- "This was a scam! The picture above is not at the facility at all, and it was misrepresented. It is simply a lesser-known hotel. The property is pleasant but a bit dated and our room was musty. The front desk workers were very helpful with resolving a scam that happened through VRBO. When I first booked the room and realized it was just a hotel, I tried to cancel but was quickly informed I'd lose half of my payment. Then was required another fee to ensure we didn't lose it all if we had to cancel due to Covid. The fees for the actual hotel were nearly half what the people using VRBO tried to charge us. When we arrived, the hotel had no payment even though my credit card was already charged. We spent over an hour trying to resolve it, but the scammer's credit card would not go through. I ended up being able to cancel the reservation through our credit card and got the actual price for the hotel."

There are 9 beds and 3 full baths, a large family/living room with several couches and a 60in HDTV with 300 watt Sound Bar System, and a private deck off the back of family room. The cafe includes a half bath, (2) Side by side double ovens with 4 top burner stoves, (2) side by side microwaves, (2) refrigerators, (2) large deep sinks (1 with garbage disposal), and (2) dishwashers! All cooking utensils, bowls, pans and pots are provided. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more! Truly a great place for cooking with or for large groups. It has seating/dining for 64 people! The deck comes around the back of the cabana, and outside kitchen connecting the buildings, and is lit up with rope lighting at night. There are also 4 picnic tables with umbrellas on this large deck. The building walls are all glass sliding doors, and can be opened if desired to get fresh air flowing throughout. If you prefer air condition, we have that too!

Outside (attached to Cafe/Cabana) is a covered area, with fire pit, swings, HUGE bar/counter top area (plenty of seating) with a great view of the beautiful property.

FIRE PITS: one under the outdoor cabana (as listed above), and one outside (behind outdoor cabana) with seating for 20 people. This fire pit has a great set up, a favorite hang out for lots of guests! Great place to make s'mores and gives a great central view of property (located behind cabana/outdoor bar, in front of horseshoe pits and corn hole boards)

PARTY BARN: The party Barn is 2000 sq ft of fun. A Commercial sound system with digital effects processor, 10 channel mixer, amplifier and 9 band graphic equalizer. 65 inch TV, dish satellite service with American's Top 200 and Multi Sports packages. A lighted dance floor with disco ball, vortex lighting, and karaoke-all included with our Party Package. Pool table, foosball table, & shuffleboard. Indoor corn hole boards! 12ft fireplace with 3 reclining sofas. As well as a 12ft back bar. Perfect for banquets, receptions, reunions, weddings, etc. Party Barn is a huge open room with plenty of activities for all ages. Includes a full bathroom, cozy couches, recliners, and seating for 30 + people.

BUNK HOUSE: The Bunk House is located directly off the party barn with 12 full sized beds and 8 queen size beds in this area for up to 40 guests to sleep! This area also includes a full bathroom with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

CABOOSE: The caboose was recently renovated into a modern, elegant VIP/Honeymoon suite! This unique suite will sleep 2 people and will be offered as an additional rental.

SMOKING HUT: HUGE Grill, Traeger smoker, 4 gallon propane deep fryer, large propane grill, Big Cast Iron (hanging pot) BBQ'ers dream! Great set up for people who love to smoke meats and cook outdoors!

PLAYGROUND: Boasts a large wooden playground Ship and Castle play set connected by a bridge. There is a ramp, swings, teeter-totter, merry-go round, large car---actually retired from an amusement park (doesn't run, just giving size details.) Tractor toys.... All of these things are enclosed in a huge sandbox. Your kids will love playing here!

WEDDING PAVILION --- Absolutely beautiful for weddings or any event! Includes huge Arbor, covered with gorgeous landscaping, rope lighting and ceiling fans. This is $600 additional to cabin pricing. Please ask about our wedding packages.

BLACK BARN VENUE AT PINE PARADISE - This Black Barn will set off any event whether it be a wedding, corporate event, or private event. Predicted to seat 200 people and tables and chairs included in the rental price. Black Barn is additional and not included in lodging price.

RV Parking Area: We have two RV spots that can be used for an additional $25 per night. Includes electric hook up. Water hook up can be done with a 75-100ft hose. (No sewer hook up)

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. In addition, the number of occupants shall not at anytime exceed the maximum limit set.
