My girlfriend was in tears when we first arrived as the pictures are amazing, but seeing this place in person is a different story. The cabin is simply stunning with incredible architecture inside and out. There are so many designated areas to hang and we lived them all. From the swing, couches/ chairs on patio, upstairs bedroom patio, gazebo, and lit up fire pit, we really made this place our home for 3 nights! The outside environment is something next level. It is super peaceful and beautiful here and has some of best views and sounds of nature you’ll ever find so bring your camera (we saw turtles, a stork, and many birds). We went out for my girlfriends birthday to a nearby winery called the Roost and that was awesome so I highly recommend doing the blind wine tasting there (ask for Don). The cabin is very clean and equipped, but just make sure to bring extra pods for coffee, own spices, containers for food and parchment paper/ tinfoil and clear wrap. We also swam in the pond a few times which was super refreshing so bring your bathing suit if you want a quick dip. Can’t say enough about this getaway as it was super relaxing, romantic, beautiful, and exceeded our expectations. John is also an unreal host and helped us from start to finish making our stay super comfortable. Highly recommend this to any couple and we will be back someday! Shawn & Kate"

The cottage and hot tub are sanitized between each use according to the BC Centre for Disease Control. All linens and towels are washed on the sanitized cycle.
Due to the nature of the terrain, the property is only suited for adults. No pets or smoking on the property please. We provide scent free shower products.
This is an intimate cottage on the ocean. You can fish for salmon and halibut, kayak among seals, mountain bike as far as you like, surf , go whale watching or enjoy a quiet evening in the hot tub or in front of the indoor fireplace.
We have a 1.2 acre south facing property on Sooke Basin, a protected bay off of the Pacific. It's salt water but you'd think that it was a lake. Calm as a mill pond most days. You'll wake to the sounds of ducks, geese, swans, eagles and snorting seals.
We're located in Saseenos which is in a microclimate known to have the sunniest and mildest winters in Canada.
The cottage is set on an oceanfront corner of our property, with the main house set further back and on the other side of a fence. Although this is a shared property, you'll have lots of privacy.
The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults. The bedroom has a queen bed. The main room consists of a kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, except food. Coffee and tea are provided. There is a dishwasher. The bathroom has a soaker tub and a separate shower. Linens and towels are provided. There is a new private hot tub on the cottage deck on the ocean side. We have a large 220 foot dock and a smaller deck that you are welcome to utilize. There is a rocky beach when it's low tide. The kayaks and lifejackets are available to use. Lots of charters available nearby if you'd like to go whale watching or fishing.
If you like to stay busy, there's lots to do. The Galloping Goose Trail is at the end of our street and is perfect for a morning run, bike ride or hike. The town of Sooke has fabulous restaurants and the nearby beaches are breathtaking.
You'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere but we're 5 minutes from the town of Sooke where you'll find grocery and liquor stores, Shopper's Drug Mart, banks, Tim Horton's and a variety of other stores/restaurants. Costco and other favorite stores are about 20 minutes away. We're 25 minutes to downtown Victoria.
This is truly paradise. The cabin can be used year round. This specific area of Sooke is known to have milder winters and the summers are often warm and sunny.

Respectful bookings only please. Excessive noise is not tolerated and will result in fines and/or eviction. If there is evidence of smoking, pets or partying inside it will result in a minimum $500 fine.

Our Esplanade renovation was completed in December 2018 and boasts a 1400 square foot ground-level suite with a full custom kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and under cabinet lighting. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a three-piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two single beds. The main three-piece bathroom includes a full-sized tub. Other amenities include a gas fireplace in the living room, heated tiled floors in the bathrooms, and a separate washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on providing an impeccably clean suite for our guests.
Our Esplanade Beach Suite is located on the waterfront in the exclusive township of Oak Bay, and is just a seven minute drive to downtown Victoria. We are only minutes away from waterfront dining at the Marina Restaurant, the Penny Farthing Pub in Oak Bay Village, the Village Restaurant in Estevan Village, an amazing children's park on Willows Beach, and two world class golf courses.
Cindy and I live on the upper floor of the house, and are available to answer questions and make suggestions to ensure that your needs are met during your stay.

