This cabin is a true log cabin built and located in Winter Park, Co. The cabin is within a few minutes walk to parks, restaurants and downtown Winter Park. The cabin has two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms and comfortably can sleep eight people. A unique bunk room is a perfect place for children to enjoy the stay along with parents. The breathtaking views off the back deck create a peaceful relaxing stay, along with a large 8 person luxurious hot tub to enjoy more. A game room/sun room is also a perfect place to enjoy family time and a few games of ping pong. Board games, coloring books and supplies are also included for children and adults to enjoy. Brand new rental, our cabin is in the perfect location just above downtown Winter Park. We have walked (just under a mile) & ridden bikes into town & there's a shuttle stop a 2 minute walk a way that will take you to the ski area & into downtown Winter Park. It's laid out perfectly with a master both up & downstairs plus 2 bedrooms on the main floor there's plenty of room & everyone gets a little privacy.

The deck just off the family room offers expansive views of the ski resort with a private 8 man hot tub and a table & chairs where you can sit & enjoy a drink or a meal on warmer days.

The sectional in the family room is incredibly comfortable & the perfect to relax & watch a movie or show. We have cable TV, WIFI for all your favorite smart TV programs, & a blue ray DVD player if you’d like to bring some of your own or head into town to pick up one from Redbox.

The kitchen is well equipped for eating in & offers a pub table with 5 barstools & 4 additional barstools that sit up the counter. There’s a Webber grill on the covered front porch that’s perfect for grilling in the summer or in the winter!

We’re surrounded by trails for biking & hiking in the warmer months or snowshoeing in the colder ones. There’s a park a short walk away with tennis courts, basketball courts, a big grassy area where we play football or throw the Frisbee & a play area for smaller kids.

- "It was a great location and the home was in good shape. The majority of the bedrooms are up spiral staircases. It was great for us but could be a challenge for some. There was a problem with VRBO not including the check-in/checkout instructions on their website. The hosts sent us all of the instructions, but would be nice to include a hardcopy of those instructions in the house. Overall it was a very positive experience and I woudl recommend this place to anyone. Would be great for families with kids."

Fabulous Log Cabin home! Amazing Views from back deck of Continental Divide & Slopes . WIFI, cable, games galore! Free bus shuttle steps from door to ski slopes/mountain biking & everywhere. 1 1/2 min drive to Main St or short walk & only a few minute drive to slopes. Home has many new upgrades & renovations (completed July 2019). Two entirely new high- end bathrooms, custom granite sinks, and custom notty alder vanities, high end Toto toilet, all new time and fixtures and brand new large capacity washer and dryer. very classy, New curtains throughout, high-end linens & bedding, New custom made queen/queen log bunk beds with high-end new memory foam mattress, newly renovated deck, new hickory hardwood floors in kitchen & tvs in all rooms.
Fully stocked kitchen w/
Double ovens and all the necessities you could possibly need for cooking/baking. New Slab Granite countertops and granite kitchen table. There are 3 coffee makers to appease everyone’s tastes, a Keurig, a regular coffee maker and a French press.

The family room is very cozy with 3 full length very comfortable couches and the table is filled with games galore! The fallow deer chandelier adorns this room. Rock wall w mantel surrounds the real log fireplace but renters need to buy their own wood which is sold at many stores around if we approve fires which we will let you know prior to arrival. Off the family room is our large deck. A great extension of living space. The covered part of the deck has a very high-end stainless steel Lynx Grill and benches to sit and a mini fridge. Step down a sto from the covered deck onto our really large deck which has our newest addition of a 3 person chair lift mounted on our deck that is from the first ski resort in the nation from Sun Valley Idaho. Outstanding views of the ski slopes and Continental Divide. Lights surround the deck every evening. A wonderful place to eat meals, coffee and the peaceful surroundings.

Back inside the home is a log staircase that leads to 2 rooms that are mountain themes. One room has brand new custom-made Queen/Queen Log bunk beds with high end memory foam mattresses. Very comfy and very roomy. Moose themed room.

The next bedroom has a custom made log queen bed. Surge protectors to plug in all you need are located in every room of the home.

