If you're looking for a nice get away and comfortable atmosphere, this is definitely the place to come. I can only imagine what this place will be like in summer time. At the gateway of the Red River Gorge Geological Area with miles of trails and cliffs to climb, Dappled Grey is just a couple miles from the center of Stanton. Situated on a small 20 acre horse farm (adopted American Mustangs), this cabin reflects our love of horses! The huge windows, long porches and deck, creates a stunning setting to enjoy your vacation. Grill and dine out on the back deck which overlooks the wooded hillside. Relax and enjoy the spacious, private hot tub. Dappled Grey is newly built with an old world charm! With terracotta tile floors, knotty pine walls, 9ft tall ceilings, and long, shady porches with potted plants, this spacious cabin is one of a kind. Huge windows and sliding glass doors are set throughout the entire house, making it airy and bright. The lighting is absolutely magical, with the vista of the woods in all its seasonal colors filling the cabin with a sense of peace and serenity. We also have one other cabin, Larkspur, 200 feet from Dappled Grey. You have the whole cabin to yourself and the immediate parking area just outside the cabin. We are in the process of landscaping a lovely garden and yard next to Dappled Grey for you to enjoy. Feel free to watch the riding lessons (or book one!). If you'd like a short hike, follow the gravel road on our 20 acres, which goes by other cabins and follows the ridge-line. This turns into a path in the woods and joins the gravel road (this is a full loop around the property open to all our guests). Greg and I live in the red house on the property, right next door to Dappled Grey. We are always available if you text us with any question, and are happy to run over and help if there is a need. We are out and about during the day, working on our farm, training horses, giving riding lessons and planting flowers among other things. Always happy for a chat if you are so inclined, but also happy to give you total privacy as well. Country neighborhood just outside of Stanton, KY. 15 minutes away from Natural Bridge State Park and the heart of Red River Gorge. Take Mountain Parkway to the Slade exit, and access to miles of hiking trails and climbing walls. Attractions include Gorge Underground, minigolf, the Nada Tunnel, Glady Visitor Center, the Kentucky Reptile Zoo (with almost 2000 species of reptiles!) Zip lines and many more exciting things to do. While we are set in the country, we are very close to Stanton (just 5 min drive), with access to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Please check out my recommendations in my guidebook on this app. Our driveway is a long gravel drive up a hill. All cars can make it, except in extremely icy weather. There is ample parking right in front of Dappled Grey and under the covered carport. 5 minutes from Kroger, and restaurants. Pets are welcome. We charge a $35 one time fee for EACH pet that you bring with you. We do ask you to notify us if you are bringing more than one pet as we will send you the additional pet fee through Airbnb. Bring a crate to keep your pet contained at night. We do not allow pets on the beds! Please bring charcoal and lighter if you plan to use the grill. We do not provide wood for the campfire, but you are more than welcome to gather it from our woods around!

Our place is close to the Bourbon Trail. You’ll love our cabin because of the warm interior and amazing outdoor space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. This cabin located in the country on our 500 acre farm, but you are 3 miles from restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and shops. The location is also central to the distilleries: 15mi to Maker's Mark, 35mi to Jim Beam, 50mi to Woodford Reserve, Lexington, and Louisville.

The cabin is a studio or loft style, so its very cozy for couples. There is not a private bedroom. Families can have fun all together playing games or cards. The downstairs entertainment area is the perfect place to catch a game or favorite TV show. There is Direct TV with a huge package. A DVD/Blu-Ray player is upstairs. There is free Wi-Fi as well. On the first floor you will find the beautiful primary bedroom that includes a comfortable king bed, relaxing sitting room, a fire place, patio entrance, & a stunning bathroom. You will then find a staircase that leads to a large bedroom that has 3 twin beds, a king bed, & a crib! Once you make your way back down to the main floor, you will find a staircase off of the dining room that leads to another bedroom with a king bed & a full bathroom with a tub and a shower! Finally, you will find three spacious bedrooms in the basement. The first bedroom you will find has a king bed with a crib & the other two bedrooms both have queen beds!

If you’re a fan of the great outdoors, you will love what Heritage Lodge has to offer. The large patio has plenty of space for everyone to spend time together with a great outdoor kitchen for you to grill your favorite meals! On the lower level of the patio, you will find a hot tub to relax in & a unique outdoor shower! There is truly something for everyone here.

