Our property is very conveniently located in a central, quiet and safe residential neighbourhood of South Cambie on the Westside of Vancouver BC. It is an ideal location for business and leisure travelers. There are many amenities within minutes of walking:

Approximately 500 sq. ft it is a perfect space to accommodate two people for a short or long stay, whether on business or vacation. This suite has a separate entrance from the front yard of the house with a private sunken patio. It is fully equipped with all modern living conveniences and high quality furnishings throughout including:

The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and cable equipped TV for those cozy nights at home. The bathroom is modern and sleek and features both heated floors and heated towel rack.

Hawkes Hill is a fully equipped two bedroom suite adjacent to, but fully independent of, the owner’s home. The suite is full of sunlight and looks out over the Columbia River valley and the Purcell Mountains to the west and the Rockies to the east. Our guests tell us we have the million dollar view. To the north we overlook a wooded meadow perfect for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and easy walks or hiking during the rest of the year.

The suite sleeps four comfortably. The master bedroom features a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twins. (PLEASE SEE FEE NOTE BELOW.)

A large spacious living area off the bedrooms and bathroom makes up the rest of the suite and combines a kitchen and sitting area with a wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils. Wi-Fi is available as well as satellite tv.

Price listed is for two people using one bedroom. For a 3rd and 4th person, add $25/night per person each.

PLEASE NOTE: our basic fee is calculated for two people sharing the same room. If two people wish to use both rooms for their comfort, please confirm with us before booking. Using both rooms increases our cleaning load and cost so we need to add a $25/stay fee when two people using both bedrooms. Otherwise we do not charge a cleaning fee. Thanks.

Minimum two night stay, however the constant feedback we receive from our guests is that they wished they had booked for at least three nights or more.

We live in the main house adjacent to the suite and are accessible if the need arises. We love meeting guests and hearing about their lives and travels, but we also respect a mutual need for privacy. For your arrival we have stocked the kitchen with tea, coffee fixings, cooking oil and some condiments to make you welcome.

We strive to provide a comfortable place for our guests to relax and enjoy their holiday, and we ask that guests are considerate and respectful of our home and beautiful environment. No smoking on the property, please. No parties. Please ask us about bringing your dog. There is a pet fee.

Surrounded by five national parks and close to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, we are situated in a breathtaking mountain wilderness only 3 hours from the Calgary International Airport. In the winter most guests are here to ski or board at the resort. In the summer, almost all of our guests will use Hawkes Hill as their home base to go off visiting all the sites like Lake Louise, Banff, Columbia Ice Fields, Emerald Lake etc.

As well as the adventure playground outside our door, Golden is well known for an active arts scene featuring two dozen concerts of music, theatre and dance annually. On the Valentine's Day weekend, the Snow King & Lady Spring come into town for our annual MasqueParade outdoor pageant in Spirit Square. Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase of visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.

The Sunrise Suite is located a short walk from the sun, sand and surf of south Chesterman Beach. Chesterman Beach is generally the number one local's favourite Tofino beach and you will be able to enjoy it daily without having to search for (or pay for) parking!

Our bright, cozy suite is located on the second floor of our house and is surrounded by trees. We have a fully stocked kitchen to accommodate you for any length of stay. The suite's balcony has a barbeque for your private use and is a great place to sit for the morning sunrise!

Your hosts live on the main floor and are a family with a 15 and 18 year old. We are true locals (grew up/are growing up in Tofino). We are quiet after 10:30pm and love it when guests can offer the same!

We do have 2 pet ducks on our private separate part of the property. You may hear some intermittent quacks during the day but they are completely silent throughout the entire night. There is often a burst of quacks when we lock them in for the night at dark and when we let them out in the morning.

For the surfers staying with us we provide an outdoor wetsuit hose-rinsing area and outdoor storage space for gear.

We have Cable TV including Sports, Netflix and movie channels as well as a high speed internet connection. Due to EMF sensitivity we have the WIFI programmed to turn off for overnight hours. It is programmed to ALWAYS be on from 7:00am to Midnight For very late night hours, we provide 2 Ethernet cables for Laptop devices. Netflix and Cable TV are available 24/7. We do sometimes provide extensions if needed!

