Private southern facing sandy beach on West Grand traverse Bay with views of Power Island and distant views of Traverse City lights. Watch the sunrise over Old Mission Peninsula from the waters edge. Charcoal and lighter fluid are ready at the deck to BBQ on the grill. Firewood is stacked at the beach to enjoy a camp fire in the evening.
During the peak summer season, paddle along Cherry Cove on one of the kayaks or stand up paddle boards. Sit out on the beach deck or at the end of the dock or around the fire pit at night.

Large family room centers around the natural gas fireplace with a smart TV and internet service (no cable). Linens are provided with washer and dryer. This guest house is at the center of our 30 acre Gentlemen's ranch, one mile south of Suttons Bay and 1/2 mile from the Bay. The address for our location is 1624 South West Bayshore Drive (which is M-22), Suttons Bay While there is not a water view unless you are on top one of our hills, the setting is an idyllic location with panoramic valley and hill views. This house has a warm natural all wood interior with beautiful artwork, yet all the modern amenities such as wifi and satellite TV with multiple movie channels.
The grounds are professionally landscaped and maintained by the Landscape Architect owner.
There is a large open area that includes a wrap-around leather couch and a loft with two beds along with a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed with an exceptional quality mattress. It is important to note that the only access to the loft is a straight up and down ladder. Because of this if you have kids younger than five or adults older than 40 or so (depending how spry you feel) the loft is probably not for you.
There is plenty of room to park any toys (campers, boats, trailers) right on the property. The owners have a 26 foot motorboat and other water toys, so arrangements could be made for their use. If there is a need to stall your horses, or if you want to ride a horse or two, those arrangements can be made as well.
On the property is a large barn, a small barn (both for horses) along with indoor and outdoor riding arenas. Attached to the indoor riding arena is a viewing area with a pool table, bathroom and laundry.
At night, there is a firepit area to warm up on the cold Northern Michigan nights and we are far enough away from any city so that the panoramic star views are incredible.
We are only 1/2 mile away from the Suttons Bay to Traverse City trail and you could ride bikes/horses snowshoe/hike/cross-country ski in any direction from here and see wonderful water vistas and orchard/hill/valley views.
We are 30 minutes away from the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the Homestead Resort that has skiing with hills that border on Lake Michigan.

On Belanger Pond is a charming cottage in a storybook-like setting. This property is located north of Suttons Bay and is next to a large pond. It sleeps six people and has 2-bedrooms and 1-bathroom.

There is a bedroom on the main floor, and the upper bedroom is in the loft. The cozy living room is off the kitchen and a large enclosed porch faces south over the pond. Mornings are beautiful on the porch with birdsong and a cool breeze.

This property is a photographer's dream. It is a magical spot with gorgeous landscaping and a serene setting. Enjoy a fire in the provided fire pit. There is a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking on a splendid summer evening.

This is a rustic cabin, original to the heart of Suttons bay, within one block of the marina, sand beach and public park/playground area .
The cabin is mid-century craftsman style with an open living room and kitchen floor plan - hardwood floors, knotty pine walls, and log beamed vaulted ceilings. It has 2 Bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the second has a full size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is one full bath with tub shower combo. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with cable and WIFI included. Linens and paper products are also included. There are screens on several of the windows as well as window air conditioning. The outdoor deck includes a small charcoal grill, patio furniture and umbrella; a perfect place to relax with a glass of local wine from one of the many nearby wineries.

Amenities include WiFi and cable tv. Two bedrooms: one with Queen bed, one with twin beds. One bath with tub/shower combination. Updated fully equipped kitchen. Half Moon cabin has access to the coin laundry area in the building also. This unit is next door to The Loft #2227882 which is in the same building and next door to Cabin in the Village #2227776, take them all to accommodate a large group. This apartment has sleeping for 4 but we will allow up to 6 guests in here upon approval. Guests will need to bring an airbed to accommodate the 5th and 6th guests. Walk out your door and down the steps and you are on the sidewalks of downtown Suttons Bay, excellent shopping and restaurants just steps away. Movie theater and ice cream right there too! Guests love to walk down to the Suttons Bay Marina and rent kayaks or bikes. Tart trail (paved bike trail over 30 miles worth) is right there for you.