Our adorable renovated cabin is half a block from the gorgeous Sylvan Lake beach, children's parks, restaurants and pubs. Go skating on the lake just a block away, near the amazing Christmas light display and open fire pits on the beach. There is so much to do in Sylvan Lake, any time of the year! Enjoy our firepit, front deck, and canoe if you wish. Parking provided - you can walk anywhere from the cabin and save the parking fees!
Our cozy A-frame has been completely renovated and updated with new appliances, fixtures, beds, and furniture. The open loft has a queen sized bed, reading nook, and little balcony off the front. Downstairs boasts a bright & functional living room / dining room with lots of board games to choose from, record player, TV with Netflix & Disney+, fast wifi, and Bluetooth speaker. The modern rustic decor offers lots of seating, including a large pullout sofa.
The galley style kitchen is all new, including a few different options for your morning coffee. From there you will find the bathroom which has brand new everything. Finally, the bright & spacious master bedroom which also has a new queen bed, enclosed washer and dryer, and an open-concept ensuite bathroom with a large soaker tub. All of the soaps and hair products are cruelty free, vegan friendly, paraben free and free of sulfates. The space is entirely heated by two gas fireplaces, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room.
Outside we have a firepit, front porch, expansive front lawn and a cozy little private back yard as well. There are parking spaces from the back lane, so you can forget paying for parking and walk everywhere from this perfect location. This suite is located approximately four steps down from a tranquil, sun-drenched garden with waterfall, ponds and patio. Ceilings are a clear eight-feet throughout the suite. You will really love this beautifully appointed suite which is on a gorgeous, quiet and secluded Ocean front street on tranquil Ten Mile Point. Most people find this location to be absolutely magical, a hidden gem of a place, with beautiful water view locations all around you. This is the place where outfitters come to watch Sea lions, Killer Whales, and birds of all kinds. Outside you can watch every manner of boat traveling between the Gulf Islands and San Juan Islands and Victoria's inner Harbor, from small fishing boats to large ocean cruise liners. Right across the street you can fish for Salmon and Cod, go scuba diving, paddle boarding and kayaking. Paddle boards can be rented in Cadboro Bay Village.

The Neighbourhood
Many consider this to be one of the best ocean view locations and walking and cycling locations in Victoria. Lush forests are only a few minutes’ walk from our front door. The location is secluded, tranquil to the point that there is total absence of noise, yet close to Cadboro Bay village for groceries, paddle board rentals, Starbucks, a pub and excellent restaurants. We are close to amenities, 6 minute drive to University of Victoria, Uplands Golf course, and 20 minutes to downtown Victoria.
There are 3 water access points very close to the Suite, including famous Smugglers cove beach just around the corner.
Getting Around
You preferably would want a car or bike to get around as the nearest bus stop is a 20 minute walk from our house, Cadboro Bay village is 3km.
Other Things to Note
The suite is quiet and comfortable, however the house is newer construction but is not completely sound proof. We live upstairs but try our best to be quiet and respectful and ask that in return.

If you're looking for a private, romantic and relaxing get away, you will enjoy your stay in our 600 square feet self-contained guest house.
Upon arrival, the keyless entry door will bring you into the bedroom. A queen size bed made with fresh linens and the coziness of the vaulted ceiling with exposed beams makes for a natural relaxation. On entering the living room with kitchen from the bedroom, you will find room to sit and watch tv or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The french patio doors open onto the outdoor deck where you will be welcomed by comfortable seating, a place to dine and a BBQ. From there you have a great view over our vineyard. Our newly opened (May 2019) wine tasting room is only a stroll away. Please feel free to walk the vineyard, enjoy a tasting in our winery and ask questions.

This incredible coach house property is so convenient. It's two blocks away from the ferry and the hospital and 7 minutes from downtown Nanaimo. There is street parking available for 1 vehicle in front of The Suite. More than 1 guest car becomes a little inconvenient for our neighbours, so we ask that if you have a vehicle, that you please park it directly in front of The Suite. City street parking in our neighbourhood is free of charge.

