The Southwest Place is a duplex. Please only park on the left side in front of the garage. The other side is a Airbnb also so there will be guests utilizing that side as well. There is a one car garage that is available if you need to park your car or motorcycle. If you need more outside parking just let me know and we can work something out. All the furniture is new or nearly new. The first thing you'll notice in the living room is the new 50" smart TV and open floor plan. As you walk into the bedrooms you will see solid oak dressers a chair in the corner and extra pillows and a blanket in the closet. There is one queen size bed in each bedroom and a hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. There are dispensers in the showers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All the soaps are natural and hypoallergenic an are custom made by The Springfield Soap Refill Station. There are fresh bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your use in each bathroom and extras in the hall closet.

You can access the whole apartment, patio and south side of the yard. Since its a duplex, please only utilize your side of the yard in front and back. There is room in the driveway for two vehicles. Please be respectful of the guests next doors space.

The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Therefore it is not appropriate for loud parties or events. Feel free to walk or drive around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Ozark is perfectly situated between Springfield and Branson making it a great location to explore either or both places.

Being in a rural environment there is no public transportation near by.

Sleep:
At some point you'll want to sleep. No problem! We have great beds. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Up has primary bdrm and kid friendly room with bunks (has a 250# weight limit if you're looking to relive college!). Downstairs has two bdrms and an access door. There's also a futon and ingenious fold out ottoman which puts our capacity at 8. Plenty of parking

This remolded 1897 Gem combines turn of the century charm with the latest and greatest amenities. We have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. From the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses and furniture, to the smart TV and washer and dryer.
Located just 3 blocks from downtown Springfield, less than a mile from MSU and less than 2 miles to Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife -we are close to everything. Included is off street parking in the attached parking lot.

You will be staying in the original 1897 house. 2 other smaller apartments were built on over the years. There is a large parking lot attached to my property so if you need to park something big that can be arranged. Additionally there is fenced in back yard and BBQ Grill.

Guests have access to all of apartment 1, the parking lot, front and back yards and the laundry room facilities.

No contact check-in is available as Guests can enter the apartment with their door code. If you need anything I am always available via call or text and I live in apartment 2, around the corner.

The location is an easy walk to downtown where you can find just about any kind of food, shopping, a coffee shop or neighborhood bar.

Getting around is easy. If you are driving there is lots of off street parking. Public buses and Uber or Lyft are always close by.

There is a queen size bed in the bed room and a queen size mattress and box springs in the living room closet that can be used for an extra bed. There are also sheets, pillows, a comforter, blanket and extra towels in the living room closet.

1 King bed in a separate bedroom that sleeps 2 people.
The primary bedroom on the 1st floor has a Queen bed and sleeps 2 people.
Two other bedrooms also have Queen beds, each sleeping 2 people.
There is a bunk bed room that can accommodate 6 people.
Additionally, there are two fold-out chairs downstairs that can sleep 2 people, and a futon that can sleep 1 or 2 people.
Multiple couches are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
In total, you can sleep up to 20 people in this home, with various bed options and additional sleeping spaces.

Furthermore, the house features a large and beautiful dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, and boat watching. If you're interested in water activities, there's a toy shed available with water toys, life jackets, and floaties. Note that an additional deposit is required for the use of the toy shed.

How to Find our Building: Because we are on a dead-end street, you can only access our address coming from the East. There is no direct access from DeBaliviere Avenue.

Gated Parking: Access to the gated parking lot is only available after you arrive and check into your unit. A remote to the gate and a key to your back door entrance will be waiting for you on the kitchen counter. In the meantime, feel free to find a parking spot out front on the street.

- "Libby was great to work with. The apartment has the 100 year old building charm while still having updates to be modern. The gated parking was great. " - "My father was hospitalized at Barnes after suffering a heart attack, for 2 weeks. We were looking for a place last minute, and the management company (Ms Libby) made sure we were all set up - even on short notice. We were required to extend twice, and Libby ensured we were extended and checked on us a couple of times. This type of service doesn’t happen any more, and was greatly appreciated during our family crisis. The house: it is an older house (which my 75 year old mother loved), but even with its age it is very well taken care of. It was clean when we arrived, but Libby sent her crew in to give it a second look before we arrived. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with extremely friendly neighbors. Although other units in the same building were occupied, we never heard a peep from the neighbors (probably due to the homes age and how well they were built back then). My mother and I felt very safe in the neighborhood even when arriving late at night after visiting my dad. Crime statistics in that area are an astonishing 58% below the average (probably due to the close proximity to a satellite police station). There are 2 choices for parking: one is to park on the street (ample parking), or there is a fenced in parking area behind the building with an electric gate. We felt so safe we parked on the street in order for my mother to only navigate a few steps. Location: there are restaurants fairly close, and a gas station just a few blocks away. It is a very quick 1.4 mile drive to BJC hospital on very good roads that were never really busy (that’s a good thing for downtown St. Louis). Truthfully I had nothing bad to say about the stay! I’m a grumpy old man that usually can find fault in just about anything, but this rental was near perfect for us. I assure you that Libby will ensure any issues you may have will be taken care of very promptly."

This is a single family located at The Wine Garden! This house is perfect for lovers of music! While staying here you can find tons of instruments that are available to play. This home features a master king bedroom inspired by the king himself, Elvis Presley. You can also find a full bathroom and a full kitchen all on the main floor. This is a townhouse is connected to one other townhouse. The townhouse is about 1500 sqft so there is plenty of room for everyone in your family. All of the TVs are smart TVs so you can watch all of favorite apps. The pool table is located off of the family room. Upstairs is where you will sleep. At the top of the stairs is the first room that has 2 queen beds and also a large master with a king bed.

- "The town house is in a great location and has a cool vibe. It is an older unit, so be aware the windows rattle when windy and there wasnt an outlet by one of the beds upstairs. The sofa seat cushions were stained. The biggest negative is the two sides of the townhomes are connected by a door on the main floor and a door upstairs. Even though locked, that felt strange and we could hear a LOT from the other townhouse. Could hear talking, laughing, the TV, and people walking on the stairs. Also, they were smoking in the other townhome and the smoke odor came through the vents into our side.The beds were comfy and the unit was clean. "
