The shared bathroom (with other room longterm tenant) has a shower and also the laundry room.

Shared entry way and hall. Parking outside in driveway. Backyard is landscaped and shared with fire pit. Limited access in winter (snow covered). Requires stairs to access the home and get to your rooms.

During your stay
Remote worker, mainly work from home. We stay upstairs 99% of the time except to let dogs out and come/go via the garage. We can be as involved as much or little as guests request.

We are a hostel focused on community and positive social exchange. Privacy is also respected and guests determine the level of interaction they are comfortable with. We are not a party hostel and our quiet hours begin at 11 pm.

Artistic house with exercise pole, W/D, cozy futons instead of couches and a jacuzzi tub! I’m a DJ/ artist all around creative and often rearranging things so may look different than the photos. Batman my rescue cat is the nap minister and will entice you to cuddle. You will be on a foam full mattress on the floor in your own room. All other areas are shared by myself and other Airbnb guests.

The space
It’s for creation, innovation, relaxation and healing.

The living room, dining area and kitchen are all one big room and shared as well as the bathroom which is ocean themed and has a nice jacuzzi tub. The space is conducive to relaxing and creativity. It’s also located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes to the airport. There is a large front yard with a fire pit.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the front yard, fire pit, grill, living area, yoga mats, guitar, full kitchen, full bathroom with standing shower and jacuzzi tub. You will be staying in the first door on the left on a foam full mattress on the floor.

During your stay
I am often immersed in some creative project - working on djing a new set, painting, dancing in the living room or cooking up something in the kitchen. I enjoy making dinner with friends and being outside when the weather is nice. If the vibe is right, maybe we will enjoy sharing a cup of tea or a home cooked meal together but there is no expectation. If I am traveling, there will be one of my assistants coming into the house to water plants, take care of Batman.

Other things to note
I am a good cook and a Reiki master and can draw you up a good bath and arrange some spa treatment tools like a gua sha stone. If you are interested in adding home cooked meals to your stay or setting up a massage, reiki or spa session please message us and we can talk about adding some of these services to your stay for an additional charge. 🥰
