Owl Moon Cottage is an elegant, super-cozy, accessible, and very private vacation retreat for nature lovers, located right within the Finger Lakes State Park. Just 8 miles to fabulous dining, shopping and cultural events in downtown Ithaca. Close to the wine trails. Ten-minute walk to Lucifer Falls at Upper Treman Park, and 2 minutes from the Finger Lakes Trail.

Owl Moon Cottage is wheelchair accessible and features a fully equipped kitchen with handcrafted cherry cabinets, locally milled hardwood floors, a luxurious queen bed, tiled bath, and super spacious deck. The loft area accommodates two guests (age 7 or older), either in two twin beds or a King.

Whether you're looking for a romantic hideout in the woods, a tranquil retreat for reflection and healing, or a memorable family vacation, we'd love to be your hosts.

DESCRIPTION

Newly built in 2016, the cottage is wheelchair accessible and also family-friendly, small but comfortable and full of light. The interior space is 345 square feet with an additional loft area of 120 square feet. A spacious deck (600 square feet) wraps around the cottage on 3 sides, with a wheelchair ramp up the 4th side.

The open space design features:
* Fully equipped kitchen with handcrafted cherry cabinets, apartment-sized refrigerator and freezer, full-sized oven and electric range.
* Accessible tiled bathroom with tub and shower.
* Sleeping alcove with luxurious Queen bed, clothes closet, night table and twin reading lamps.
* Two spacious window seats with high-density foam cushions, which can serve as beds for two children or teens.
* Cathedral ceiling, with large windows facing east and south
* Gorgeous hand-finished hardwood floor, made from locally harvested ash.
* Loft area with two Twin Extra Long beds, which can be moved together to create a King size bed. Access to the loft can be blocked if guests or hosts have safety concerns. (The loft area is not recommended for children under 7 years of age and adults with limited mobility)

Guest Access
You have the cottage entirely to yourselves, including the surrounding yard. There are two parking spaces for your use. Guests staying more than 3 nights may use the laundry machines in the main house as needed. Please do not visit the livestock without one of us, and be sure to keep children away from the electric fence surrounding the pasture.

Interaction with hosts
We're happy to interact with you as much or as little as you desire. The cottage is designed to maximize your privacy, but one of us is usually available if you need assistance or information. And if you miss your doggie, our lively pup Uila will love to have you play with her!

Surroundings
Owl Moon Cottage is located literally within the boundaries of Robert H. Treman State Park, From your doorstep it is an easy one mile walk to Lucifer Falls, one of the most spectacular and most-visited gorge waterfalls in the Finger Lakes. The Finger Lakes Trail runs just a few hundred yards from the cottage, on its route from the NY-Pennsylvania border to the Catskills.

At the same time, we're only an 8 mile drive to the vibrant heart of downtown Ithaca, 10 miles to the Cornell University campus, and 10 miles to Ithaca College.

Woodard Road itself is a little-traveled, unpaved road that runs through Upper Treman Park just above the entrance to Lucifer Falls. It's extremely quiet except for the songbirds, peepers, owls, and occasional coyotes and barking dogs. There are only a handful of homes on Woodard, most of them invisible from the road. No street lights, hardly any traffic, just the occasional hiker coming off the Finger Lakes Trail.

Getting Around
Since we're off the beaten track, you will need a car to get around and see other sights in the Ithaca and Finger Lakes area. However, if you just want to stay put in the cottage (and enjoy the many gorgeous hikes you can take from your front door) let us know. We may be able to provide transportation to and from the bus station or airport.

- "This is a very special place to stay, especially if you have ever been jealous of the ranger's house in a state park. Robert Treman State Park is right there, yet the center of Ithaca with all its restaurants and colleges and stores is just a fifteen-minute drive away. The cabin is new and designed with a perfect combination of beauty and utility. The workmanship of the building is of the highest quality but the feeling of the place is still homey. The hosts (we only met one but the guest book entries reveal that they are equally outgoing) are very accommodating and communicative. The large porch is placed perfectly in the wooded surroundings. The main bed is great (we didn't try the loft beds but guests reported using that as their main bed). A very hard place to leave- we stayed two days and hope to go back sometime for a week."

Climbing Vine Cottage is a custom-designed yurt surrounded by gardens, orchards bird and butterflies near our home. The yurt features a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen (includes award winning, locally roasted coffee) with seating for 6. The bathroom is stocked with towels, local soap, shampoo, etc. Sleeping accommodations include a lovely master bedroom (queen size bed) with Smart TV, fold out futon bed in the living room (full size) and two twin beds in the loft. In the winter months the yurt stays cozy with a high efficiency ductless mini-split. You can adjust the themostat but otherwise you don't have to do anything to enjoy a cool yurt in the summer and a cozy yurt in the winter! There's also a thermostat-controlled wood pellet stove (pellets are provided) for nights when you want a flickering fire. Summer stays cool with mini-split in the main living area and a window unit in the master bedroom just use fans and throw open the french doors. The stone patio offers outdoor dining, a gas grill and fire pit. The wildflower field, only steps away, connects to a nature preserve and Van Buskirk Gorge with many waterfalls. High speed wireless internet is also included.

Talk About Kid Friendly!: Climbing Vine Cottage began as a playground and school for young gardeners. Small hands helped grow fruits, vegetables and flowers for their families and our local soup kitchen Loaves and Fishes. Children raised butterflies, caught frogs and identified bugs with the yurt as our indoor classroom. Children will be delighted to sit at the child's table for 4 and use the beading and drawing materials or play with the games and puzzles. There's a play kitchen, tea set and apron, plus baskets with legos, blocks and a well-stocked children's book shelf. Additionally you'll find kid-friendly-adaptive-devices like a step stool, potty seat, and low bench.

For adults without kids don't worry, when we know you're coming we place these materials out of the way, on shelves, etc.

This cute little cottage with vaulted post and beam ceilings features a well equipped kitchen and a tiled bathroom with shower, shampoo, liquid soap, conditioner and hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and a door leading onto the spacious wrap around deck which boasts stunning views across Robert Treman Park towards Ithaca.

There is a pull out couch in the living area for a THIRD PERSON at an additional cost.

