Set off the Tankerton Road in a quiet close. Located 5 mins from Tankerton Slopes and Beach. Within a 10 minute walk to Whitstable Harbour and Restaurant with a selection of boutique shops. Whitstable train Station is a 15 mins walk away. The veranda is accessed via the drive and may be shared if other guests are staying in the ground floor room. The separate ground floor room with en-suite can accommodate 2 adults and a small dog and can also be booked in addition (subject to availability).

Seaside cottage with relaxed style. The double bedroom is located on the first floor with your own Private Bathroom next door . You will be the only guests staying on that floor so it is very private .

The fisherman's cottage is right in the heart of Whitstable just off the high street. It's close to the beach and moments from all the lovely shops and restaurants.

It’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway (1 hour 20 minutes from London Victoria or Kings Cross St Pancreas on the train) or a longer stay if you want some me-time to re-charge. Will take 9 minutes to walk from Whitstable station to the cottage.

You will have the dining room all to yourself with a dining room table and sofa.

The space
You can expect a super clean bedroom in a great location in Whitstable. You will be sharing this 2 bed cottage with myself but will have sole use of the diner/lounge which has a dining room table and sofa. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. There is a separate toilet too.

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast.

Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

The space
Our small cosy cottage has been completely renovated with new fixtures and fittings. Most wooden features have been handmade with Kevin's personal touch and design.

There is an allocated parking space for our cottage virtually outside the front door.

There is a pub/restaurant just around the corner and a beautiful church just a short walk away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly refurbished and situated in a peaceful garden, steps away from the pebble beach.

Close to the pretty village of Kingsdown which has a post office/grocery store and a butchers/delicatessen. It also boasts three local pubs, including the popular Zetland Arms situated right on the beach and moments away.

The property is also directly on the national coast path between Dover, St Margaret’s Bay and Deal.

The space
You’ll be staying in our self-contained garden annex, located in a tranquil corner of our large garden. There is a separate access to the garden through the gate at the side of our property.

The property contains all you will need for your stay. Whilst we, or our co-host, will be on hand if you have any issues, you can come and go as you please.

We allow one small and well behaved dog, but would ask that guest don’t allow them on the furniture. You will also need to bring everything your dog will need for their stay.

We also ask guests not to smoke inside the property.

Built in the mid 1800s this charming former mill workers cottage is within the village of Temple Ewell, within walking distance to a quaint English pub and Kearsney Abbey gardens, wedding venue and tearoom. Its welcoming interior will quickly make you feel at home and relaxed.
The location offers beautiful scenery, great walks and cycling routes and the vibrant towns of Deal, Canterbury and Folkestone within an easy drive.
Sandwich golf courses are a 20 minute drive away.

The space
The cottage consists of a cosy lounge with sofa and 2 armchairs. Unlimited free Wi-Fi is available and a smart TV.
The information folder contains information about local activities and places of interest, along with various takeaway menus.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table and chairs.
The stairs to the 1st floor are quite steep, as is to be expected in an 1800s cottage.
The large bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table and stool, hairdryer and wardrobe. USB plugs are available throughout the cottage.
The shower room and toilet are next to the bedroom.

Tucked away at the end of a village no through road you will find "Sunnyside". Sunnyside is a typical English cottage with a large south facing garden (very private feel to it). The garden has wild flower areas to attract wild life (gold finches), fruit trees, loads of herbs and free roaming
(tiny) chickens.

The space
The living room has a dining area and a seating area (with a wood-burner) and a Large smart TV with Netflix. Upstairs are two pleasant bedrooms (one with a single bed) and an office. Both the main bedroom and the office have a lovely view of the garden into the fields.

Note that there are neighbours on the back of the house. However as soon as you enter the gate into the garden you will not really notice any neighbours.

Nestled inside Napoleonic flint walls is the newly formed Sail Loft situated within Ramsgate's historic conservation area. Whilst newly built, the industrial heritage of the building has been maintained from brick walls, industrial pendant lighting to cast iron radiators. Couple this with on-trend Farrow and Ball paint colours, real oak flooring, open plan loft living with bi-fold doors to private courtyard, The Sail Loft is a relaxed comfortable place to stay with modern conveniences.

