The Green River Log Cabin has everything you need featuring a fireplace, flat screen TV, dishwasher and wifi internet connection and kitchen ready for a cook. Use the cabin as your own private retreat and explore the trails, woods and creeks on the land. Or use the cabin as your starting/end points as you explore the Foothills of Polk County or attend one of the many equestrian events in the heart of Green Creek. We are at a perfect location for waterfall hiking, kayaking or tubing the Green River, zip lining the Gorge, antiquing in Landrum or even going to the many unique breweries between here & Asheville including the new Sierra Nevada Brewery.

The cabin has a new Queen size bed and bedding/furniture from Pottery Barn/West Elm. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests will not only have access to the cabin, but can also go for walks and explore the 28 acre farm. Part of the farm is pastures and over half is forests of both hardwood and multiple types of pine trees with creeks throughout.

Guests are asked not to enter the pastures or barns which are home to our horses, miniature donkeys, goats and young steer Romeo.

This is cozy updated smoke free mobile home. Sleeps 4. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Fully equipped kitchen, a stocked laundry room, 2 covered decks, a gas grill and fire pit on the front deck and an outdoor fire pit with firewood in the back. It is nestled behind the main home on the edge of our 5-acre gated horse farm overlooking 1 of 2 horse pastures. It comes with access to a 1/4 acre fenced dog run for guests with pets and a place to park 2 vehicles. (Sorry, no smoking allowed on the property.)

All stainless-steel kitchen appliances with a fully stocked Keurig coffee and tea station plus a traditional coffee pot. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and spices needed to cook a complete meal, The living room has a 65" smart TV, with high-speed internet access, (100's a stations plus Netflix and Pandora are on us.) Office workstation is equipped with a 2 large 27" flat screen monitors, keyboard and wireless mouse. The Master bedroom has a 50" smart TV, a 4 post queen bed, a large master bath, walk in closet. Master bath has large walk-in shower and as bonus it has its own bidet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a large picture window overlooking the dog run. Pet rules:
Up-to-date rabies vaccinations and flea & tick prevention is required. No Pitbull's or aggressive dogs allowed. We have 2 fenced dog runs. Wire fenced back yard and a 1/4 acre wire fenced dog run for the critters to play in. We have 2 dog beds and a 2 dog crates available for when you leave the dogs alone in the home. Dogs must be crated when you are not on the property and leashed if not inside 1 of the 2 the fenced areas.

There was a good supply of bathroom linens and we appreciated the hand grips in the shower. The bed was comfy and it was good to have extra blankets.We could not find instructions for the operation of the TV. There were three remotes available, but no directions to explain their use. We called the property owner for assistance, but did not receive a follow-up call to the voice mail message. This was not an issue that keeps us from rating the overall experience as five star, but might be a significant factor for tenants who stay on site for more than a weekend.The place was very clean; we felt secure the entire time; and the price was reasonable. Inasmuch as we have family in the Tryon area we would not hesitate to make arrangements to use this location again."

The Space:
Your private, elevated tent site, includes a waterproof, safari, white duck tent. The tent has four windows and a wood burning stove for those cold nights. It has a queen bed, mattress, and fresh linens.

No more ‘hikers midnight!’ Stay up past sunset with the light from the solar chandelier hanging from the 8ft ceilings.

Leave the ramen at home and whip up a gourmet meal in the outdoor prep space complete with propane cooktop stove, utensils, and cooler for perishables items.

Additional guests or kids are welcome to join with ‘permission.’

You will be completely secluded within your own private site; you may access the creek, the trials and shared property with horses and other renters.

Interaction with Guests:
Our gravel road takes you to our footbridge that you will use to cross the creek. From here, it is about 150 ft. to the glamping site. We provide a wagon to cart luggage and food to site. Outdoor shoes suggested.