High speed internet and a 32' TV screen with sound bar for streaming movies and playing music are available.

The deck is equipped with a small gas grill, chaise lounge chairs and a dining set with sun umbrellas.

Well behaved and socially adjusted PETS are welcome. Dogs must be dog-friendly and people-friendly. They may roam our premises unleashed, swim in our pond and run on our large lawn.

This cute 3 bedroom cottage is located within walking distance from the summer home of the Cortland Repertory Theater. The open concept kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a granite peninsula eating area. The dining room seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast counter and 4 more out on the lakeside front patio. The front porch has a handicap ramp with 36 inch wide doors. The living room has a sleeper couch, recliner, internet, LED TV, DVD player, electric fireplace, wine cooler, and a storage place filled with puzzles and board games. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub, vanity, toilet, high-efficiency washing machine, and electric dryer. There is a pantry/mudroom at the roadside back door. The upstairs has three bedrooms with knotty pine ceilings. The roadside bedroom is set-up with 2 twin beds and a pack and play. The center room has a queen bed. The lakeside bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The front and back bedrooms have window air conditioners (summer season). Heat is controlled by the renter by a thermostat and a propane forced air furnace. There is a front stone patio with chairs, a table, BBQ grill and an umbrella. The lakefront area has a picnic table, a park bench, lakeside chairs, ankle deep lake access and a fire pit. Swimming and fishing are optional and relaxing. The cottage is located 2 miles from Bob's BBQ, 9 miles from SUNY Cortland, and 45 minutes from Cornell, Ithaca College and Syracuse University. Parking is right outside the roadside door. Four ski centers are close by. Highland Forest, Labrador Hollow Unique Nature Center and Lime Hollow Nature Center are nearby and offer great year round hiking and cross country skiing.

This cozy cottage, with it's rustic charm will instantly make you feel like you have taken a step back in time to a simpler, quieter pace of life.

The cottage is attached to a multi family home. The two main apartments are vacant. The entire property will be private to you and your guests. Please note there is no access to the main home, you will only have access to the cottage.

The cottage has two private entrances (one in the bedroom) and plenty of parking. The BEST part is the gorgeous waterfall just outside and the breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake, Cornell, and the parks below.

The cottage has a master bedroom (three stairs up from living room) with a queen-size bed and a big window overlooking your very own waterfall! You can open the window to hear the beautiful sounds of the waterfall as you sleep!
**Please note: for very tall persons (6ft+) the ceiling in the bedroom is lower than most.**

The front door of the cottage enters (about five steps up) into the living room with plenty of natural light and scenery. Two futons can become full-size beds, perfect for additional guests or children.

The dining nook can seat up to 6. Extra chairs are located in the large closet in the living room. The cottage comes with a full kitchen with all needed dishes, including pots and pans. We have a Ninja drip style coffee pot, toaster, tea kettle, microwave, and all essentials needed for cooking. Coffee, sugar, and creamer is provided.

Guest have a nice yard space right next to the backyard waterfall with a fire pit and outdoor table and chairs. We have lanterns for light and mosquito repellent.

We do allow pets, up to two dogs and we do not have any breed or size limits. We do have a modest $15 per night pet fee. We do ask that you clean up after your pets outside.

Full self check in is our standard which is very easy, the lock box code will be sent in your booking details. Our check-in letter includes lots of information for your stay so please take a look. If you will be coming in after dark, we will be happy to leave the porch light on for you.

Plenty of space all around! Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, only a mile from downtown, yet secluded alongside 50 acres of woods overlooking Cayuga Lake.

Other things to note:

**The driveway is a bit steep. Please use caution when entering, stay close to the mailbox side when entering and exiting for the smoothest possible experience.

Our only expectations for guests are to take out garbage and recycling upon check-out, dishes washed, and gather dirty towels and place in a single spot on the floor.

No need to make the bed before you check out as we will be stripping it anyway. However if you would prefer to strip the bed please go ahead!

Plenty of parking available, there is a spot just outside the entrance of the cottage for one vehicle. Additional parking is to the right of the cottage facing the lake. Please do not park on the grass when parking near the entrance. Stay in the gravel to prevent damage to the lawn.

House manual:

There are 50 acres of woods a short walk from the cottage with a path down to the Black Diamond Trail, that guest are welcome to explore (directions are on the fridge inside.)

Regarding the interior of the cottage there is a large storage closet off the living room in which you will find extra dining room chairs, a mattress topper for the futons, a pack-n-play, booster seat, fan, and plenty of extra bedding.

In the bedroom closet, you will find plenty of extra bedding for the futons or bed. On the upper shelf of the closet, you will find lots of extra pillows.

Eco-tourism and Staying Green: the photovoltaic system generates electricity to supply most of our energy needs, even giving us enough electricity for two electric cars. We make our own soap and eco-firendly cleaning supplies and hang our sheets out to dry in the sunshine whenever possible.

Local Food Renaissance: Central New York is enjoying the full flower of local food resources. The Ithaca Farmer's Market is full of locally grown produce and ready to eat foods. Many restaurants build their cuisine around local and seasonal foods. Vegetarian Ithacans have long enjoyed the Moosewood Restaurant. Now the omnivores among us are glad to see local pasture-raised meats showing up on many area restaurant menus. Ask us about our favorites which include Agave, Just a Taste, Viva Taquria, Ithaca Beer, Hazelnut Kitchen, and many more. Most restaurants have adjusted to our concerns about Covid-19 by expanding their takeout menus and providing distanced seating for those who want to enjoy the full restaurant experience.

We've joined the local food effort by adding a small flock of chickens and fencing off the yard behind the main house for them to graze in relative safely from preditors. Our current rooster is a very quiet gentleman, but you might hear him greeting the sun. We supplement their foraging with local organic grains, resulting in eggs which are naturally high in protein and Omega 3's. They are fun to watch and the eggs are wonderful. In the spring and summer months we may have eggs for sale if you want try some really free-range eggs.

Our property borders a nature preserve especially noted for its spring wildflowers and featuring many incredible waterfalls. We're also only 5 minutes drive from both Treman and Buttermilk Falls State Parks.