Our home has a new huge main floor master suite with vaulted ceilings, 2 ceiling fans, amazing views of slopes & Continental Divide, a king sized comfy bed, a couch that opens into a bed, a desk for a work space, 65” tv, and a private bathroom with large jacuzzi tub /Shower surrounded by granite walls and European shower doors w a granite sink to match the walls. There’s also a fold out twin bed and a pack & play if needed. There’s also a highchair, booster chair, etc for the little ones and books and games for all ages, from baby and toddler to adult.

Our Personal items of rustic decor add to the charm of this log home. A True CO experience. Large driveway! World class skiing & 600 miles of mountain bike trails. We can assist w guiding you to many of the places you would like to see or go according to your interests and budget. We like to help guide our guests in planning a great getaway.

Enjoy summers & free Thursday night concerts at our new Amphitheater 1 1/2 min drive or short walk from our home and free Friday night concerts at the outdoor shopping and dining mall at bottom of our hill. The popular wine fests, beer fests, fairs, golfing, ATV, hiking & Biking, a day at the hot Sulpher springs and so many outdoor adventures. Walk to the Village of shops, concert stage, skateboard/bike park, restaurants, fireworks, hiking, ATV, parks etc. Don’t forget the popular Rocky Mountain national Forest. From world Class skiing just a few minutes away & many winter activities to summertime in the mountains, Winter Park has to offer.

Our home has a completely private separate apartment with its own driveway & entrance to the house occasionally occupied but totally private from the rest of the home. The only thing shared would be an occasional parking space on tthe large driveway to the main house which holds 3-4 cars in Winter and 4-5 cars in summer.

We have Handiman or we can be reached for anything you may need at anytime just a call away.
We try to accommodate our renters with a 5 star experience and we enjoy helping our guests to plan and provide any info on the many attractions around town, we will guide you to the best places for what you are hoping to experience during your stay. We have been so fortunate to have met the most wonderful people from around the world, many who have been back to stay more than a few times, and we look forward to hosting you! Upon departing we ask that you strip all sheets off beds & put them and all towels near the washers/dryers. Load washer with towels first and start. Load and start dishwasher,wipe down counters & take out all trash from all rooms out to our dumpster located next to our second driveway.
Essential supplies are in the home upon your arrival. We do not re-supply.
Before arriving you will be given a code to open and close the door when coming and going and the code for our animal proof dumpster. Sometimes we may be there & check you in and would love to meet our guests and see if there are anything else you need that we can lend you during your stay. Our goal is the help make your vacation one to remember and go out of our way to assist, help plan or set up things if it’s a special occasion😊

Ski In! Wonderful bright & sunny home. Ski to the property depending on snow conditions. Easy 12 minute walk to nearest lift & 5 min walk to Old Town. Old Town offers a lively restaurant and bar, and a ski shop for rentals, tunings and gear. There is also a free shuttle in Old Town that can take you to Winter Park base, or downtown.
Our cabin has a nicely appointed kitchen that opens to the dining room & cozy living room. Main floor bedroom with king bed. Bathroom with shower also on the main level. Upstairs there is a loft area with a futon and two additional bedrooms with queen beds & a full bath. Fabulous hot tub with views! Location can't be beat. Care-Taker lives in a separate lower level unit with no shared rental space.

- "The location of the property is perfect for a few days at the slopes in Winterpark. Easily walkable even our kids did it but if not in a walking mood a very fast drive to park at the mountain. The space was big enough for our family of 6 and all of the bedrooms were as pictured! The living space was perfect with a nice fireplace and a large table to enjoy meals after a day skiing! We like to cook on vacation and the kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you could need! Lots, of pots, pans, crockpot, and even a shelf of spices we could share. Such a great kitchen to have on vacation and made all our meals so easy! Overall the place was a cute mountain condo. The caretaker Scott was super friendly and helpful! A few things that could have been a little better…Wish there would have been more information on the bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom was a very tight space But we made it work. Also we wish the hot tub would have been located upstairs or that we would have been made aware that it was located down in the caretakers patio. But we still used it and enjoyed it. The deck off the kitchen includes a gas grill and patio dining for 4. The main floor master King bedroom with ensuite bath includes a bear claw tub to soak and walk-in shower. Step outside on the deck of the bedroom to view the Continental Divide. There is a bonus sleeping room on this level with 2 twin beds and a half bath in the hallway. The private hot tub is off this level and this deck offers access to the backyard where you can walk the pathway to find that perfect backdrop for your group’s photos.

