The private Guest Suite is located on high bank oceanfront property, offering a cozy intimate space overlooking beautiful Maple Bay -- we've recently added a hot tub to the patio area. We are within walking distance of Maple Bay Beach, and a short drive to pubs, restaurants and hiking/biking trails.
Studio is complete with full piece bathroom. Kitchenette includes a small fridge, induction stove top, microwave/convection/air fryer unit.

Italian furniture, hardwood floors, original art work, heated bathroom tile floors, Large bedroom with queen size bed adorned with Egyptian cotton sheets and silk or down duvet and a comfortable fireside chair to curl up in. Fully equipped kitchen, designer bathroom with glass shower and granite topped vanity; with spa robes for lounging in. Front loading LG washer and dryer. Outside is a covered patio opening to a fully landscaped yard to relax in.

- "Diane and Wayne were really amazing hosts, as many have already said. Making the reservation and communication ahead of the stay were flawless and responsive. We were going to arrive late, and we were worried about finding the apartment (which has been a issue in the past for us). This time, all the lights were on (inside and out) so there was no mistaking where we were supposed to be. They laid out fruit and snacks for our arrival, which was also very appreciated as we had just rushed out from the airport and it was too late to grab something easily. Especially enjoyed the use of laundry machines and being well supplied our entire stay. We had a nice chat with the homeowners during our stay which just added to the homey feeling. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend."