We have hosted travelers for 10 years at our nearby Yurt (also listed on VRBO) and we look forward to offering the Octagon to travelers seeking peaceful respite, great adventure and a wonderfully memorable vacation.

- "We stayed here while on a family vacation visiting Ithaca and the Finger Lakes region. The house is super clean and nice (basically brand new), private, and in a great location (<10 minutes from Ithaca). All bedding/pillows/towels are good quality. There's a stairway from the back deck down to the waterfront and we enjoyed swimming and kayaking (with the provided kayaks and stand up paddleboards). We also enjoyed the hot tub (new and clean), and just taking in the view! There are good hiking trails with waterfalls in the area, and also good places for meals in Ithaca. Ithaca Bakery was a frequent stop for breakfast/lunch, and The Boatyard Grill was our favorite for dinner (here's a tip: they don't take "reservations" but if you call after 3PM they take "call aheads" for a specific time that night, though we ended up waiting 20 minutes even with that). We loved the house and the area and would stay here again!"

Lovely restful lake cottage, home for many sun-freckled summers to the woman who when a young girl inspired J.D. Salinger’s character, Esme. Every room with a view, and with 267 feet of swimming and boating same-level frontage, the views are spectacular. Gorgeous stone and wood throughout. High ceilings, lots of light. Large porch for lakeside dining and relaxing along private grassy beach. Sleeps nine blissful souls. So quiet and peaceful in here, this must be what paradise is like.

Skaneateles Lake is a reservoir for the City of Syracuse. It is considered the cleanest of the Finger Lakes. There is a Finger Lakes Land Trust preserve directly behind our property (the trail is accessible from route 41). There are multiple parks and preserves (Bear Swamp State Forest, High Vista preserve etc.) surrounding the south end of the lake; the Land Trust is working to preserve this natural setting by connecting these properties into an “emerald necklace” around the south end.

The village of Skaneateles, 25 minutes to the north, is a well-known shopping, dining and tourist destination. They hold a music festival and boat show, have polo matches, run tour boat cruises and dinner cruises, and have free town band concerts. The town has many very fine restaurants from classic Victorian nine and twelve course meals at the Krebs to Doug’s Fish Fry, a local favorite. Boat rentals are available at the Skaneateles Marina a few miles south of the village.

The space

The Lake side bedroom of this one story Cottage has sliding glass doors over looking the lake. Walk out of the sliding glass doors, and you're on the Deck. The second bedroom has a work station and skylight.

The fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher opens to into the Living and Dining room area. This area is full of windows looking onto the lake. The Cottage has vaulted wooden ceilings with skylights, making the space feel opened and bright.

The lakeside of the Cottage has a covered porch with Table and Chairs leading to a gas grill. Walk past the covered porch and your on the outer deck.
While sitting at the table and chairs on the outer deck, you can see a great distance up and down the lake, including Stewart Park and Cornell University.

Walk down 2 flights of stairs from the outer deck and you're at the Lake level.
The Lake level has the Sun deck, with a chair swing and a Gazebo with table and chairs.
There is a dock at lake level with 3 Kayaks.
On the other side of Sundeck is a grassy area with a fire pit and chairs.

The Cottage is close to many wineries and attractions, including Taughannock Falls State Park and Hangar Theater. Black Diamond Trail is across the street.

Please note that we only rent to up to two families due to a neighborhood restriction. We do not rent to groups of friends.
Total number of registered guests staying at cottage shall not exceed 4 people. Total number of visitors including registered guest shall not exceed 10 people at any one time.

There are approximately 6 flights of steep stairs with landings from the parking area to the Cottage; approximately 70 steps.
There are 2 flights of steep stairs with a landing from the Cottage to the Lake level with approximately 26 steps.
All tenants and guest must be able to navigate stairs with ease. Unfortunately it is not handicapped accessible.

Although the dock may be used for sunning and swimming, absolutely no boats of any size are permitted to be tied to the dock. The Dock is a portable dock and will not support boats. The boat lift absolutely may not be used by renters or guests for any purpose.

- Tenant agrees that all use of the dock for swimming, Kayaking, Canoeing, or any other purpose by Tenant , his or her family, dependents and guests shall be at the sole risk of the Tenant. Tenant shall always wear life jackets when using the Kayaks or canoe. Tenant agrees to indemnify the Landlord and hold the Landlord harmless from any damages for personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the premises and/or the lake.

Please note that during the times the cottage is not rented I reside at the Cottage with my 2 cats and 2 dogs. Potential renters with pet allergies should be aware that this property has two small dogs and two cats in residence with the owner when the cottage is not rented.

Winter guests: We deliver property with shoveled steps. Thereafter tenants are responsible for snow removal.

Views from the decks are amazing, I spent mornings afternoons and evenings on the decks just relaxing watching the lake and listening to the waterfall right next to the home. Fire pit with chairs, gazebo with table and chairs, chair swing, canoe (which my daughter and I used to go out on the lake fishing) and kayaks. PET PARENTS:
I absolutely love to host furbabies and their humans, but to be fair to others who may be allergic and for the safety of the animals we have, I do have to be aware that you are bringing one. There is a small charge for the extra deep cleaning that is involved after a stay with pets. We ask that you do not leave your pets alone in the rental unless you have a carrier/kennel to keep them safe, new places bring a lot of anxiety to our babies and we never know how they're going to react. Thank you so much for understanding and being upfront about bringing your fur family to stay in our lovely Suite.

Lastly, we ask that pets stay out of the pool. A new liner from one scratch is a vacation bummer!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

- "Our group (8 adults and 2 infants) stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The house is large enough for everyone to spread out if they wanted to but we spent the majority of time on the deck. We spent mornings out there using the sectional and table that seats eight. When we had too much sun on the dock, we would come up for lunch. We ate dinner out there each night. The rooms had everything we needed and the bathrooms were clean. We brought way too much stuff because we hadn’t anticipated how well stocked the house would be. They have pots and pans and cutting boards and basic spices. We also saw there were garbage bags and dishwasher tabs. We appreciated that there was laundry available for use, although the laundry room does have a bit of dampness. We took it in stride because it’s a lake house after all. There wasn’t dampness anywhere else. We would for sure stay here again."

