Other things to note
You will access the property to the side of the house, there is an open gate and path to the front door. Upon arrival you will get the keys to the property from a security box affixed to the rear of the property, your keys will be labelled with the number 1. Once you book you will be provided with the 4 digit key code to access the security box upon arrival. You will have 2 keys (one for the front door and one for the rear). When you checkout please leave your keys in the security box where you got your keys from and rearrange the code.

Please be aware of the following.
- There is no tumble dryer but there is a rotary washing line outside and a heated electric dryer inside for all guests to share.
- The bathroom is located downstairs.
The TV is not available.

I am a living landlord. My place is special because there is no stress, it's clean and smells nice all of the time. It's a special place where you can relax your mind, body, and soul. The double bedroom is spacious with 1 bed and a view of the back garden and the park across from the woods at the back of the house. You will have access to a bath or shower. Nice spacious kitchen. The location is quiet and central to the city. Buses, local supermarkets, and takeaways are all nearby.