Located on the edge of Red River Gorge Geological Area in 20 acres of peaceful woodland and rolling hills, our little hobby farm has the perfect blend of accessibility and seclusion. Wake up in our quaint English-styled cottage to see our two mustangs grazing in the field, birds at the porch feeders, and all the flowers blooming in the garden . Enjoy the hot tub! It's just 15 minutes from the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge State Park and 5 minutes from Stanton for shops and restaurants. Larkspur Cabin has two covered porches. The front porch with a love seat and two chairs, overlooks a large lawn, fire pit and the riding ring. We have free-range chickens and 2 very friendly dogs roam the property. Our two American Mustangs (National Treasures) can be seen grazing in the field. I offer riding lessons with trail rides, you can book on Airbnb experiences (Kettlestone Horses)or message me to book your experience. The private and secluded side deck has a 4 person hot tub. In the summer, enjoy the perennial garden with butterfly bushes and roses. Take advantage of the outdoors on beautiful days with a campfire and charcoal grill. There is plenty of private parking space next to the cottage. The cottage is set 300 ft away from the main house (where we live) and 200 feet from Dappled Grey, the other cabin on our property. A barn separates the cabin from the house, adding more privacy and seclusion for our guests. Feel free to hike the gravel road and forest path to make a loop around our 20 acres. The entirety of Larkspur Cabin is solely for guest use. Guests are also welcome to use the lawn, grill and bonfire area outside the cottage. Happy to chat if you are! I often am seen planting flowers or training my horses, or giving lessons. Country neighborhood just outside of Stanton, KY. 15 minutes away from Natural Bridge State Park and the heart of Red River Gorge. Take Mountain Parkway to the Slade exit, and access to miles of hiking trails and climbing walls. Attractions include Gorge Underground, minigolf, the Nada Tunnel, Glady Visitor Center, the Kentucky Reptile Zoo (with almost 2000 species of reptiles!) Zip lines and many more exciting things to do. While we are set in the country, we are very close to Stanton (just 5 min drive), with access to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Please check out my recommendations in my guidebook on this app. 5 minutes from the Mountain Parkway, right near town with access to shops, restaurants, antique/flea markets, drug stores and other amenities. A 15-20 minute drive to the Nada Tunnel and Natural Bridge State Park. Stanton sits on the western edge of Red River Gorge Geological Area. Pets are welcome. We charge a $35 one time fee for EACH pet that you bring with you. We do ask you to notify us if you are bringing more than one pet as we will send you the additional pet fee through Airbnb. There are 2 single beds in the loft space. However, there is little sound insulation between the rooms, making Larkspur ideal for families with children, but not so ideal for two couples. Please bring charcoal and lighter if you plan to use the grill. We do not provide wood for the campfire, but you are more than welcome to gather it from our woods around!

The master bedroom and bath are also on lower level. The bathroom is accessible from master and from kitchen/pantry area.
It has a loft as second story that over looks the living area. The loft has two queen size beds.
It has a front and back porch. A creek runs in front of the cabin. The back is a beautiful open space with a fire pit and plenty room for parking, outside games etc.
It has an enclosed utility/mud room off the back porch.

Welcome to Riverbend Resort! This riverfront property is the perfect place to get away when visiting the Green River. This cabin is a one room cozy paradise! There is a pavilion on site with a volleyball net, basketball goal, corn hole, swing set, and kan jam. Complementary upon reservation are 3 kayaks and life jackets. This is a great place for children/families to swim as water level is knee deep. Excellent fishing for catfish and bass. There is a common area boat ramp on the resort.

The space
This cabin is wired with heat and a/c ran by a generator. The owner will supply 5 gallons of gas per night to run the generator. The average gas used by guests is 3 gallons per night. If you think you may need more, please bring additional gas. The bathroom facilities is a port-a-john and a camping shower with on demand hot water which are common areas within Riverbend Resort. Motor boat rental available as well as guided bow fishing trips when available. There are 3 more cabin listings on this resort for larger parties or to reserve the entire resort for private use. It is located down a gravel road where you met the riverbend with the cabins. In inclement/raining weather a 4x4 is recommended.

Beautiful home in Daniel Boone National Forest, surrounded by woods in gated Lake Cumberland Resort about 12 miles from Somerset, KY and just 1 mile to the boat ramp. Each of the 3 BR have their own full bath and TV. There are 2 living areas and full kitchen/eat-in. Home has a wrap around deck with a screen in rear porch. Free high speed Wi-Fi. Fire pit. 4 vehicles parking. ATV trails and 3 pools in the Resort. $100 cleaning fee.

The space
Great family home or adult getaway! Plenty of space in and out with fire pit and wrap around decks with screened in rear porch with sofa, TV and outdoor dining! 65” smart TV with sound bar and smart DVD player in the upstairs great room and smart TVs in every room also! Sleeping for 8: 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen), and a pull out sofa. We do allow pets but require a $50 non refundable fee. The property has tons of ATV trails and plenty to do: pools, hiking, tennis courts, swimming, boating... with a ramp just 1 mile away.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin located on acres of forest is the perfect family getaway! There is a king size bed in 1 bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds—full on bottom and twin on top. There is also an air mattress. The spacious porch is equipped with a gas grill and furniture which allows plenty of room for relaxing, visiting, and grilling. We are located just 5 miles from Cumberland Falls, home of the famous moonbow. Numerous hiking trails and water sports are nearby.