Located on Spafford Landing (also known as Wickwire Point), our Waterfall Cottage overlooks a beautiful and private waterfall. The pristine waters of Skaneateles Lake are just 100 yards down the driveway, with great swimming, fishing and boating.

Our beach has unobstructed and dramatic views of the lake, and from our location on the east side of the lake, we enjoy spectacular sunsets, often around a bonfire.

Our 45-acre property abuts a 300-acre nature preserve with great hiking trails.

Cottage has 1 bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft has three twin beds. The loft is great for children aged 5 and up (steep ladder might be a challenge for younger kids). 1 bathroom with shower. Wood stove (firewood included) and electric heaters for cool evenings. No TV, but WiFi is included.

Lakefront has level beach. We have a canoe and kayak (with paddles and life jackets). Sturdy rowboat with 6HP outboard (gas included) available for additional fee of $100. Mooring available if you have a boat.

The kitchen has everything but a dishwasher -- full size fridge, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Even a Cuisenart. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes, etc.

Dining table seats 4 comfortably, or 6 in a pinch. We also have an outside table/chairs for dinners al fresco. Propane grill on site (gas included).

We're a nice canoe/kayak ride from "Staghorn Point", where kids can find a Skaneateles treasure: staghorns -- actually, horn coral from when the area was under the ocean. Should you want to leave the lake, there are wineries, museums and other attractions in the area.

Our family summered in the Waterfall Cottage while our children were growing up, and we have wonderful memories. After we built a year-round house on the beach, we started renting out the Waterfall cottage. Most of our guests have stayed with us every summer for several years.

Upper Bunk - weird name - cool place. You'll create touching and wonderful memories in this beautiful, cabin-style cottage located on the property of New Park Event Venue & Suites. Sun shines through the stained glass windows that were rescued from a NYC church. Stone mosaics outline the area that the Smart TV sits in, and incredible woodwork surrounds the room, including the door.

This suite has no steps and is ADA accessible. The suite has two luxurious queen sized beds, a dresser, K-cup coffee pot, mini fridge, and microwave. Upper Bunk has a front porch and direct access out the back door to a lovely garden pathway. Upper Bunk sleeps 2 to 4 people with two queen-sized beds. The luxury bathroom features a beautiful ADA accessible walk-in shower.

If you're looking for multiple suites, Lower Bunk is next to Upper Bunk - while the rooms do not adjoin, they do share a wall and back porch area.

Dogs are allowed in this suite, however, they cannot be left alone in the suite. If you prefer to leave your dog in the suite while you go out, please look into Key Cottage and Finger Lakes Cottage. Sorry, no cats.

New Park is a one-of-a-kind 18 acre property just north of Ithaca in the Finger Lakes Region. It is 10 minutes from the city of Ithaca and 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls and Trumansburg. - "Very eclectic and charming cottage. The stained-glass windows and arch-theme really made this little gnome home stand out. Beautiful grounds and convenient location. The beds were comfortable, and the outside deck was inviting." - "My daughter goes to school in Ithaca so I try to visit throughout the year. While New Park Event Venue is roughly 20 minutes from her apartment, the drive is lovely and not a hassle whatsoever. The area is beautiful, peaceful. I stayed in Upper Bunk. It's right on a busy road (89), but unless you're sitting on the patio you cannot hear the traffic. And even then it's no big deal. The unit was beautifully appointed, spotless, roomy, airy. The stained glass was a really nice touch - though there is a "street light" that can be a bit bothersome at night and don't expect to sleep in cuz the room gets light fast. Just know that. They had plenty of coffee to wake up to - I loved sitting on the patio with a book and a coffee in the morning. I will be back and will look forward to checking some of the other units out. Three adjoining suites on a beautiful 18 acre property. New Park is a stunning 18 acre property set in an enchanting forest in the midst of wine country. This property was previously reserved only for private events, and is new to overnight accommodations. Even many locals have never seen New Park as it's surrounded by a very tall privacy fence. Now, you can stay here in this fabled spot (ask the locals and they'll tell you stories).

The three adjoining suites sleep up to 10 people. All suites have private access to the outside, and doors that connect them together.This listing is dog-friendly. We allow dogs if all three suites are booked by the same party. Sorry, no cats.

The three suites:

Suite #1: Park Suite is the largest, most luxurious and romantic suite at New Park. Often used as a honeymoon suite, you can stay in this unique and modern room and create your own special memories.

Park Suite is the most romantic room on the property - it has a king-sized bed, cobblestone fireplace, and the most incredible bathroom you've ever seen. Cobblestone archways and stained glass line this room to make it feel like a piece of art in and of itself. The room has direct access to a private outdoor space. Upon entering the bathroom you can either go to the toilet room and experience the bidet or you can take a right and lounge in the garden tub or take a shower where the water falls from the sky...sprays from the wall...and from the hand sprayer in case anything gets missed! A truly incredible showering experience.

Suite #2: Parlour Suite is an extraordinary room with two queen-sized beds and a luxury bathroom. The room has a smart TV with an app that has access to cable. Cobblestone archways and stained glass line the room and a quirky phone booth provides a great photo op and a step back in time. The room has direct access to two private outdoor spaces - a front porch and a covered back deck. Upon entering the bathroom through the exquisite cottage style wood door, you'll see more mosaics, stained glass, and cobblestone. Even our toilet is luxurious with its bidet toilet seat.

Suite #3: The Balloon Room is a colorful and unique suite on the property of New Park Event Venue & Suites. The Balloon Room has two queen beds, a sitting area, and a breakfast bar. It has two outside spaces - a sun deck and a covered patio. Balloon Room sleeps 4-6 people. We recommend no more than 4 adults, but if kids are coming along, up to 6 works well!

The room includes a smart TV. The luxury bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower with see-through glass doors, a cobblestone wall with tile designs, uniquely styled tile floors, and a teak chair. The bathroom area has a remarkable mosaic window and dual glass vessel sinks, and a Toto Washlet bidet toilet.

