We have an amazing location under a 1 minute walk to Kailua Beach Park! Our villa is tucked away on a private beach lane, offering a beautiful shared pool, hot tub, and lush Hawaiian gardens. Inside, you'll find air conditioning in every room and free WiFi. For your convenience, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We are located 5 minute walk to Safeway and 1/2 mile to the first Kailua Beach entrance. Please wash off sand outside before entering house from beach. please sweep up excess sand both outside as well as inside. We have included 2 electric and 2 non electric
bikes. Please do not bring bikes on the sand. A lock is provided and locked to a pole or something hard.

The space
This unit is aprox 1,300 sq feet. It has two bedrooms with locked door's. Upstairs is the master room with a memory foam mattress, King size bed with lanai balcony overlooking the pool as well as a walk-in closet and Master bathroom w/large shower, toilet and sink with granite tops and travertine floors. The bedroom flooring is hardwood and the stairway leading to is mango hardwood. Downstairs has waterproof flooring with marble entrance along with a Queen sofa bed. There is also a 50" Smart TV and Bay windows overlooking the pool. All rooms have Koa ceiling fans with a LED light. Outside the Kitchen area is a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. All tile is travertine as well as Burgundy Cherry hardwood cabinets and granite tops along with travertine flooring. Just off the Kitchen is Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed. All beds have memory foam mattress The kitchen sliders lead to an open lanai with table and chairs. This area is covered and in a peaceful setting with views of the pool and lush greenery. Pool Deck is slippery when wet.

All guest are allowed and will have exclusive use of the pool, which includes laying out to get sun, outside Lanai eating and sitting area.Pool area hours 8am to 9pm. please no glass outside Lanai eating area. The brand new Windsurfer Cottage is a stand alone and private cottage located 100 yards from beautiful Kailua Beach on the windward side of Oahu. Construction completed November 2017. It is landscaped in true Hawaiiana-style. Palm trees, plumeria trees, breadfruit trees, and bamboo surround the cottage. The covered lanai and small yard create a peaceful and private setting. With close proximity to the beach and restaurants, the location is perfect for those that do not want to drive.

The space
The large covered lanai flowing out from the bistro style kitchen creates the setting for amazing family moments following a fun day of play in the surf of Kailua Bay. Indoor/outdoor living at its best. Elevated ceilings, cool travertine flooring and refinished concrete floors keep the cottage nice and cool year round.
Custom Balinese standing closet, custom kitchen cabinetry, granits stone counter top, Mango wood island with Ohia branch stumps. Along with the full refirgerator/freezer and gas oven and stove top, enjoy cooking all your meals in comfort and style. Brand new washer and dryer in covered space in back yard.

The full day bed couch in the living room sleeps two small children and one adult comfortably, so the cottage does work for a family of 5-6 people. Just keep in mind there is just one bathroom.