The top level includes 2 King bedrooms, one with 3/4 private bath, sitting area and deck. The 2nd King room has deck access and 3/4 bath available in the hallway. The 3rd bedroom on this level has 2 full sized beds and deck access. Guests can enjoy the additional lounging area that the loft area provides with sofas and unobstructed views of the Colorado mountains.

This home sits at the end of Timber Circle within a cul-de-sac. There is room for 3 more vehicles in the driveway for a total of 6 cars. A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months to access the road to the home and navigate the driveway. This neighborhood strictly requests observing the town of Winter Park’s ordinance on quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Play and Stay by the rules and you will avoid having an enforcement officer knock on the door.

This unit is short term registered with the town of Winter Park. When you rent within the town limits you agree to the following town rules:
* Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* We have wildlife in Winter Park – leaving trash out overnight is not permitted!
* No overnight parking on ANY Town street from October 1 – May 31, it can impede snowplows.
* Follow all rules when dealing with open flames and make sure to check if there is a fire ban. Find more information on the Town’s website.

- "I cannot say enough nice things about this amazing house and property. It went well above our expectations. I love the fact that each room (except 1) was a master bedroom and everyone had their own bed. We loved the furnishings and theater room was an extra special treat for us. We watched Top Gun as a family and had so much fun. The views were absolutely incredible as well. No matter what window or door we looked out, it was simply spectacular. This trip made memories that are going to last us a life time. We reached out to the owners for a couple of questions and they were super responsive and were very sweet! We really appreciate you opening your beautiful home to us. The only issue we had was that we flew in to Denver and took a car service from the airport so we were without a vehicle until our kids arrived which was an issue because our grocery pickup order left about half of our groceries out of purchase. The bus doesn't come to top of the mountain where the house was and we were in a predicament until a local gave us a lift which we were eternally grateful for. Other than that, I would say this was by far our best to Winter Park and we have gone every year since our kids were little."

This home has two family rooms (one without a tv for some real family time), and space in the loft, with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and be comfortable.

The primary bedroom sits on the main floor with a clean private bath and a king sized bed. The bathroom has a stone embellished walk in shower, and a large tub - with more mountain views!

A beautiful granite countertop wraps around a fully equipped kitchen, with a large breakfast bar and a family dining table that seats 8. Wake up to watch the sunrise while eating breakfast, or enjoy the sunset while roasting marshmallows in the stone fireplace inside, or in the small fire pit outside the kitchen door (wood available in town). The main level also has a half bath, with a full washer and dryer right next to the kitchen.

Downstairs is Bedroom #2 with a second family room which includes a gaming area (foosball), multiple couches (one of which is a pull out couch that fits two), and a tv. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed (queen size bed below with a twin up top), and a private bath/walk in shower.

Upstairs, there is a newly remodeled Bunk Room and Bedroom #3. The Bunk Room is built to fit all of the kids. It holds 5 comfortably in twin size nooks and has a nook with 1 toddler size mattress. All are equipped with built in reading lights and USB outlets.

Bedroom #3 is also on the second floor, opposite the bathroom next to the Bunk Room. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and direct access to the full bath. It has its own small private standing balcony that overlooks the peaceful back yard and has a view of the the Sunspot, and the Vasquez territory at Winter Park Resort.

This mountain home is truly the perfect getaway, without getting too far away. It has backyard access to cycling, walking and skiing trails. And there is a free ski shuttle that picks you up within steps from your door to take you straight to the lifts or to town. It has the comfort of privacy and gives you a distanced feel, yet sits within minutes of downtown and Winter Park Resort.

Rocky Mountain National park is within a 45 minute drive, where endless adventure awaits! But with only seasonal access for a drive to the top of the park, make sure you do your research ahead of time if you plan to travel through the park to Estes Park.