There are 18 acres of rolling lawns and spectacular garden features along stone pathways. There is also a hiking trail you can explore within the forest for a jog, walk, or to check out the wildlife. There are event spaces and fire pits that are available if there are no events. New Park is located in the Finger Lakes region, about 10 minutes from the city of Ithaca and 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls.

Adjoining suites at New Park. A stunning 18 acre property set in an enchanting forest in the midst of wine country. This property was previously reserved only for private events, and is new to overnight accommodations. Even many locals have never seen New Park as it's surrounded by a very tall privacy fence. Now, you can stay here in this fabled spot (ask the locals and they'll tell you stories).

The two adjoining suites sleep up to 6 people. Both suites have private access to the outside, and doors that connect them together. We allow dogs if disclosed ahead of time and guests must agree to not leave the dogs unattended. There is a shared wall between Parlour and another suite. We ask that the dogs temperament and sensitivity to noise be considered.

The suites:

Suite #1: Park Suite is the most romantic room on the property - it has a king-sized bed, cobblestone fireplace, and the most incredible bathroom you've ever seen. Cobblestone archways and stained glass line this room to make it feel like a piece of art in and of itself. The room has direct access to a private outdoor space. Upon entering the bathroom you can either go to the toilet room and experience the bidet or you can take a right and lounge in the garden tub or take a shower where the water falls from the sky...sprays from the wall...and from the hand sprayer in case anything gets missed! A truly incredible showering experience.

Suite #2: Parlour Suite is an extraordinary room with two queen-sized beds and a luxury bathroom. The room has a smart TV with an app that has access to cable. Cobblestone archways and stained glass line the room and a quirky phone booth provides a great photo op and a step back in time. The room has direct access to two private outdoor spaces - a front porch and a covered back deck. Upon entering the bathroom through the exquisite cottage style wood door, you'll see more mosaics, stained glass, and cobblestone. Even our toilet is luxurious with its bidet toilet seat.

There are 18 acres of rolling lawns and spectacular garden features along stone pathways. There is also a hiking trail you can explore within the forest for a jog, walk, or to check out the wildlife. There are event spaces and fire pits that are available if there are no events. New Park is located in the Finger Lakes region, about 10 minutes from the city of Ithaca and 5 minutes from Taughannock Falls.

A note on cleaning fees:

* We charge a $30 cleaning fee. This fee offsets our costs for turning over the suite in between stays. We do not enter the suites once you have checked in (unless there is an emergency or you ask us to).
* It does not fully cover the cost of cleaning the suite - our cleaners are paid above the living wage rates for our county.
* Charging this fee allows us to be flexible in stay length. Having a one-time fee incentivizes longer stays, and makes a one-night stay worth the extra effort!
* We are CHORE-FREE! No chore list upon checkout. You do not have to vacuum, do laundry, take out the trash, or strip the beds. We provide light cleaning materials in case there's a spill.

Kitchen is supplied with all the necessities, but we know grilling with a gorgeous lake view is more important than preparing your meals inside so we’ve prioritized your grilling experience while still providing the essentials inside the kitchen. Dining seating is available at the bar or at the table inside the sun room.
Past the kitchen you will enter through a modern barn door into a serene master suite complete with a king size bed and tiled shower with a subtle nautical feel.
Upstairs you will find 2 additional (smaller) bedrooms - both supplied with queen beds and a stunning view, As well as a full bathroom.

Lake Como is a small, private lake, with a maximum depth of 20 feet and a surface area of 70 acres. The lake is known for its ice fishing as it freezes quickly due to its shallow depth! You can find bass, yellow perch, blue Gill, brown bullhead, chain pickerel, tiger musky, sunfish, beavers, turtles, and much more - just make sure you have a valid fishing license if you plan to fish! While you can swim in the lake, most locals prefer to kayak, pedal boat, canoe, and fish!
Please do not wear wet shoes inside the house!

This cozy lakeview cottage is the 'main house' on a charming, artsy little compound with a laid back bohemian vibe on the edge of downtown Ithaca.
You will have the upstairs floor (a spacious bedroom) and living room to yourself, but the bathroom is occasionally shared with a resident carpenter/musician who lives in a 2nd cottage - though usually when there's an Airbnb guest he tends to stay elsewhere and no one winds up seeing him. (The bathroom has a separate entrance.)

The space
The property consists of 3 cottages, each with an artsy, laid back bohemian vibe. This cottage is the biggest, the 'main house' and is equipped with high speed internet, a kick a** sound system, flat screen tv with internet access and a claw foot tub for soaking.

The firepit area outback is a communal area shared between guests, and the creative professionals who live in the other 2 cottages. Your cottage has a wrap around front porch with an outdoor heater.

Lots of parking in the driveway. Walking distance to Stewart Park, the Cayuga Waterfront Trail and East Shore swimming beach.

Other things to note
There is a very friendly Russian Blue indoor/outdoor cat named Bleu who lives in the cottage who needs feeding and snuggling. Sometimes I try to pry him out of the house to bring him with me, but he's a homebody and really likes to stay at his house which he chose all on his own. If you stay, you must agree to feed (and snuggle) him - he loves company.

Front yard areas available for walking or walking your pet. Please clean up after them.

Other things to note
There may be an orange outside cat around the house or deck area. Just shoo them off if they bother you. They are friendly. 🐈 We also have a small dog who may bark but is very friendly (and cute) 🐶

The space
We are happy to offer this property with no checkout chores. No need to strip beds, take trash to the curb, or clean prior to your departure. Simply arrive and enjoy your stay! We only ask that the dishwasher is started before departure.
The home includes driveway parking for one car plus street parking on a first-come first-serve basis. After parking, a short path through the front yard brings you to the front entrance. From there, guests are greeted by a recently renovated, open concept home. The living room is immediately after the entrance, with a short hallway leading to the bedroom and workspace to the right. Immediately forward, you will find a very charming kitchen and spacious full bathroom. To the left lies a comfortable living room with ample seating and a dining table towards the rear.

The space is set up entirely for guests. The only space that is non accessible is a small loft crawlspace which is a storage area. There are only 2 steps to climb in the house, making it easier for limited mobility guests as well!