Competing at TIEC this season? Look no further than Tipple Tree Cottage, Tryon, NC. Refurbished in 2018/2019 this 3 bed, 3 bath home is only 7 minutes drive from TIEC. A must for anyone competing who wants to be within easy reach of the Showgrounds. The close proximity allows riders to be on hand when they need, but also the ability to walk away to peace and tranquility when that is also required! The property is set on 4 acres of land with easy access from its' own private, tarmac road.

Please note we have surveillance cameras at the property for your protection and ours. The Ring doorbell is located on the outside of the property to the left of the front door. This camera is left on during your stay. The other camera views the back of the property, this camera is disabled as soon as a guest arrives.

- "This cabin was perfect for our trip to the Tryon Equestrian center. The cabin had everything we needed and was so cozy and comfy. The tv didn’t work, or we couldn’t figure it out, but we didn’t need it because we were out most of the time. The bathroom sliding door was wonky so we didn’t use that either. Those would be the only issues, and they are no deal breaker. The property is beautifully maintained and was a great place to walk our little dachshund. The black out curtains made for excellent sleep. I loved it, and I will definitely stay here again. We needed a battery and I called the property manager and she brought one right over. Easy to get in touch with if you need them. "

Welcome to the beginning of our dream farm. We are located approximately 3 miles from the Tryon International Equestrian Center on a five acre farm. Access to our farm is up a private gravel road. Views are incredible, stars remarkable and views of our goats in their pasture adorable.
The private bath and bedroom are downstairs where there is also access to a living room, pool table and wet bar with a microwave and keurig.
Come enjoy the remarkable views of the mountains and relax.

The space
We have recently moved to this incredible farm. We currently have a pot belly pig, goats and chickens. The private road is gravel and has multiple hills on it. The driveway is also graveled. There is a set of stairs down to the space unless you use the entrance at the back of the house which has a keyless entrance.

Guest access
The downstairs area is separated from the main floor by a set of stairs and a door. When we have guests we stay away from the entire downstairs. The only reason we do not list some of the area "private" is because we need access to the washer and dryer sometimes when our guests stay. We normally wait until they are out but we still access the washer and dryer. We never go into the bathroom or bedroom of our guests while they are with us.

We like to greet our guests when we are able to do so. My husband and I live on the main level. We can be as accessible as you need however we respect our guest's privacy also. We will take our cues from you as our guest.

Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this lovely house sits with absolutely stunning mountain views, from new private deck with hot tub you will see a beautiful vista of the mountains and the stars in the evenings are breathtaking! The space
Our house is set up as two apartments, the upper and lower apartments that separated by internal stairs that is shut off for privacy. The lower apartment is where the room is available, it features an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom with shower and a tub and laundry facilities.

It is a two bedroomed apartment that is shared with my college student daughter during holidays and over breaks, otherwise the apartment is entirely yours. There is a separate/private entrance to the lower apartment which has a keyless entrance.

Also we have a little boiled egg maker you just add water for your desired doneness and walk away in 5 minutes or so they're ready.

Pick live fruit , blueberries strawberries peaches etc in season. Animal farms, dairy farm 5 minutes away let's you interact with their cows and lots of super fresh dairy products.
Amish bakery less than 5 minutes away and their Saturday morning fresh donuts are scrumptious not greasy ones but real old fashion donuts...we go every Saturday morning.

We love dogs more than you can imagine and do allow them with previous approval. Our first priority, however, is providing top class accommodations for humans. To that end, all dogs must follow a few rules so I can be respectful to the next guests.
1. All dogs MUST be crated if you leave the premises and the dog(s) are in the BNB without you. We know that they can be sneaky and often need to be cleaned up after.
2. For the consideration you and of the next guests, we charge a nightly pet fee of $25 per pet to cover wear and tear. We are not a kennel and the house must be respected. Multiple pets and multiple nights can be negotiated at a discounted rate.
3. Please have your pet on current flea medication.
4. If your pooch(es) has muddy paws, please wipe them clean in the alcove. There is a hose on the grill side of the house if the situation is particularly messy. We have towels available for them and a waterproof pet blanket for their comfort.
5. If there is dog hair, dirt, or damage left behind, we will charge an hourly fee of $25 for pet cleaning and the actual cost of any damage repair.