We have a beautiful creek on our property that runs year round.
We live on over 50 acres with a small hobby farm. Come up and pet and feed the horses, goats, chickens, and our super friendly dog, Annie. (She’s obsessed with “fetch”!)

Other things to note
There are rough sandstone steps up to the cabin. We do have a handrail, but just note this if you have difficulty with stairs.

Only 2 pets allowed.

We designed this cabin so that you can interact with your family and with nature, therefore we don’t have a television. We do have very fast WiFi. You can connect your own device if needed.

We have one other cabin on our property which is located about 100 feet away from Old Glory Getaway. Undergrowth keeps them pretty secluded from each other, so privacy shouldn’t be an issue.

Drive down Kentucky scenic highway 89 South just 9 miles south of McKee. The cabin is newly built and set back in a secluded area with a small creek running right beside the cabin and a larger creek just across the road. The Cabin on Panther Branch is a perfect place to come fish and kayak on the creek. Bring your ATV’s, side by side or dirt bikes and enjoy miles and miles of riding in S-Tree Tower in the Daniel Boone National Forest. We don’t think you will be disappointed with your stay.

No neighbors! It’s not a big or fancy place but it’s clean, simple, and relaxing. The stars are brightest in the country when enjoying the fire pit. Our two story cabin has 1BR with two double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, recliners, and grills. It's perfect for couples, friends, or small families.
The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

The space
The cabin has become a destination for us and our family and friends to meet! We've spent a lot of time around the camp fire and grilling outside with some pretty good meals. We usually open up the front double doors to the cabin, play some music and enjoy the evenings by the fire.
It is clean, simple, and relaxing. No neighbors. Sorry but we don't have WiFi.

Outside, you're surrounded by woods with a small creek to the left of the entrance at the bottom of the hill. Please don't venture too far away from the cabin as the north and east property lines are within a few hundred yards. The stocked woodpile and fire pit are my favorite parts of the place. With a picnic table and benches you’re sure to enjoy the peaceful starlit nights around the fire. With no cities of size within 20 miles, the stars are very bright on a clear night.

Upstairs is the one bedroom with two double beds. It's comfortable with 2-4 friends or family. You can sleep with the windows open, or use the air conditioner upstairs if needed. An electric heater is also there if things get chilly. A full size air mattress and kids pack n play are stored behind the stair rail if you need them for extra people. The air mattress would take up most of the living room space downstairs if needed but comes in handy in a pinch.

The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker and double sink. We have the basic pots/pans, silverware, and cooking utensils needed for cooking inside or grilling outside on our Weber charcoal grill, gas grill, or fire pit grate. Complimentary charcoal is provided. Lastly, for the conventional coffee maker, we provide complimentary coffee with sugar and creamers for your use.

The living room has two recliners, loveseat, three stool bar, and flat screen TV with sound bar. Basic Direct TV channels and a standard DVD player with a variety of movies are provided. Sometimes we use the 800 block of channels for background music while leaving the front doors open to the outside area. A child's high chair is upstairs behind the dresser if needed.

Lastly, the bathroom is on the lower level of the cabin. The shower has a standard spray head. The bathroom has fresh towels, wash clothes, hair dryer, and ironing board for your use with complimentary shampoo and shower soap.

Other things to note
The closest places for any supplies are the Dollar General store, gas station, and very small country restaurant in Corinth 3 miles away, and a Hardee’s and Love’s gas station 6 miles south at the Sadieville exit to I75. Just know it’s not a quick trip to go out to eat so you may want to bring some groceries if your not wanting to travel 20 minutes north or south to Dry Ridge or Georgetown. We have a Weber charcoal grill with a complimentary bag of Matchlight charcoal and a gas grill in addition to the stove/microwave and full kitchen.
The cabin has city water which is safe to drink.
Also, we live in Florence, KY, about 40 minutes north of the cabin. My parents live on the farm about a mile away and can always help us out if we are ever in a pinch to get you something you need.

Welcome to our cabin, where my husband and 5 children would like to invite you to make wonderful memories, just as we do here! We have a large parking area in front and beside the cabin, a large 20x30 deck for relaxing, grilling, dining, and children playing on. Inside you will find a open floor plan so the family activities flow to include everyone, eat in kitchen, master queen bedroom, 2nd bedroom has two full beds, sleeper sofa, bathroom tub/shower, living room, and about a minute to Marina!

Haven at the Red is a wonderful cabin retreat snuggled amongst beautiful rock formations. This cozy A-Frame has ample windows for nature viewing and the feeling of the great outdoors. Just a couple miles from Nada Tunnel, the Red River Gorge, and the Natural Bridge, Haven at the Red is perfect for your next Red River Gorge adventure. Beautiful decorations with large quilts, burlap, and just the right touch of "cabin" throughout make it the perfect weekend or weeklong retreat all year long.