The space
The Little House provides a serene environment and completely privacy, on a one-acre lot with numerous gardens. The cottage is ideal for guests who are visiting students at nearby colleges, and provides ample space (including private patio) to spend time with family. The first floor includes the living room, with a gas fireplace and foldout couch; a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, with antique cabinets, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker; and a large hallway with reading nook. The entire second floor is a large master suite, with a king-sized bed, living area with futon, full bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, bookshelf, television, and balcony. Wifi is included in the rental.

Guests are the exclusive residents of The Little House, which has 900 square feet of living space on two floors. Patio behind the house is for the use of guests, and the washer-dryer in the bathroom is available whenever needed at no additional charge. The kitchen is fully equipped. The entire house is accessible to Little House guests, who have complete privacy.

Other things to note
The house is ideal for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to a maximum of 4, using either the foldout couch in the living room downstairs or the futon that is in the living area of the master suite upstairs. The bathroom is located on the second floor. The Little House is a historic building, with original woodwork and hardware. It is well insulated, with both baseboard heating and a decorative gas stove in the living room. It also has a window air conditioner to cool in summer months. The property has numerous gardens that are available to guests.

Enjoy your stay at Cottage 79! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 500 sq ft cottage with a cozy atmosphere. We are conveniently located 15 minutes to Cornell & 20 min to Ithaca in a country setting. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi. I live onsite at the house next door to the cottage. Please note: There is 1 step up in the kitchen & 1 step down to the living room.

The space
Private entrance with personalized keycode access. There is a queen-sized bed and a full-sized couch to accommodate up to 3 people. The ceilings are shorter at 6'6" just in case you're a very tall individual. We have a friendly dog named Frankie that you may see running around the fenced in yard. There is a firepit that our guests can use during the summer months.

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

The space
This is on a side road that wanders into a 4000 acre state forest. The cottage is close to the road, but very private - you cannot see any other houses from here. Originally a camp dating back to the Civil War circa 1865.

There is a 10,000 ft^2 fenced in backyard with a 4' tall fence. See photos.

The whole building is included. There is a 10,000 ft^2 fenced in back-yard with a 4' tall fence. We live down the road in a separate building.

Electric Car Charging - There is a 110V outlet outdoors near the parking area. Feel free to "plug in". You'll need to provide your own 110V portable charger.

Other things to note
There is no cell service here in this rural valley. You may be able to set your smartphone to call over wifi if needed, depending on your service provider. The internet here was just updated to high speed fiber optic. :-)

Meanwhile, we are working on upgrading the plumbing. Everything works, but the pressure is low in the upstairs.

The guest-house aka bunk house is now available as a warm weather third bedroom. There are electric lights there, but no water or heat. The wifi seems to reach ok. Please inquire if you think you need an extra bed in that space. See photo album.

The space
Our two-bedroom cottage is quaint and spacious. The great room has a 14-foot cathedral ceiling and an open plan with space to lounge or curl up by the fire, cook, and enjoy a nice meal.

The bedrooms are simple, clean, beautifully lit, nicely decorated, and the beds are super comfortable!

This is a simple beautiful cottage on the water 4 miles from downtown Ithaca. West side of Cayuga Lake, with kayaks, dock, lake frontage, grill, firepit, for wonderful outdoor living. Plan to stay as long s possible because you will not want to leave! Rates vary with length of stay and season. Dogs allowed.

The space
Many lake cottages are atop hillsides and the beach is far below. Here, there are 85 steps from car to house, but once home, you are at the beach! Make sure you and your guests can do the stairs. Neighbors are nearby and friendly, but privacy reigns on your porch, the dock, and of course in your rooms overlooking the water.

The cottage is on the west shore of cayuga, 4 miles from town, and four miles from magnificent
Taughannock State Park and falls. Just a few more miles to the lovely town of Trumansburg.

Restaurants in all directions including a short walk up the road to the Glenwood Pines, a popular casual eatery.

On the water, you can watch sailboat races, as we are also near the Ithaca Yacht Club, though there is no direct access to the club.

Other things to note
There is a set of 85 excellent stairs from the parking lot to the cottage at lake level. This is your primary access to the cottage. Bringa flashlight for nighttime arrivals, bring water shoes for the beach, and most everything else is provided, including beach accessories, linenes, kayaks and life jackets.

Beautiful modern cottage getaway located on 12 groomed acres surrounded by woods. The Farmhouse is an adorable gem! Low key, laid back and well-appointed, this is the perfect place to return to after visiting wineries and trekking through gorges. The space
This is a super sweet home that I've put a lot of love into--it was built in the late 1800's (the first on this hill). Before my parents purchased the land in the 70s, a family of fiddle-playin' potato farmers lived here. My sister and I grew up on this land riding horses and climbing through the gorge out back. Now I'm happy to offer it as a home away from home to you!! There's plenty of room in the kitchen for folks to work together to make meals or drink wine at the island counter and watch as your darling chef makes it all happen. There are games and art supplies in the dining room cabinet and room to lounge in the living room. The east bedroom has a queen sized bed, the west bedroom has a full sized bed and office desk. The living room sofa doubles as a twin bed plus the futon chair converts to a twin bed. The laundry room is a sweet perk so you can get clean after hanging out at Treman State or playing at the Anarchy Zone at the Ithaca Children's Garden. And speaking of getting clean--the bathroom has a tub and shower.

The farmhouse, both front and back patios and adjacent yards are private and will be used by only your group. Feel free to visit the henhouse and garden. Reach out if you'd like a tour while you're here. There's a wildflower field loop and forest you're also welcome to explore.

The Farmhouse is completely yours to enjoy! There's also a private front and back patio. My family home and two other vacation rentals (a yurt and a octagonal tiny home) are also on this property but you'll have to come up the driveway to be in these shared spaces. You're very welcome to walk through the wildflower field (you'll see the octagon) to get to the nature preserve and waterfalls.

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.

The space
The town of Ithaca has a limit of 4 people per rental.
The house is situated on the hill with 7 flights of steps to the rental and 3 flights to the beach.
Amenities include: Dishwasher, Washer/dryer, AC, ice maker, (Highchair and porta crib available upon request), Cable TV, small cooler, hair dryer,BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi ,bed linens, towels and beach towels. 3 kayaks and a canoe are available with life vests and paddles.

