before coming to the house. There is a market at the gas station 10 minutes from the Cabin with only limited essentials. A liquor store and a few coffee shops are also 3-7 minutes away.

• The house is located at 8,773 ft elevation. Please plan ahead and be prepared for the potential Altitude Sickness and rapid weather changes during your visit.

Perched at nearly 9,000' atop a quiet neighborhood, this secluded 1+ acre, 3500 square foot property boasts a beautiful log home with heavenly views spanning from Denver all the way through the Continental Divide. With 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people, Cabana Cielo is an adult version of your childhood treehouse!

The space
This home is quiet. It has fiber internet, tv's in the bedrooms and the ground level that all have Netflix only. It does not have a TV in the main living room. We do have a private office that is available for stays of 30 days or longer.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home, except; the office (don't worry, there is still dedicated work space in the loft); the unfinished basement area; two loft closets; the boiler room and the garage.

Other things to note
There is parking for up to 5 vehicles. Please only park in the upper portion of the driveway that is closest to the home. There is a pullout half way up the driveway, please do not park there. If you're staying in the winter months we recommend an all wheel drive vehicle and/or good snow tires to get up a couple of steep spots. The driveway will be plowed after a snowstorm as soon as someone can get there.

We do have 2 outdoor security cameras. One in the front and one in the back.

Cell service is not reliable but we do have EXCELLENT fiber internet so you can activate wifi calling on your phone. ATT generally will be ok.