The Goat's Head Gatehouse is a quaint, stone chalet designed in the image of National Park Gatehouses and is surrounded by the wilderness of Mt. Robson Park. The unique two story structure offers a sun room with floor to ceiling windows and a massive natural stone wood burning fireplace.
French doors open to a flagstone patio from which to enjoy a morning coffee or, for an evening barbecue to grill that perfect fresh caught trout. The patio overlooks a lovely flower garden with hummingbirds and butterflies and in the background, the glacial peaks of Mt. Robson, the highest mountain in the Canadian Rockies.
The post and beam structure of the Gatehouse was made from pine-beetle killed trees that were cut on the property. Stones for the exterior and interior were gathered locally from quarries and cliff sides but one stone from each of the mountain national parks of western North America were also embedded within the walls.
The wood furnishings and woodwork in the gatehouse were made locally by artisans using reclaimed and recycled wood.
The kitchen contains all the amenities needed to make complete meals and make your stay comfortable. It will be equipped with many staples and pantry items so you need not purchase bulky products to carry around e.g. coffee, tea, condiments, spices, oils, vinegars, etc.
There are two baths, one with a free standing large tub in a cedar plank spa-like bathroom---a perfect way to relax and refresh after a day of sight-seeing or hiking. A walk-in shower with stone walls for that ‘au natural’ feeling is on the main level.
The two bedrooms in the loft each contain a queen, custom-made platform bed---both bedrooms overlook the sun room from a balcony. Each bedroom opens to the upstairs bathroom.
Take a gentle hike right from the front door into pristine meadows (a short trail has been mapped out for you) or walk around the twelve acre private property to find the best view of Mt. Robson and Swift Current Creek. A natural waterfall on Swift Current Creek is 300 meters from your door. Sometimes the view is so stunning it's difficult to know which direction to point your camera!
There are many walks and hikes within 5 km of the Gatehouse. Rearguard Falls is the furthest point of travel for Pacific Salmon and they can be seen in late summer by driving a few km and taking a short walk to the waterfall. Overlander Falls and Hargreaves Canyon are scenic short hikes that are also staging areas for raft tours and high level kayaking. The Trail head for the Swift Current Creek trail starts within walking distance of the Gatehouse and leads up the Revelation Valley (Swift Current Creek) to the head wall of the 91st highest waterfall in the world (currently inaccessible except for real adventurers). The world famous Berg Lake Trail and the start of the 110 km long north boundary trail are also within 5 km.
There are restaurants and shops in the nearby towns of Valemount and Jasper---a 55 minute drive---that offer additional amenities, recreational activities and, world renowned mountain vistas.

Unit has a full kitchen including dishwasher, quality cookware and fittings. There is in-suite laundry, one bathroom with a shower/tub. Heated polished concrete floors throughout, exposed engineered beams and open concept layout. In White Rock, 1 minute walk down the city stairs to beach. Dedicated driveway outside the door and is easiest with a small or medium vehicle. Bedroom one is larger and has a king sized bed and large closet. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a wardrobe. We can convert the two twins to a King-short upon advance request. Owners live in the upper unit of this home in case you need anything during your stay. Everyone is welcome in our home but please, no pets, parties, or smoking or drug use of any kind on the property. A few comments about cleaning: Reasonable tidiness during your stay is enormously appreciated!! Food, sand, and any other messes must be tidied during your stay, not left to accumulate. We cannot accommodate diapers in our garbage or large amounts of garbage as we have biweekly residential pickup. Recycling must be rinsed as housekeeping team does not have time to clean guest recycling and city won't take containers with food debris. We pride ourselves in a well kept space. Our modest cleaning fee covers turnover/reset and not deep cleaning. Extra guests not noted in booking are not permitted. Our pricing reflects our max guests and business license. We are light sleepers and weren’t bothered by noises from upstairs or the street. During our stay there was an extra visitors pass for our guests and it made for a less stressful trip for them. The only improvement, we would suggest is shampoo/conditioner. We never travel with it but it wasn’t listed as an amenity either. Overall it was a A+ stay and we would highly recommend it to others. The River House is a secluded cabin nestled between the Purcell Mountains and the Blaeberry River.
The River House is a two bedroom cabin, which sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. It has a full kitchen, fireplace, hot tub, t.v blue-ray, internet and laundry facilities.
The River House is located on 8 acres of wooded land and is the only rental cabin on the property. The other house on the property is ours. You can wake up every morning and while eating breakfast watch a pair of bald eagles fish from the Blaeberry River. In the evenings watch a herd of elk drink from the river all while never having to leave the comfort of the River House.
The River House boasts peace and quiet, but for those that are looking for adventure, the House also includes the use of the 'shed'. In the shed there is a place to store and clean your equipment, which includes skis, bikes, sleds, ATVs, and all other equipment you may bring with you.