We are located a close enough distance to the main road coming into Tofino that, with windows open at night, you can hear distant traffic. The suite has excellent air circulation (Heat recovery System/forced air) so, outdoor air is always circulating indoors and windows can generally stay closed at night if any sounds (including early spring/summer bird singing) are disruptive.

Black Bear Lane is a quiet, slow pace no-through road with a cul-de-sac (a good zone for kids to hang out/roller blade etc.).

We are committed to healthy spaces and there are no chemical products/detergents/soaps etc used and no unmaintained/musty corners to be found! This space is a safe zone for those with allergies and chemical/mold sensitivities. Please reach out and ask Jade more questions on that subject if needed!

It is centrally located so walking virtually anywhere in town is possible. Within walking distance you will find a grocery store, liquor store, attractions, shopping, beaches and walking trail along the beautiful Wild Pacific Trail.

Our suite offers a separate bedroom with queen bed and in suite laundry in the closet. There is a queen pull out couch in the living room, full bathroom and partial kitchen making the suite fully self contained. We also offer free parking in front of the suite. TV and wifi are also included. The suite is attached to the side of our main residence. Although we offer self-check in, we are onsite and available if needed during your stay.

Ucluelet is home of many great attractions like the Ucluelet Aquarium, Wild Pacific Trail, Amphitrite Point Lighthouse, beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants and amazing people! You will be glad you chose Ucluelet as your vacation destination!

Enjoy a very comfortable king size bed, lots of pillows - living room, kitchen & desk area. Cozy up in the living room on the sofa or turn it into a queen bed for the evening. A large screen tv, a desk area and high-speed internet is available. This is a comfortable self-contained spacious one-bedroom lower-level suite (basement), best suited for couples, business, single travelers or a small family. Enjoy a very comfortable king size bed, lots of pillows - living room, kitchen & desk area. Cozy up in the living room on the sofa or turn it into a queen bed for the evening. A large screen tv, a desk area and high-speed internet is available. Full kitchen, with Keurig machine, French press coffee maker available for those that enjoy traveling with their favorite beans, fridge has water, ice dispenser and all the equipment needed for meals. Bathroom has towels, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash are provided along with a hair dryer. In the bedroom you will find a hand steamer and a luggage rack. The ground floor patio is just a few steps away from the pool and hot tub, making it the perfect spot to enjoy some relaxation time after a day of adventure. Lake Windermere is also just a few minutes away, so you can easily explore all the water activities the area has to offer. Once inside the condo, you'll have access to the entire space - this includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and indoor entertainment such as board games and a Nintendo 64 for those rainy days. In addition to the private space, you'll also have access to the public spaces of the complex, including the pool, hot tub, gym, and outdoor spaces. We encourage you to take advantage of these amenities during your stay and make the most of everything our condo and the surrounding area has to offer. My place is close to UQAM, Cégep Vieux-Montréal, Berri-Uqam metro station, Gare d'autocars de Montréal, Théâtre St-Denis, Quartier des Spectacles, BAnQ Library, The Patrick's Pub irlandais, Café Hookah Lounge, Hospital... You’ll love my place because of location, location, location!! And because of the neighborhood, the proximity to absolutely everything, year round festivals, best restaurants, pubs and bars in the city! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Guest access
The first two floors of our building are occupied by a super Irish Pub and a sushi restaurant. The third floor is occupied by a condo and the last floor is occupied by five studios. This is one of them. Two others are also on Airbnb. You can access your studio by the main entrance on the famous St-Denis street. There is no parking included but there is easy and safe parking at the BAnQ (the huge library behind our building).

Other things to note
There is an Irish pub on the first floor of the building. We will leave a copy of their menu in your studio so that you can call the kitchen and order a ''meal to go'' if you want.

The apartment has a double bed, pullout couch (*must book for 3-4 ppl if you want linens and pillows), wifi enabled TV (no cable channels!), dining table and chairs, and kitchen with the basics.
