- "Great little property. All the info we needed was at hand from where to eat to how to use the gadgets. Very well organised. Locals were friendly and helpful. Parking was a minor issue but we didnt really need to use the vehicle much as we just took the ferry over to Teignmouth. Well worth a visit." - "The property had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Situated in front of a lovely green space which was used daily by all for craft market, morris dancers picnic area and the like. Two mins walk from Shaldon beach which is delightful. From here you can catch the ferry for the short trip over to Teignmouth where we was fortunate to see the air show. Take a walk around the narrow streets of the village, plenty of good quality cafes and pubs providing good quality food. Walk along the coastal path, visit ness beach or venture further along the coast to seaside towns. Recommend the steam train to Dartmouth and River Cruise. Great cottage - not huge but plenty of room to be comfortable, comfy beds, lovely Decor. Pay and display Car parking is a 10/15 min walk away if you cannot get a spot around the green but not a problem to park outside cottage to load or unload. Hopefully will return."

- "Excellent property and very nice decor. Location was fabulous. Only downside was the parking which we were made aware of prior to arrival. Would be nice if you could buy a permit for your stay, although we didn't see a traffic warden it was always on the back of your mind." - "Very relaxing spot so close to beach" - "Unfortunately there was a mix up regarding our arrival. The cottage wasn't ready for us and sadly beds not made or cottage clean. However the host soon sorted this and the cottage was cleaned the following day. The host was very apologetic and compensated us! Despite the mix up we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return. It was an innocent mistake and feel sure it was a one off! The cottage was warm and comfortable. It was well equipped and in a great location. We can't wait to visit again.."

Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo" - "We had terrible weather but no one can change that. The cottage was very clean and cosy and well placed for the pubs and Clipper Café. We received a text from the owners to advise us that it was ready early. There were clear instructions of how to operate the equipment and the children were pleased that there was Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV which was great as it rained heavily.