Beautiful vintage cottage at lake level in historical “Cottage Row”, 3 miles from downtown Ithaca.  Cottage has upper and lower porches, dock, fire-pit, BBQ grill, and kayaks. Pets considered.

Cozy cottage sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is one large space with 2 bunk-beds and a Queen bed. Downstairs futon chair pulls out for single bed. Air Mattress also available if needed.

The space
1 full bathroom downstairs off of kitchen. Kitchen opens into family gathering room with comfortable couch, chair, games, TV, all at the water's edge.  The Cottage is at lake level with spectacular views of the lake and Cornell. Wake up to the sounds of the water lapping along the shore. Nearby neighbors friendly and helpful.

Other things to note
Enjoy your morning coffee from the upper porch or lower porch or out on the dock. Parking area at top of stairs, walk down 85 sturdy steps to cottage and lake level. Well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals, enjoy dinner at the kitchen counter or at the outdoor table on the dock. Kayaks (including a double kayak) available for use. Lake cottage 3 miles from downtown Ithaca, situated just below the Ithaca Yacht Club.  Watch the sailboats on the water.  Walk to The Glenwood Pines restaurant for a burger and a Bloody Mary. Taughannock Falls State Park nearby and Black Diamond Trail (great for hiking, running, walking, biking) nearby as well. Visit wineries along Cayuga Lake, easy and close access to Ithaca, Cornell, Ithaca College, Farmer’s Market, Children’s Garden, Trumansburg and more Ithaca outdoor attractions. Cable TV and free wifi available.

Our home is unique in that we are so close to everything Ithaca has to offer yet directly on the water. 2 miles from Ithaca Commons, 1 mile from one of the most impressive waterfalls in Ithaca, and 1 mile from Cornell Campus. You can wake up to the tranquil sounds of water lapping at the deck and the expansive view Cayuga Lake while being surrounded by gardens filled with vegetables and flowers. Connect with nature and recharge is this oasis unlike any other.

The space
Our home is surrounded by water on three sides which gives the feeling of being in a boat

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, a private full bathroom and deck access. Leave the windows open and enjoy the soothing sounds of the lake.

There is a second bedroom with a king bed. There are 2 additional half bathrooms in the cottage, which combine to make a full unit.

The kitchen is fully stocked, so help yourself to anything you need. Please just try to return cooking items to where you found them.

The house is equipped with mini split AC units in each of the rooms to keep you comfortable.

The very large deck features a grill, 4 kayaks, fresh vegetable and flower gardens, hammock, picnic table, and multiple couches. In the summer months, catch some sun or harvest veggies on our floating garden.

PARKING:
Parking is a very sensitive and complicated issue in the community, due to the limited space and a dense population.

ALL PARKING IS ON STREET PARKING. Be mindful of the traffic and follow these rules in the welcome guide.

Please limit yourself to one vehicle. While we occasionally can accommodate more than one vehicle, we cannot guarantee there will be space near the shared steps. Therefore we highly advise guests to carpool whenever possible.

ACCESS:
A full staircase from the roadside parking area brings you to the lakeside houses and is shared by the neighborhood. A short path crosses railroad tracks, before reaching the house (total distance from road to house is 100ft). Unfortunately, if you are not ok with steps this may not be the Airbnb for you.

OUR HOME:
This is our permanent home and not solely a rental unit. As we travel frequently, we have decided to rent it out when we are away. Please treat it with respect.

NATURE:
Please understand with the beauty of this natural environment comes nature itself. This includes spiders, bugs, waterfowl, and fish. While we try to keep the deck as de-webbed as possible, you can't stop nature.

CATS:
There are 2 cats that live on the premises when we are here. We always clean thoroughly between each guests but depending on severity of the allergy, this may not be the place for you.

Our home, like many homes in our area, is on well water. Some people may not like the taste or smell of the water so we offer filtered water and ice through the refrigerator!

Upper Bunk - weird name - cool place. You'll create touching and wonderful memories in this beautiful, cabin-style cottage located on the property of New Park Event Venue & Suites. Sun shines through the stained glass windows that were rescued from a NYC church. Stone mosaics outline the area that the Smart TV sits in, and incredible woodwork surrounds the room, including the door.

This suite has no steps and is ADA accessible. The suite has two luxurious queen sized beds, a dresser, K-cup co

The space
Suite has private entrance and exit and is located on the property of New Park Event Venue. There are shared gardens, trails, fire pits and lounge separate from this listing. This listing does have a shared wall and quiet hours need to be observed from 11pm to 9 am.

Other things to note
This cabin features vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. There is a kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker and assorted pods, creamer and sugar. The bathroom and shower are completely ADA accessible. No steps into or out of the room and parking is directly in front of the room.

My place is available for three night minimum in June, July, and August and two night minimum in the off season. We do rent year round as our driveway is promptly plowed and maintained in the winter.

We are close to parks and restaurants. Nice ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The space
2 bedroom house on the west shore of Cayuga Lake just minutes from downtown Ithaca. There is a hot tub on the deck, 4 kayaks and a canoe for guest use, and firepit for night time fun. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a Jenn Air stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and faces the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Two full bathrooms and a mudroom entryway. 42" flatscreen TV with 200 channels of cable including a DVR for recording shows. There is a DVD player with a DVD library and book library as well. The house has central heat and central Air Conditioning. There is a gas grill on the deck and a patio table that seats six. The two bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by a spiral staircase. The staircase is narrow and can be difficult to maneuver for elderly or people carrying an infant. We lived there with my son after he was born and were able to carry him up and down without incident.

The rental is for the entire house including the deck, hot tub, beach, pier, fire pit, kayaks, canoe, and lake. There are two parking spots in the parking area next to the house and additional parking up the steep driveway by the road.