A lovely spot for a quiet “couple’s retreat” or a relaxing "girls' getaway". The main floor of this bright, comfortable house is the perfect base for your stay in "The County". It's on a quiet one-way street a block from Picton's downtown. (The well-appointed kitchen, central location and 7-day discount make it great for weekly stays.)
The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 adults and spacious enough for another couple if you use the comfortable and private sofa bed. A nice space for a small dinner party if not for a more boisterous gathering. You can walk to the centre of town in five minutes and browse the shops, restaurants, art galleries, the Regent Theater and more. You’ll find the well designed, well-equipped kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. After dinner, you can stream free movies and shows on Prime, Netflix or Roku (sorry - no satellite or cable). If you want to read, talk, play a game or just relax, the sitting room is the perfect place. The bathroom is spacious and pretty with good water pressure, a rain shower/deep tub and clean, line-dried towels. The bedroom is cozy with a very comfortable queen-sized bed and clean, cotton percale sheets (also line-dried). The sofa bed in the TV room is private and also comfortable if you have guests or friends staying. You'll be happy you booked with us and you'll be back!

Lovely spacious private suite in the heart of Kitsilano. Separate entrance through the side garden and a few steps down to your modern oasis. Short walk to all the local eateries and shops located on West 4th and Broadway area. Located minutes away to Broadway and 16th Ave for transit, restaurants and grocery stores. Sunday Farmer's Market including food trucks across the street. UBC 20 min bus ride away. We live above the suite if assistance is needed.
This is a comfortable self-contained spacious one-bedroom lower-level suite (basement), best suited for couples, business, single travelers or a small family. Enjoy a very comfortable king size bed, lots of pillows - living room, kitchen & desk area. Cozy up in the living room on the sofa or turn it into a queen bed for the evening. A large screen tv, a desk area and high-speed internet is available. Full kitchen, with Keurig machine, French press coffee maker available for those that enjoy traveling with their favorite beans, fridge has water, ice dispenser and all the equipment needed for meals. Bathroom has towels, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash are provided along with a hair dryer. In the bedroom you will find a hand steamer and a luggage rack. Umbrella for your use stored in the front wardrobe. A Bosch washer and dryer are available for your small loads of laundry. None of the amenities are shared with the main house or anybody else. Lots of free parking on the street.
Other things to note:
We live above the suite and do have school aged children. We respect your privacy and available if you need anything.
Thermostat for the heat is upstairs- settings are kept at a comfortable temperature in your space, (you can slide the air vent off in your suite)- if you would like the settings adjusted just let us know.
There is a playroom/office adjacent to the suite with a shared wall. The door is locked at all times.
Surveillance and recording devices on property, cameras located on the exterior of house and records 24 hours. No surveillance in interior spaces.

Private room with a full private bathroom in a large house. There is queen bed, dinning table, computer desk, fridge, microwave, kettle and ext.. in the room. We provide towels and basic toiletries.
Our house has good location. There is shopping plaza down the street about a minute walking distance from our place, with about a dozen of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery/supermarket, a gym and other services.
There is a bus stop in front of our house. You can get to Richmond Center in less than 10 minutes from our house by bus.
It take about 30 minutes to get to the airport by public transportation or approximately 10 -15 minutes by car..

My place is close to UQAM, Cégep Vieux-Montréal, Berri-Uqam metro station, Gare d'autocars de Montréal, Théâtre St-Denis, Quartier des Spectacles, BAnQ Library, The Patrick's Pub irlandais, Café Hookah Lounge, Hospital... You’ll love my place because of location, location, location!! And because of the neighborhood, the proximity to absolutely everything, year round festivals, best restaurants, pubs and bars in the city! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

The first two floors of our building are occupied by a super Irish Pub and a sushi restaurant. The third floor is occupied by a condo and the last floor is occupied by five studios. This is one of them. Two others are also on Airbnb. You can access your studio by the main entrance on the famous St-Denis street. There is no parking included but there is easy and safe parking at the BAnQ (the huge library behind our building).
Other things to note
There is an Irish pub on the first floor of the building. We will leave a copy of their menu in your studio so that you can call the kitchen and order a ''meal to go'' if you want.

Bathroom is shared and it must be disinfected after each use. There are disinfectant wipes, hospital grade disinfectant spray and hand gel. Please ask if you don’t know where this is.