The space
The Sail Loft is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac within minutes walk of town centre and Royal Harbour. It has been completed with the feel of open living, designer colours and all nestled within Napoleonic flint walls. Nelson had his cannons repaired on this site! The Sail Loft is just off the oldest street in Ramsgate.

Beautiful cottage in the stunning village of Saltwood.

Our cosy 3 Bedroom home is in the heart of the village within a 5 minute drive to the beach.

The space
The cottage provides the ideal base for anyone in the garden county of Kent. We are a stones throw from Saltwood village green and local shop/café/pub. It's a 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk down the hill) to the beach in Hythe and less than 5 minutes drive from the Channel Tunnel for anyone thinking of a trip to France.

This cozy cottage is our family home, and we love having guests share its charm while we’re away for the summer months. We are from the village, so will be happy to share our tips and knowledge about walks, restaurants and things to do with little ones (do ask if you would like to know anything).

The cottage is professionally cleaned after each guest, but there are signs of our life here, such as books (feel free to read any!) and toys (if you have children, that can be a plus!). It is not a manicured hotel room, but we’re sure you’ll love your time here and feel comfortable. It does have 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to six people, however as it’s a small cottage our guests are most comfortable in a group of 4, any more and it may affect your comfort.

The Old Piggery is accessed by its original brick paths, has its own entrance and parking area and garden/courtyard overlooking a natural pond with views extending to fields and woodland beyond. Our own Soay sheep graze in the adjoining paddock. A stylish bijou cosy space, The Old Piggery was skillfully refurbished in 2018 to a high quality open plan interior living accommodation. The cottage gardens are a real feature and an oasis of tranquility. The property is conveniently situated between the Wealden town of Tenterden and Ashford which has a 37 minute high speed link to London. Medieval Rye, Hastings, Canterbury, Dover and the Eurotunnel all within easy reach. Camber beach is twenty minutes away as is the charming seaside town of Hythe. We are 7 minutes drive away from Gusbourne Vineyards, a few minutes away from wonderful walks and several gastro pubs. Ashford Designer Outlet, Ashford International Station and the new renowned Curious Brewery are just ten minutes away. We are fifteen minutes from Chapel Down Vineyard, twenty five minutes from Sissinghurst Castle Gardens and Great Dixter. The village of Hamstreet with its train station (Brighton/Rye/Hastings line) is two minutes away where there is a convenience store, a tea room, a curry house, a pub, a beautician and garden centre with coffee shop. The Royal Military Canal runs through the village with its walkways and cycle path to Hythe and Rye. All in all a good base for exploring beaches, castles, gardens, vineyards and pubs in the area. On the doorstep of Orlestone Forest AONB accessible on foot.

The property is a lovely modern and contemporary space with en suite, walk-in shower and comes with complimentary toiletries. There is crisp bed linen and towels supplied.

I am always available should my guests need any help or advice. I always meet and greet guests in person, show them around, when they first arrive. Otherwise, I leave you in peace to enjoy the studio and countryside surroundings.

Guests are welcome to wander and enjoy the pretty cottage gardens and soak up the sun on your very own courtyard. Please note there is an unfenced large natural pond. One small pet is welcome on request and at an additional charge. Dogs to be kept on leads at all times and not to be left in property alone.

This quaint, recently refurbished self-catered holiday home is hidden amongst the winding gardens of Salomons Estate. Relax and unwind in your own slice of rural paradise as you experience the estate’s fascinating history.
Once belonging to the estate’s gardening staff in 1890, Rose has been beautifully restored to reflect its unique history. Enjoy original features, lots of light and historical charm all topped with heaps of modern comfort.

The space
Rose is a one-bedroom self-catered cottage with a stylish open plan kitchen/lounge area and bathroom with monsoon shower/bath. We have added some luxury touches such as under floor heating in the bathroom, hive heating system and a smart tv.

Guest access
Rose is a private cottage situated within a row of 3 other cottages. You will also have access to a laundry room with washer/dryer and ironing facilities. Parking is available in a shared car park, just outside of the Cottages. Rose is part of Salomons Estate which has 36 acres of land to explore, a pub & dining rooms and some stunning views!

Other things to note
Salomons Estate is a large conference and events venue with accommodation buildings on site. We have a 24 hour staffed Reception desk and housekeeping available 7 days a week.
