This unit is located on the top level of the Sandcastle Duplex. It is Sandcastle #3. (We also have the Cuckoo Cottage and the lower Sandcastle unit available.)

Perfectly sized with two bedrooms - the first bedroom offers a double bed & the second has a bunk bed- full on bottom, twin on top (limit weight to 150 lb please.) The open floor plan living area has a love seat & dining for 4, with a television for some inside entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a range, microwave, Keurig, and refrigerator. All pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware are provided. We offer free WiFi, cable TV, and AC!

Booking was easy. The property is well maintained and literally right on the beach. It's conveniently located within walking distance of just about everything-restaurants, amusement park, Dollar General and Circle K, etc. The cottage is small like the pictures show, but you probably won't be inside often anyway. There is an upper and lower unit which i believe are identical, and we stayed in the upper. The attached unit is privately owned and shares a set of stairs, but has it's own balconies. The owners of that property were there for part of the week and are very nice. The week we were there, most of the tenants of the other units either owned them, or were regulars, and made my family and i feel welcomed. We were able to leave most of our items at the beach unattended if we needed to get out of the sun for a bit without any worry of getting robbed due to the beach being steps away from our doorstep. We will be returning!"

BEACHFRONT 4 bedroom cottage, is located in the center of Sylvan beach, with everything you may need or want within walking distance, shops, restaurants, amusement and more.

When your ready to relax the Bella Vista awaits you, relax on our large screened in porch (which extends your living space), or our fenced in yard, in the hammock or comfy chair watching the kids play, sitting by the fire or simply admire the beautiful sunsets.

Fully equipped with washer and dryer, all the things you would expect if you were home. Living area and bedrooms have flat screen TV's, cable, Roku and Wi-Fi. Lower level has 1brm. (double) There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level with 1 double, 2 twins and 1 set of bunk beds, A/C in all bedrooms. Fire Pit, gas grill, picnic table & lawn chairs for yard use on the property.

Bella Vista was built in the late 1800's, not new & modern, steep steps to the upstairs. The charm, coziness & history (if only walls could talk) are well worth the age. We appreciate our return guests year after year. Book early only a few dates left.

- "This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream shops..restaurants..the amusement park and the beach!!!! We walked everywhere. The neighbors were great. We got to check out Mike's cool boat and they were always friendly! Chris..the host was extremely accommodating and made sure we were having the best experience. I will be staying here again..definitely my go to place!!❤️"

- "Our family stayed at the Cove for Memorial Day weekend. We were offered an upgrade from the 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom for no charge. The cottage was very new, well appointed with fresh/clean linens, comfortable mattresses and great water pressure in the showers. Our son really enjoyed the bunk beds which were full beds with privacy shades and personal side bed lights for reading his books. The cottage was clean and full of natural light throughout. Exploring the cove was one of our favorite aspects of the trip. They offer an on site candy store, which our son really enjoyed! A general store with everything you could need. An eatery with many options for breakfast and lunch. They also offered many rentals for your stay - including but not limited to, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards etc. During our stay, we made use of the complimentary platoon boat rental included in our stay. This was certainly one of the highlights of our time away! We took the boat out with the dogs and enjoyed beautiful weather all weekend long on Oneida lake. We took our son on his first tubing adventure! Lots of firsts during our stay."

In 2021, the cottage will be professionally cleaned in-between each guest meeting AirBnB's COVID cleaning and sanitizing standards.

Guests will enjoy the whole cottage including:

- Dinning and living area with new window, dining table and chairs, Roku TV, and a sleeper sofa (can sleep 2 comfortably)

- Bedroom with a double bed, storage, and new window to take in the view of the beach and lake.
- Galley kitchen with new refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, basic cooking supplies, utensils, dishes, and drink-ware.
- New window air conditioners give you a cool escape inside on hot days.
- Heating unit to keep cozy on cooler days and nights.
- Private deck with and umbrella table set and NEW additional patio seating with additional table and seating allowing for maximum outdoor enjoyment.

- Guests will receive parking passes for two vehicles.

While we provide a light weight quilt for both the double bed and sleeper sofa, guests will need to bring their own linens including pillows, sheets, and towels.