The space
My house is equally distant from the cute towns of Tryon (in North Carolina) and Landrum (in South Carolina). Both towns have interesting shops and great restaurants where you can grab a bite. Parking is no problem. There is also great antiquing. Try Tryon Antique Mall and Landrum Eclectics. Yard sales yield significant finds as well. Vineyards have a solid presence. Overmountain and Mountain Brook are two you might try. If you like movies, Tryon boasts the Tryon Theatre, an independent movie house, founded in the 1930s. Check out the telegrams from stars of that time, like David Niven and Clark Gable posted they're in the lobby.

The apartment is completely private. You'll be able to sit out on the deck if you wish. You'll have use of a full laundry room which is in the garage. The garage and laundry room are shared areas.

3. Ensure your pet is on current flea medication for everyone's comfort.

4. If your dog brings in muddy paws, kindly clean them in the designated deck area. A hose is available at the back of the house for particularly messy situations, and we provide towels for your convenience.

Come stay at the Sunflower! There is no place like this charming getaway nestled on the back side of a barn with a nice deck to enjoy your evening glass of wine or morning sunrise with coffee in hand. Watch the cows graze from the deck and enjoy the peace and quiet of this rural landscape. We are located in the heart of Green Creek with easy access to Tryon International Equestrian Center and a stones throw from Tryon, Landrum and Columbus. This is a working cow dairy farm and creamery.

The space
This apartment is one big room with a 3/4 dividing wall for the bedroom. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, large comfy sectional sofa in the living room to stretch out on, a full kitchen and a simple but awesome deck that overlooks rolling farmland to the east. It is set in the center of a beautiful, large farm with spectacular mountain views.

Guest access
As guest you are entitled to private use of the entire apartment, bathroom and deck off the back. You are welcome to walk the roads of the farm and visit the farm store if it is open during your stay. Please know this is very much a working dairy farm. Please be safe and sensible, there are tractors, haying equipment, trailers, animals, and general activity frequently. People are busy working. Please respect their work and work environment. Do not pass thru closed gates.

Other things to note
We are a working cow dairy farm. That means we are milking cows twice a day. The milking equipment usually fires up at about 6am and 5pm everyday. You will be able to hear the low hum of the system when that happens. It is not loud but it is noticeable if you are a light sleeper. As a working farm there are lots of animals here as well. We have 3 dogs, cats, 2 horses, 3 goats, chickens and 50 or so cows. With the exception of the dogs that may be out and about on occasion, the animals are secured in their pastures.

Welcome to the Guest Cabin at Good Earth Farm! The farm is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Perfect for a getaway, events at Tryon International Equestrian Center, local wineries, hiking, trips to waterfalls, farmers markets, peaceful relaxation, and so much more. This modern & cozy tiny home cabin is located on private Imagine Equus Horse Farm near the Tryon International Equestrian Center, Mountain Brook Vineyards & Overmountain Vineyards. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway you have found the right space. The cabin is 1 queen bedroom, 1 bath with most amenities for everything you’ll need. We pride ourself on offering super comfortable, private & an extra clean cabin for you set back in the woods with beautiful pasture views. Our friendly steer, Romeo greets guests at the fence and our farm has an automated gate for extra security.
The cabin has a full kitchen, dishwasher and even a fireplace. The thing we love most about the cabin is the covered front porch for outdoor viewing of the miniature donkeys and horses.
No pets of any kind please it is a safety issue with our steer & other farm animals & the cabins are kept hypoallergenic for our owner & guests with allergies.

In additional to the cabin and surrounding area, guests make walk through trails in the woods to see our creeks & waterfall. Guests are not allowed in pastures, barnyard, barn or other structures.