Other things to note
We provide hand towels in the bathrooms, dish towels in the kitchen, pillows and blankets in the bedrooms and for the sofa bed in the living room. The house has toilet paper, paper towels, and hand and dish soap. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and staples. We supply bath and beach towels and bed sheets. We also supply a couple of bundles of campfire wood for the fire pit down by the water.
In addition, the house is twenty steps down from the parking area. The is a deck that wraps around to the back of the house and overlooks the lake. There is an additional 46 steps down to the lake. By the lake there is a pier with gravel and lots of chairs and lounge chairs where there is a camp fire pit. There is a small beach area and a rustic boathouse. Inside the boathouse is a mini fridge for keeping your beverages cold. There are several life jackets. Most are adult size but there are a few for kids. There are paddles for the kayaks and canoes and some old fishing gear. There is a swim ladder that can be used at the end of the pier.

Newly built 2-bedroom cottage with large decks over Cayuga Lake. Watch local rowing teams pass by while sipping coffee. 130 ft of private lakefront. Kayaks, SUPs, and life jackets provided. Bring your boat, dock is new. All modern amenities: professional stove, washer/dryer, flatscreen TVs, Mitsubishi aircon, Blackstone grill. New hot tub! Bring your bikes, we are across from Black Diamond Trail. Near Taughannock State Park. Close to downtown. Easy parking on private driveway for 2-4 cars.

The space
Two bedrooms: the primary bedroom includes a queen bed (sleeps 2), while the secondary bedroom includes a full bed (sleeps 1-2), a bunk (sleeps 1), and a spacious loft with 6 windows (sleeps 1). The bunk and loft are accessible by a study wooden ladder and may not be suitable for young children or people with difficulty climbing ladders.

Lake Spirit welcomes you & your pets year-round! This lakeside home provides a retreat-like experience, offering activities for every season. You can fish, ice fish, relax in the hot tub, enjoy the two decks and docks, the boats or explore the Finger Lakes region.
Amenities include a Hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, fire pit, books, games, kayaks, canoe, and pedal boat. While off the beaten path, the property is conveniently located near renowned gorges, waterfalls, vineyards, and distilleries.

The space
This home boasts a treasure of delights. Although there are wonderful places to visit nearby, most guests abandon their plans and choose to stay at the cottage instead. In the summer, the lake is warm enough for swimming and the fishing and boating are grand. In the winter, there are groups of ice-fishers, folks racing over the ice on motorcycles and snowmobiles, and just celebrating the beauty of this little and mostly unknown treasure.

There are five dedicated bedrooms and a huge (15' x 30') deck, which is suitable for summertime grilling! There is also a smaller (15' x 15') deck and a shade patio. There is a full kitchen, 2 Full Bathrooms, laundry, gas fireplace ( seasonal), and a 4-person hot tub. There is off-street parking for 4 cars and a fire pit. The house is filled with beautiful artwork and Steuben-style stained glass lamps.

You will have a special code to access the house. Once in, you will have full access to everything except the basement and one closet that will be locked in the primary bedroom.

The owner stays at the "garage-with-loft" on the other side of the road. This means that she is close enough to be helpful but not so close that she will interfere with your FLX retreat. She will check in on the hot-tub and you may even see her getting on her pontoon or kayaking.

Cayuta Lake (familiarly called "Little Lake") is a hidden gem, close to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and the bigger Finger Lakes: Seneca & Cayuga Lake (including the growing list of wineries and distilleries), but without the traffic, noise, and commotion of our neighbors. The lake is just under 2 miles long by 1/2 mile across. Because it is only 25-30 feet deep, it freezes long before other lakes in the winter. It also warms up earlier than nearby lakes -- which makes for great swimming. More than half of it is protected wilderness areas, which makes it even more delightful. It is the embodiment of peace.

Although the main floor of the house (including 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living area) is handicapped-accessible, getting to the cottage is not.

The closest town is Odessa (5 minutes away). Watkins Glen is 15 minutes away. Ithaca and Elmira are each 25-30 minutes away. Corning is 40 minutes away. All kinds of historic, artistic, and cultural delights are within 90 minutes of the cottage.

You are welcome to enjoy 2 "sit-on" kayaks, pedal boat, paddle boat, and canoe, plus there is a public access just a mile from the cottage (at the north end of the lake) if you want to bring your own small power boat.

There is no public transportation (the lake is definitely off the beaten path) but there are tour buses, and drivers for hire (especially nice for folks who want to go wine tasting). Use the driveway for unloading, but please park across the street by the garage.

This is a lake cottage, which means that it's relaxed. The water comes from a natural spring and my neighbors tell me that there was a company that once hoped to sell it commercially. One of the earlier complaints was that there was a noticeable Sulphur smell, but that has been eliminated with the new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system.

The hot tub also takes a lot of work -- about 4 hours to drain, then another to scrub, and another 4 to fill. There's also a fair investment in chemicals. So, while some people might think that a cleaning fee of $400 is rather steep, believe me -- it's not!

Also, there are fans throughout the house and A/C in the common areas and most of the bedrooms. (Another improvement after they were a few complaints from previous guests.)

Because the house is on a septic system, please be careful about water.

Finally, well-behaved dogs are welcomed with prior approval and a pet fee. A $50 fee added for a second dog. There is a dog door to the deck and the gate can be shut if you don't want them roaming throughout the neighborhood.

Charging EVs is not included in your stay. Unauthorized EV charging is subject to additional fees due to high energy use. Please contact us if you'd like to request approval in advance.

Guest access
The cottage, yard, upper and lower decks, and patio are yours to enjoy. There's also a stone dock and a large aluminum dock. I do infrequently use the aluminum dock.

Other things to note
I will send a note with details before you come. Sometimes the airbnb email address block attachments, so you will want to send me a "regular" email after you reserve the cottage. I offer a varied range of amenities (toiletries, coffee, tea, spices, etc.) plus the usual appliances, coffee machines, Keurig, etc.

There are also games, puzzles, books, and other delights. As this is my personal home and I enjoy entertaining, you'll find most everything you need to have a good time with friends.

Enjoy the lake, boats, and docks at your own risk. There are life jackets, noodles, and floats. Please be careful on the decks and docks. The stone dock is beautiful but uneven and can be slippery.

Finally, I have collected a good deal of beautiful (and sometimes fragile) artwork, including some with religious themes. Let me know in advance if this is likely to be a problem for you, and I will try to move it to the basement.
